We had an amazing time staying at the hotel. The rooms are tidy, clean and spacious. They offer a huge and tasty breakfast that will delight you. Besides, a huge plus for us was the staff, they were very sweet, kind and helpful. I strongly recommend to stay at the hotel when visiting Sofia.

Not really a normal 4 star room... breakfast needs to be reviewed. Terrible service, there were no cups and eggs, the room was full on Sunday. ... very little very little choice ..you don't leave the yogurt out of the fridge in the cups for hours. The reception staff are very kind..

Well, I'm writing this to see if they do something about this supposedly 4-star hotel that isn't even a hostel. My experience is that when we arrived at the hotel and went up to the room, we got a surprise: the drain didn't drain the water properly. The supposedly air conditioning was only for heating and was a sauna and sounded like a coffee maker. The hygiene of the pillows was terrible, they had stains. This is something that can't be overlooked. This is where we put our faces.

L'hotel non è malaccio, non sono le 4 stelle italiane, ma sono stato una settimana e tutto è andato bene, il personale cordialissimo, la pulizia un po' lenta ma efficace la colazione insomma ho visto di meglio ma non male. Considerato il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo unico neo la posizione non tanto centrale ma a circa 500 metri si trova l'ingresso della metro che ti porta ovunque arriva anche fino all' aeroporto, nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono diversi locali e la pizzeria don tano da evitare gli altri invece ottimi e prezzi eccezionali anche perché il Lev bulgaro vale la metà dell' euro. Comunque andate a visitare Sofia molto conveniente.

Были в этом отеле 4 дня,в отеле тепло номера чистые, есть фен,сейф,нет чайника,находится в тихом районе,есть своя парковка.Недалеко есть супермаркет.Завтраки неплохие, можно найти что поесть, довольно вкусно,есть кофемашина и соки.Станция метро Красно Село находится недалеко, минут 10 пешком.На метро до центра города минут 10-15.

Ma neanche 2! Forse una stella, perché è veramente difficile dare una valutazione migliore. Camera minuscola, con arredo anni 70 e di scarsa qualità. Moquette sporca e capelli (spero!) tra copriletto e lenzuolo. Bagno con un odore insopportabile che usciva da uno scarico posto al centro dello stesso. La sala colazione simile allo sgabuzzino delle scope. Tavoli in formica e neanche una misera tovaglietta. Colazione a buffet essenziale.

Odalar fotoğraflardaki gibi asla değil, çok küçük odalar. Merkezi değil, otoparkı çok küçük, kapalı otopark için ücret talep ediliyor. Akşam oturup dinlenebileceğiniz bir lobi ya da bar kısmı yok. Yaz sezonunda belki açılır ama nisan ayinda sıcak su talebimiz 20 da karşılandı. Kahvaltısı da çok kötüydü.
