One of the best hotels I’ve stayed. I was really confused when O was booking but our stay was incredible. The hotel was very clean, the room was amazing, staff was very kind and attentive. It was my sisters birthday, they brought a small cake with some drinks which was really appreciated, and the swimming pool was really big. As a hotel industry worker, the only 2 things I would suggest the management team to improve and change in the hotel is the front desk, as when you enter in the hotel you can’t see the receptionist, it would be better if the desk was lower or if the receptionists had higher seats. When you enter the hotel, you can’t make eye contact with the front desk team because of the high desk and lower seats. The other thing I suggest to improve is the breakfast, I would put more variety of food that is vegetarian Overall I was really happy with my stay!

Hotel is a 15-20 minute walk uphill from the train station. A bit tricky walk with larger bags due to Very narrow cobblestone sidewalks and very busy street. The hotel staff are very helpful and pleasant. The rooms and common areas are immaculate. The room is beautifully designed with much storage space, spacious bathroom with great shower and lots of shelves. We had a beautiful view of Mt Vesuvius from our room balcony on the quiet backside of the hotel. The breakfast is good with a faint good variety. I’d stay here anytime.

This property is amazing location, family owned since 1961, over looking the clip, walking distance to most of the restaurant and shopping, easy access and walking local marina to Capri, really recommend to everyone this outstanding property!!

Great little hotel with nice rooms. Good location about 15 minute walk to the central hub of Sorrento. It is on the main road with quite a bit of traffic but it didn't bother us and we didn't hear from our room on the top floor. Our favorite was the beautiful rooftop terraces the hotel has that you can enjoy as much as you'd like! Incredible views of the mountains and the Gulf of Naples with the best sunset views. Roberta & Mauro (at the front desk) were so friendly and attentive our entire stay! Thank you!!

Staff was very accommodating. Breakfasts were delicious. Pool was lovely and there were enough chairs for all. Beds were comfortable and everything was well taken care of. Rooms were a bit dated but adequate. It was a 15 minute walk to the square. It met all our needs.

We had originally booked a hotel up in the mountain then decided to change to this hotel to be walking distance to the town. God that was the best decision! I am such a fussy person when it comes to hotel standards & I have to say reading the reviews I was a bit unsure what to find on arrival. This hotel from the moment we walked in the door really surprised me. The reception team were lovely & welcoming explaining everything. The room ( we are still here) is just so spacious & lovely having a nice balcony. We booked a premium room for our family of 4. We had welcome drinks on arrival plus a selection of cakes & biscuits. Slippers & dressing gowns for all of us and so many toiletries of everything you can think of. Yes there is a hairdryer in the bathroom - very obvious, some people have previously commented as there being none. The pool area is lovely & the kids loved the fact it was a very deep pool. Breakfast also is absolutely perfect and topped all the time by the staff constantly bringing out fresh food. The location is literally a 10 minute walk to the main square. The street has so many shops and restaurants nearby and can highly recommend the Thai restaurant directly opposite the hotel we went here twice it was that good. Also definitely the Italian 2-4-6 Cucina again just down the road- best Tiramisu I’ve ever had. Looking back I am so glad we were not stuck up in one of the mountain hotels relying on buses. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

A lovely option to stay if you want to visit the Amalfi coast! Localizated in the heart of Sorrento and just 25 minutes ride from Positano! The rooms are big and the breakfast is very good. Pool and the view are incredible. A special thanks to Cynthia and Francesco for all the tips and nice places recommended. Will come back one day!

Everything about this hotel is simply wonderful! The staff is helpful, courteous and as we say in Hawaii "full of aloha." The rooms take your breath away with doors that open from ceiling to floor. A bathtub that can easily hold 2 people. The toiletries that are included are also top quality. A view that will take your breath away. The location is perfect. I only wish we would have stayed longer. I had a massage in a room that had a waterfall that went directly into a beautiful pool. There is not one negative thing at all about this hotel. Allow a couple of nights here-you will not regret it!
