Arianna Hotel - Photo Gallery

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, it was very much below expectations and I ended up having to check out soon after I arrived. The room was very dirty and poorly maintained, there was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom and in the room it smelled like mold and chemicals, and I believe it is incredibly unsafe for anyone to sleep in this type of environment, especially if you have allergies or other conditions. There were also some bugs and mold on the walls. The staff were unfortunately unable to find me another room, and refused to even help me get a refund and were quite rude to me when I simply asked for a clean room. But after I contacted Trip they graciously allowed me to checkout even if they couldn’t give me a refund since the hotel did not respond to their contact, I’m glad Trip was able to help me out and the issue was resolved. I really hope this hotel can take my review into consideration into how they can improve, it is in a good central location so there is potential, if the rooms were renovated and cleaned it can easily become a better option. I also hope the staff can try to be kinder and more welcoming to guests, as many are coming to Singapore for the first time and a good first impression is always important for a tourism hub.

There were no TV.The reception said sorry, No toiletries.Bath room does not have space to sit on the commode. The blanket is used,and was smelly. Since I was on short business visit during my transit via Singapore, I had no choice, spent that horrible night, and left early morning. I request trip.com to give proper attention to this hotel before continuing in their list.

I recently stayed at Ariana Hotel in Singapore for two nights, and I had a great experience. As a solo female traveler visiting Singapore for the first time, I truly appreciated the warmth and helpfulness of the receptionists. The receptionists were kind, patient, and always ready to assist—whether it was answering my questions or recommending places to eat and how to get there. Their friendly demeanor made a huge difference, especially after a rough journey to Singapore. The hotel’s location is very convenient, right across from Mustafa Centre, a massive supermarket, and surrounded by many Indian Muslim (Mamak) restaurants as well as a hawkwe store. It’s also less than a 10-minute walk to the train stations (DT22 and NE8), making it easy to explore the city. Though the hotel offers free WiFi, I didn’t use it since I had mobile data. Despite that, I found everything else to be smooth and comfortable. The exceptional customer service really stood out, and I regret not catching the names of the receptionists who went above and beyond to help me. Overall, I had a fantastic stay, and the receptionists’ kindness truly brightened my trip. I would definitely recommend Ariana Hotel to anyone looking for an affordable, well-located, and welcoming place to stay in Singapore.

The actual condition of the hotel and room is more terrible than the pictures. The room is very humid and full of chlorine smell from toilet.

One of the worst hotel you can book for your family. Was supposed to be a triple room, just had one extra bed, space was absolutely cramped up. Bed legs were made up of iron rods customised fit. No room service. Absolutely terrible. Paid 150$ plus for this per day, not worth more than 50$.

The service was very good.
