Structure located a few minutes from the airport, not in the central area but only 10 minutes by car or scooter. The rooms and the terrace where you have breakfast by the pool are very nice, with a breathtaking view. Very helpful and kind staff, clean rooms (the only flaw in the bathroom there is no bidet as unfortunately in most of the structures). Abundant breakfast both sweet and savory. Absolutely recommended!

The hotel is set up the hill from the town with fantastic views of the town and harbour from around the pool. It also overlooks the air*****, so gives a great vantage point for watching planes coming in to land. The staff were very friendly and helpful with a good grasp of English. The breakfast choices were excellent and the room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We loved meeting Melody, the manager’s sweet little dog, always looking hopeful at breakfast time! The 25 minute walk down to the town was easy. We chose to get a taxi back up the hill - paying around €7. We reckon that this made for good economics, with the saving we were making compared with hotel prices in the town. There is a top quality restaurant just 5 minutes walk down the road from the hotel. We had a fabulous stay and hope to return. Highly recommended.

Hell hole. Dated worn out not at all like the photos. I can only think that it is desperate for an upgrade. Mouldy shower, grey bedding and worn out towels. Definitely not worth the money they ask. Also this is not a 4* hotel its a 1* horror hotel. We checked right back out and managed to escape !

This hotel is literally nothing like the photos on its website. We ended up staying here for 3 nights due to bad weather but could not have stayed any longer. The staff are lovely, very helpful and kind but the place itself is run down and in need of a major refurbishment. We didn’t even raise our issues with the staff as we felt sorry for them. On a other positive note the views are lovely and the breakfast wasn’t bad. Unfortunately there is nowhere to eat the breakfast when the weather is bad so one morning we were eating it in the rain ! Our bathroom wasn’t clean and as per photos was in serious need of a refurb. We were given towels with big holes in them. It’s so far away from the photos and the luxury hotel it portrays itself to be that it on the verge of feeling like a scam to be honest. If they do a big make over job over the winter then it could be lovely but if they don’t I would steer clear.

This small hotel is in a peaceful location with stunning sea views over Skiathos Town. There are also views over the airport, but there are not lots of flights and they are not at unsociable times. Our first impression was that the room and a few other areas would have benefited from a bit of updating, but it was not to the level it was a problem at all. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and pillows, along with being kept very clean by the friendly cleaner. Supplied in the room was a hairdryer, kettle, shower gel, shampoo and soap. The pool area was lovely and it was always easy to get a comfortable sunlounger or day bed whatever time of day, even though the hotel was full. Pool towels were supplied. There was a good selection of food at breakfast, that was available from 7am to 10am and you could request a latte or cappuccino, which were both great. We had lunch at the hotel a couple of times and it was always good. We found all the staff to be really friendly and helpful and really liked the little dog Melody too. There were a few cats around the hotel, that we loved, but I understand not everyone does. They did not seem to bother people that weren’t interested in them though. The hotel is up quite a steep hill. We walked into town a few times, which took about 20 minutes to the harbour, but always got a taxi back up. As there is a lovely restaurant about 5 minutes down the road it would be easy to stay close to the hotel if you wanted to. We didn’t hire any transportation as with visiting close after the storm we were told the roads to the north were not really drivable. The bus service along the south of the island is very good and we used it a few times. The hotel transportation service was very good, often more reasonable in price than a taxi with a excellent driver. Overall we absolutely loved our stay and were sad to leave this lovely place.

This hotel is by no means a worthy holiday experience, especially for the money 142p.n. (To be clear: The view, staff, coffee, pool and pool beds and transport arrangements were positive). The rooms however are a very big disappointment. The rooms are so dull, gray and worn out, this is by far the worst hotel room I’ve seen in a long time. Beds and pillows are cheap and too firm, the bathroom has mould in the shower and is incredibly small. The walls are paper thin. The cleaning staff left our terrace door open for a full day twice! The breakfast looks bleak and uninviting. The hotel ground are littered with old garden furniture which looks like it had to be replaced 5 years ago. If this hotel reopens for the 2024 without grand renovation you should avoid it at all cost!! See the photos for a impression of the state of the rooms.

Great Hotel Great View Comfortable rooms in a Boutique Hotel BUT the key thing is, the Staff. Everyone wants to help and be 'part" of making your stay even better. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone concerned Great shout guys!

Although reasonable by UK standards, this was our last and most expensive stay out of four hotels/apartments. It is fairly remote and a taxi is needed from the port (6 euros) or airport (15 euros/5 mins) We knew that. Proximity to airport was a key factor. Reception is the pool bar at the rear of the hotel. Check in was businesslike but as there are no instructions in the room I had to go back for the Wi-Fi code. Suggestion 1 : put something in each room with the Wi-Fi code on it. The poolside loungers were all “reserved” or in use but a couple came free after half an hour or so. Suggestion 2 : remove some breakfast tables from airport side poolside after breakfast and put out a few more loungers. Unluckily there were also no towels left and the poor young lady who had by now been left on her own in the pool bar/reception on her first day had to deal with it for us. She was very good and apologetic and was able to find us towels and offer us a drink to make up for it - can’t fault that. Room : don’t know what they did in their 6 months off but it wasn’t decorating or cleaning. The chrome around the somewhat dated shower unit and the taps/shower head would look a lot better clean! General cleaning was not of the highest standard. I found somebody’s pill 💊 on the floor and there were hairs on the bathroom floor. The aircon is rubbish. It says it is on 18 degs (the lowest it goes) but goes on and off at intervals and the room never reaches 18 and stays pretty warm/humid. That all sounds negative and I could put the proximity of the airport as a negative but it’s not busy, it is interesting and it was why we chose it! On the other side of the hotel are spectacular views across the bay/ sea across Skiathos Town to the islands etc. Our apartment was well laid out, had a balcony in both sides (airport and sea view) had a hall, bedroom, lounge with fridge and a shower room/loo/wash hand basin. Loads of storage/wardrobe space. Also, the buffet breakfast was the best range of hot and cold items we have had on this trip and of a very good quality. Some of the cakes and pastries were superb. The pool is small but pleasant and by the time we arrived, the water was warm. 300m down the hill is one of the best restaurants on Skiathos (Agnadio) and we can highly recommend that too. As a one night stop after/before flights the points raised are not that unbearable and balanced out by the positives but especially due to these points and the location I wouldn’t recommend this as a longer stay destination

Had issues with our airline so in a sort of last minute fix, we ended up on this hotel during the first two days of our honeymoon. We got of to a hard start since we had issues getting a hold of a taxi when we arrived at the airport. Looking back we would really urge guests tp use the hotels transfer service! The Check-in is by the pool, we arrived late in the evening and it Took us some minutes to figure that out (again leading to an increased pulse). Once settled At our accommodation we had splendid days! The staff was beyond nice and service minded. In Greek standards a generous breakfast buffe taken by the pool area with stunning views. The hotel is a few minutes from town and that’s something you must take into concoderation. We Would love to revisit this hotel in the future!
