Staff were friendly and very helpful. They went out of their way to help us arrange transport to our next stop and when the driver fell through they drove us.ww are travelling with two small children and the room was very spacious and the beds comfortable. The temperature was just nice - not too hot like some other places we have experienced. I would certainly recommend. Breakfast was a bit basic, but the soy milk was delicious.

It is suitable for tourists who want to immerse themselves in the historical atmosphere. The courtyard and the ancient city wall decorated with lights at night complement each other, and the photo-taking rate is super high.
🏠 The hotel was transformed from a traditional courtyard, perfectly blending the ancient architecture with modern hidden luxury aesthetics. The details such as the original wood color, blue bricks and gray tiles, and rattan lamps are full of ingenuity, and the smart home in the guest room (such as floor heating and automatic curtains) adds comfort.
💁 Service experience, considerate and thoughtful: The butler-style service responds quickly, communicates needs before check-in, provides pick-up and drop-off services, recommends local restaurants, free room upgrades, and welcome fruits after arrival. The staff knows the local history like the back of their hands, which is suitable for guests who want to travel in depth.

MMehdiThe ladies at reception were fantastic—really helpful and accommodating. But honestly, our experience in the breakfast area was pretty disappointing. We were the only guests there at the time, yet the staff seemed completely uninterested. They were chatting loudly, glued to their phones, and staring at us in a way that felt uncomfortable. When we asked for noodles, the lady in charge looked frustrated, like we were bothering her by making her get up and do her job. Thankfully, we only had breakfast there once because it really wasn’t a pleasant experience—we felt unwelcome and out of place.

LLCHLADYMy stay here was delightful! I only stayed one night, but wish I would have stayed two. Definitely stay here the night before your flight, if you’re flying out of JiuZhaiGou. It’s so close to the airport. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful answering all of my questions and helping me book transportation from Songpan to my next village stop. The room was comfortable (there was no AC, and in August the room was a little too warm, but not bad). The decor in the hotel was gorgeous and the breakfast room had glorious views of the valley. The breakfast is served with beautiful presentation and is a fresh, healthy meal to start the day. The hotel is walking distance from a long road of restaurants and tourist shops. Though the name has “Songpan” in it, it’s actually about a 20-30 minute drive from Songpan Ancient Town, but the area was calm and quiet, so I didn’t mind.

2. Location is superb, very near Jiu Zhai Huang Long high speed rail station. We paid 20 yuan (2 pax) taxi fare from train station to hotel. Upon checking out, the hotel provided free shuttle using their hotel transport (mpv) to the nearby high speed rail station.
3. All staff are very warm, friendly and helpful. The reception staff brought us some snacks after we checked in and resting in our room @5pm.
4. Dinner at hotel was very convenient and the recommended dishes are light to cure our high altitude sickness after visited Huang Long National Park.
5. The window view was a river and high speed rail track in the distance. Feeling relaxed and refreshing.
6. The room size is big and clean.
7. The hotel provides transport and tour to Jiuzhaigou and Huang Long scenic places.

2. I bought her dinner on the first floor and it was very delicious.
3. It takes about 14 minutes to walk from the high-speed rail station. It is very close.
4. The room was clean and I was glad to see the mountains outside the window.

1. The windows are not double windows and they are not insulated well. We had to keep the heating on when the electricity came on.
3. There are many places under construction around the building, so the power supply is unstable. Please warm up your bed and charge your phone when the electricity comes in.
4. If you are a non-smoker, ask for a second-floor room when you check-in. The third-floor room has a sore throat due to the continuous smoke coming up from the second-floor cigarette.
5. There was a restaurant near the hotel that said ”Breakfast” and when I went there at 7:30 the door was locked. I looked around all around the hotel, but none of the restaurants were open. Prepare food such as snacks and fruits in advance for breakfast.
6. I think this is for Chinese people only. Foreign lodging registration is not automatic. Please visit the police station next to you at the high-speed rail station and take care of it yourself.

