The stay at Kassandra Bay was perfect. Everything about our stay was amazing. The service is top notch, the food is delicious in the restaurants, the cocktails at the bar were great, and the staff was always so welcoming. The pool is a nice place to relax in-between Beach trips. There's ample parking if you rent a car. I want to give a special thank you to Panos who went above and beyond to help us every single day. The hotel manager, Mr Araptopoulos was also extremely helpful our entire stay. They take pride in what they do and did everything to ensure our stay was memorable. I cannot recommend this hotel and staff enough. To top everything off, the hotel is in a great location close to the ports for amazing restaurants and shopping, and also convenient to all the best beaches.

We have stayed at Kassandra Bay a number of times and it never disappoints. This year it was obvious that significant investment had taken place and it was excellent, but the biggest asset are the staff, from cleaners, to hosts, bar and restaurant staff and managers, every signal one of them go above and beyond. We will be back.

We have just returned from our 4th time at Kassandra and loved it. The hotel has upgraded the rooms and bathrooms which also now include tea and coffee facilities. We had a brilliant room (608) with stunning views. The hotel is very clean, breakfast is fab lots of choice. We ate in the hotel during the day and the food was lovely. They have added extra padding to the sunbeds so they are really comfortable, also no towel games here, always a sunbed free whatever time. We went into town every night via the water taxi and then bus home, really convenient. We met some lovely people whilst away, everyone is very friendly and would return in a heartbeat 💗

The location is superb, close to town with a bus or water taxi taking you to town in ten minutes. It's set on a small bay running down the cliff to the coast so the sea views of the coast and islands are lovely. The beach is not the best on the island, but it shelves nicely and it's an easy walk in. The staff are very positive and the food and restaurant choices should suite everyone. Room service provides a good choice and is very quick for when you've had a long day out. The Reception team are so helpful and friendly. The superior deluxe rooms are clean, contemporary and with excellent showers. It's quiet in the evening as most guests go into town, but one thing they could do is provide more entertainment. In the two weeks we were there there was only one act and a disco on. I would also improve the beach umbrellas as they provide only a thin and small shaded area. The beach can get full up so you have to get down early to be sure of a place.

This is a Fabulous hotel, super clean, right on the beach with complimentary sunbeds, 2 very clean swimming pool with plenty sunbeds around. Pool bars with meals or snacks, drinks n cocktails all reasonably priced, with waiter service when sunbathing at the pool or beach …. Just press a call bell for service, brilliant! The service is exceptional everywhere in the hotel, from the reception, breakfast room, restaurants, waiters, waitresses. I do not have one bad thing to say about this hotel, and I can’t imagine anyone else would have. It’s truly a fantastic hotel, I’d very highly recommend anyone to stay here. You will feel like you’re on holiday in the Caribbean, in 5 star luxury. I can’t wait to go back and I’m planning my next holiday here already.

Kassandra Bay has beautiful views, clean, comfortable and spacious rooms, great service and an Incredible breakfast. Pools and private beach are great! Food and drink service ant both. there is a bus stop conveniently located at the entrance, offering easy access to Skiathos town in one direction and all the way to Koukounaries beach the other way. We also used taxis frequently. The service at the front desk was the best. There are daily refreshments and snacks in the lobby and beach towels are provided. There is also a small gym. Highly recommend when staying in Skiathos!

Excellent staff and service, good, clean 5 star hotel. Good, alternative food Greek and non Greek. Couple of improvements though. 1)The umbrellas used at the beach are old fashioned, they don't block the sun. 2) Thre are no shower facility at the beach, one has to walk to the pool. 3) The hotel does not free bottle of water everyday, only once, regardless of the duration of the stay, a saving .80 Euro bottle per room? 4) More amenities at the bathroom, sch as body lotion, hair conditioner etc. Other then these minor points, I definetely recommend this hotel
