Good hotel good location good staff

It was a good stay at this hotel. It was clean and the breakfast was good too.

It’s situated on a bit of an uphill so keep that in mind if you are carrying a heavy luggage. My body and face had a bit of a rashes using the pillows but it cleared up after a couple hours after I woke up. Pretty spacious for a family room as I booked for myself, my husband and my parents. They have a strict room cleaning timing as we told the lady that we will still need some time and to come back later but she never did. Would book here again if I am not sensitive to the pillows and the stay was memorable.

Nice hotel but the bed was not ok

Decent hotel near the central train station, however the location is quite shady so it gets dangerous at night. Stay with caution.

Good stay

Busy budget hotel with, I feel, a motivated staff, working hard to fulfil customers needs. Clean rooms, good breakfast.

It was the most adequate hotel on a budget The reception was kind. The room nice with a huge bed for 2; the bed sheets were smelling kinda weird but after all was ok. Unfortunately the are is unpleasant enough.

This hotel is quiet scary and many people outside the streets drinking beer and break it on the street.

My overall experience was okay. Hotel room and location were good with the price I paid. However, Wi-Fi had a problem throughout my stay which was really problematic as I needed to work. Additionally, it said on the app that the room should come with safe box and freezer but there was not such as thing in reality. I contacted receptionist and addressed I would like to talk to the hotel manager but no one contacted me back.

I was unable to check in due to health reasons, but the final cancellation deadline had passed. Judging from the reviews, it should be good. I look forward to seeing Brussels. Thank you everyone!

The room is nice and worth the price. The room is spacious and the facilities are quite complete. The front desk service attitude is quite enthusiastic and they patiently answer any questions.

Basically it's pretty good, with 24-hour counter service. But the hygiene really needs to be improved. There are blood stains on the sofa and stains on the bed sheets.