1. The map app confirms that buses run between the ancient fortress wall and the high-speed rail station, but when I asked the locals, they said they don't operate it. I paid 20 yuan for a taxi from the bus stop to my accommodation. I took a taxi from here three times, but no taxi was priced for mileage. You should bargain well.
2. There is a convenience store in the waiting room of the high-speed rail station that sells instant food, the air is warm, and you can charge your phone. If you have nowhere to go, you can spend time here. (We also had breakfast here and charged our phones for four hours.)

AANIRUT THONGCHIANGI stayed at this hotel because I missed my train back to Chengdu due to heavy traffic. The room was suitably sized for three people, warm enough for the winter, and came with a breakfast that included various snacks and beverages. The staff provided excellent service, especially the manager and the front desk. I asked the receptionist to help call a taxi, but at that time, it seemed no taxis were available. She contacted the manager to assist, and eventually, the manager volunteered to drive us to the train station himself. Despite the snow covering the car, the manager cleared it off and rushed us to the train station just in time. I deeply appreciate their kindness and generosity.

GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy, but there is a slight smell left by the decoration. The quilts are all new and the house is well sealed. Outside the window is the Minjiang River flowing continuously. You can't hear the sound of running water after closing the window. The boss and his wife are ******* and are gentle to others. Sincerely, drove us to the hotel. I stayed here and visited the Red Army Long March Memorial Hall Memorial Park nearby. The next day I took a private car on the road to Huanglong Scenic Area for 90 yuan. It seems difficult to book a car online, and there are not many taxis on the road. A little high reflex. It's about 10 minutes' drive from Huanglong Jiuzhai Station. There are 4 floors in total and there is an elevator.

TTjandraThe hotel is located pretty near to Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport, around 6-7 km, hence the location is perfect for travelers who arrive by evening flight who wish to visit Huanglong Scenic Area before proceeding to Jiuzhaigou, like us. The hotel provides airport transfer from Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport to the hotel for free. You need to call them on the day of departure/arrival at 9 AM to arrange for airport transfer. You also need a local phone number or WeChat account in order to communicate with the chauffeur. They charge RMB 50 for return transfer back to the airport. The chauffeur, Mr Gen, also drove us to and from Huanglong back to hotel the next day for RMB 200. Mr Gen was extremely helpful. My sister slipped and fell while in Huanglong and needed to go to hospital. He drove us to a local hospital and waited patiently for us to finish seeing doctor, getting x-ray done and getting medicine. Xiao Tai at front desk was friendly and helpful. She provided us a few bottles of water before we went to Huanglong. The restaurant staff was also very helpful. As the restaurant was extremely crowded during dinner, we requested for room service and they delivered our order to our room with no extra charges.

MMaoxingdarenIt was the first time I lived in a ******* homestay, and Suolang Zhaxi's home gave me a better understanding of Tibetans. The bed is warm and comfortable. Looking at the endless mountains, primeval forests, creeks, weeds, small flowers all over the mountains, and captive ponies outside the window, the mood will be good. Tashi's lovely daughter is over two years old, and the little owner who can't speak can play happily with the guests. Tashi's mother took us to pick mushrooms, cross the stream beside the prayer wheel, and release the little mouse caught in the mousetrap, so that it would not come back to disturb us across the stream. Walking in the dense forest, stepping on the soft ground, breathing the fresh air, picking wild mushrooms and strawberries after the rain, and feeling the beauty of nature, this is what tourism looks like. The village is very quiet. Farmers are picking lettuce in the vegetable field, and the air is full of sweet vegetable smell. The B&B conditions in Suoling Tashi may not be as good as star-rated hotels, but they are more down-to-earth. In addition, at an altitude of 3 kilometers above sea level, there will be some altitude sickness.

GGuest UserGreat place with a great owner. The hotel itself is very nice and it had everything needed, with a nice courtyard. The location is also perfect. The owner helped me plan a day trip where there were no tourists, and he also bought the bus ticket to go back to Chengdu for me, and even followed me to the bus stop. Great help.
