The good: Great location and nice design. The bad: Tiny rooms (I stayed at the biggest one, still tiny), you have to buy your own soap, toilet paper, etc. Poorly designed bathroom with no shower door (gets everything wet), you have wash your own towels and bedding. The ugly: Once-a-week "housekeeping" (a lady that sweeps your floor in 2 seconds and nothing more), the gym has lots of dumbbells but NO BENCH! SO kind of useless. The room only has ONE chair at the dining table so if you have a travel companion, you'll have to take turns to eat. I asked for an extra chair and they said they couldn't give me one. People hang out and talk/smoke all night at the common area behind the building, so if you are facing that way good luck falling asleep. At check-in you have to sign a paper that lists every single item in the room (including lightbulbs) and their price in case you steal something. Lots of rules and fines for everything. No guests allowed. Their excuse for everything: "we are not a hotel". The policing attitude they have with a long list of rules and fines, the "fake" housekeeping, the total lack of common sense (no bench in the gym, one chair in the room, etc) has nothing to do with the type of property but it reflects the greediness of the owners. Let them be delusional by themselves and avoid this place. Would I ever stay here again? No, not a chance. Terrible value for money.
