Absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel is stunning – beautifully decorated, spotless, and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and we truly appreciated the lovely welcome treat waiting for us in the room. Breakfast was delicious and very complete – a perfect way to start the day. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the facilities are fantastic: beautiful pool, well-equipped gym, a stylish bar, and a relaxing spa. What made it even more special was the staff – so kind, attentive, and always welcoming. Thank you for having us. We felt truly cared for and hope to return someday!

A great hotel! Very clean, comfortable and beautiful. The breakfast was full of variety and delicious. The pool area was a great place to relax at the end of the day. The lobby bar was very welcoming as many guests gathered there and enjoyed visiting with other hotel guests and became international friends. All of the staff were terrific but I want to mention the lobby bartender Lorenzo. All of the restaurant recommendations he gave us were outstanding. Be sure to chat with him.

We stayed for 8 nights as we wanted to explore and relax by the pool in Sorrento. Hotel Central Wellness was a very comfortable place to stay, the staff were so helpful and friendly. It was in walking distance to the city, train and port (this was at least a 25 minute brisk walk). The hotel was very clean and I visited the wellness spa for a massage which was quite relaxing. Definitely a place to stay in Sorrento

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed. I was really confused when O was booking but our stay was incredible. The hotel was very clean, the room was amazing, staff was very kind and attentive. It was my sisters birthday, they brought a small cake with some drinks which was really appreciated, and the swimming pool was really big. As a hotel industry worker, the only 2 things I would suggest the management team to improve and change in the hotel is the front desk, as when you enter in the hotel you can’t see the receptionist, it would be better if the desk was lower or if the receptionists had higher seats. When you enter the hotel, you can’t make eye contact with the front desk team because of the high desk and lower seats. The other thing I suggest to improve is the breakfast, I would put more variety of food that is vegetarian Overall I was really happy with my stay!

I have just returned from a week in this wonderful hotel. I was in Sorrento for a family wedding and couldn't have asked for a nicer stay. My wife has recently passed away and I needed a change of room to accommodate my son. This was done with a very sensitive and caring approach and I thank you for that. I also needed a few extra nights for my daughter and again this was done with no fuss. The Hotel is tastefully decorated to a high standard and the breakfast offers a high quality selection with very relaxed and considerate staff. The pool was fantastic and beds were always available,in fact we often had it to ourselves before 10 am every day. All staff we encountered were polite and willing to go the extra mile to make our stay a much needed distraction following a very difficult few months,and I cant thank the hotel enough for this. I will hopefully return to Sorrento and Hotel Central Wellness will be my choice. Thank you.

Note to guests! The photos on the website are misleading. The rooms are nothing like the photos. They are tiny rundown and filthy! We checked into this place and quickly realized the room hadn’t been cleaned…. There was hair all over the toilet and bidet. The floors were discussing as well… so disappointing! The pool is old and filled with screaming children. The pool shower doesn’t work and the towels they provide for the guests are older than Rome.! The pool staff are so rude as well (young fellow w/ tattoos), it is obvious they hate tours. This was the worst hotel we experienced while vacationing in Italy. I would never recommend this property to anyone.

We normally don't participate in reviews, but this is an exception. It's a lovely friendly hotel, with very knowledgable and friendly staff. The room was excellent. The pool is just lovely, and the sunning area very large and well kitted out. A very enjoyable stay, and we would book again if going to Sorrento. The breakfasts were brillant.
