Very friendly staff, they helped a lot with suggestions of what to do in the city. The location is excellent especially if you like to be surrounded by nature (very nice walking trails around the hotel). They room was clean and had everything one needs.

Very nice location in the lap of history, good service and food, very helpful staff, easy commute to city centre. The building is awesome and so are the surroundings. Strongly recommend for a stay of at least a week to get the best. However trip.com has not communicated to the hotel the booking payment creating some misunderstandings. The hotel should advertise proactively and clearly distance itself from Radisson Blue which is cause for confusion.

Living next to the water, close to the city with beautiful scenery and convenient access. It is suitable for meetings, business, tourism and meeting friends. It is said that there are cruise activities in summer. The room type is upright, the furniture has an indescribable style, the facilities are slightly outdated, the carpet is beautiful, the font of the indoor guide board is very elegant, and the sign of the walking path is not very clear. There are too few TV channels, and there are no international channels, let alone on-demand. The vanity mirror in the bathroom has two sizes, but it is not easy to fix. Considering that the room area is relatively ample, the minibar can be moved to an open place, and the socket wiring can be adjusted so that computers, kettles, mobile phones, etc. can be charged at convenient locations. It is recommended to add a soundbar, which can be connected to a mobile phone to play music, which complements such a beautiful environment. There is a stove and a reading area in the public area. The breakfast room can enjoy the water view. The window area can be increased appropriately (even the skylight). I wonder if it is possible to mark which dish is a local specialty? The surrounding landscaping features some aquatic plants that sway in the wind. It can be properly rotated according to the seasons and enrich the varieties of ornamental and fragrant flowers (such as plum blossoms and narcissus in winter, etc.). I personally think that the atrium and courtyard setting can refer to local Swedish fairy tales and fairy tales combined with the broad aesthetics of nautical culture, so that tourists and visitors can feel the condensed essence of Swedish culture in this beautiful small world. It is recommended to increase cycling and walking routes. Of course, in case of muddy weather, shoe-shine facilities may be provided at the indoor entrance. If the gym can add a hydrotherapy pool, the fish tank in the guest room can be changed into a new shower room, which is easy to clean and safe. Not sure if there is a yoga stretching room. It is purely personal opinion, any similarity is purely coincidental.

Well, it´s not the newest of hotels in Stockholm so don´t expect anything flashy! The room was quiet... but that´s about it. Breakfast was poor, gym equipment was outdated and faulty, bed was uncomfortable, no room in the showers and no power socket in the bathroom!?! Dinner at the restaurant was unfortunately poor as well and we tried the whole menu.

Very Good

Conveniently located on the bus route from the the airport and at the end of the 57 bus line into town, this gem of a hotel is in the midst of a lovely lakeside park. The room appointments are a little 1980's and the bath perhaps older but the room ranked high for quiet comfort and a really comfortable bed! The breakfast was substantial (didn't need lunch). Most importantly, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful.

I booked the hotel after I had searched for hotels where breakfast should be included. Was told at check-in that this was not the case. The girl at the front desk then fixed it so we had to pay 2-for-1. But she didn't seem at all happy about having to be of service, or even that I came down. The breakfast is really good, so worth 195:-. The breakfast staff were also extremely nice and accommodating! Of the 6-7 people I encountered at the counter, only two of them didn't make me feel like a nuisance. The majority did not greet or make eye contact until the guests themselves walked up and started the conversation. The room we had, a terrace room, was large and cosy. However, the bathroom floor flooded after showering, so we skipped taking a bath for fear of water damaging the entire hotel. There is also no information in the room where on the phone to call in case guests need to call down to the front desk. I would love to come back, because the hotel is wonderfully located within walking distance of Solna Station, the atmosphere is airy, the rooms good, the cleaning gallant. But the staff should be offered a service-minded crash course, because it's a really boring feeling to be treated as if you were air. As well as clearer information would have been desirable!

The hotel is nice enough and it is located in the middle of a beautiful park next to a lake . But the service is horrible. When I checked in my room was pre payed by my company and the reception confirmed that. So I was shocked to see my private card being charged for over 400 eur the day before I was checking out. I asked what happened and they said it was a mistake and they will fix it soon. 4h later I asked again they said we have no idea what you are talking about. So I called my company to try to fix this and in the end they said you will get your money back in the next 5 days??? Mistakes happen but they acted as if nothing was wrong and as if what they did is normal and that is just bad service.

It’s a really lovely hotel, loved the breakfast, the gym and relax area and most of all the terrace facing the lake. But unfortunately the room don’t really represent the design we see in other part of the hotel. Too much light was coming in the room as the curtains weren’t really efficient Not really far from the city center (around 45 mins by bus) I suggest though!

The food was appalling and often cold. Not a lot of dishes. We ended up eating out. Quite dirty hotel. Lousy air condition ( worked perfectly according to the hotel) A lot of the staff didn’t know how to smile. It didn’t look like they enjoyed working there. Even our tour operator agreed with us. Beds not comfy at all. One of the beds were broken

We stayed in this hotel numerous times when it was owned by Radisson and always enjoyed our stay, unfortunately it is now managed by another entity and is no longer somewhere we will choose to stay when in Sweden. The most concerning aspect is the safety of the rooms. We stayed in a family room, which as the name suggests, is meant for people with children. I was horrified to discover that despite being on the sixth floor, the window was not lockable and there was no way to prevent it from opening fully. I actually checked Swedish safety standards and read that any window under 1.8m high must be lockable to prevent children from falling out. To make this worse, the hotel had placed a table and chair directly under the window making it easily reachable for a small, curious child to climb up and fall to their death. This is extremely dangerous. The hotel has been poorly maintained and everything is damaged, the elevator to the resting didn’t work at all during our five night stay making it inaccessible to strollers and disabled people. There was a terrible smell coming from the drains in the bathroom and housekeeping would open the doors to our room without knocking. Breakfast was okay but we were perplexed by the staffs decision to hose all the outdoor tables on sunny mornings meaning they were wet and couldn’t be used- a very strange time to do this. The location of this hotel is fantastic but the hotel itself has been allowed to fall apart
