What can I say about this hotel other than it is magnificent. We stayed for our wedding and honeymoon with our two young daughters and I was a little concerned that it wouldn't be the right place for young children, however I was totally wrong. Every single member of staff went out of their way to speak to my children, entertain them and make us all welcome for the duration of our stay. I didn't get any names but the young man at breakfast who was particularly wonderful with them showing my daughter where she could find seashells as she's fascinated by them and letting them play with his water guns. They made pancakes for their breakfast every day and high-fived them all the time. The room has the most amazing view, was spotlessly cleaned all of the time even after 9 of us got ready for the wedding in there and it was left looking rather chaotic. The walk through the caves to the beach is stunning and the solarium is a lovely spot to swim and catch some sun. The restaurant food was sublime. My only slight issue was that we left early in the morning and had requested breakfast boxes twice before checking out but didn't get them, and the noise levels from weddings in the hotel late at night was problematic for us getting the girls to sleep or if we wanted an early night because we were up early the next day for a trip. I think that perhaps the area where events are held is very close to the guests rooms. My daughter cried when we left and has asked to be back at the ”holiday house” every night since. An absolute dream of a hotel and a huge thank you from us all.

Casa Evelina Sorrento

Sorrento|0.07km from Il Vallone dei Mulini
I’m so glad we chose to stay at Casa Evelina. It’s an easy 5 minute walk from the train station. We did have a bit of trouble finding the place as it’s not a hotel per se. it’s next door to a tiny cooking school and that is next to a hair salon. Look for the apartment style building with dark brown wooden slats. There is a panel on the wall with ‘Casa Evelina’. Buzz that and Liberato will soon arrive. There is an elevator up to the third floor. Once in the Casa, Liberato checked us in, collected the city tax and gave us a map with lots of recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. There are only 3 suites but from his website photos they are all beautiful. We stayed in the Junior Suite which has a king sized bed and a twin sized bed in a separate area. Super comfortable. Lots of space. Good A/C. So nicely decorated. There’s a desk and chair and a mini refrigerator, kettle and a selection of teas, and instant coffee. Large balcony with chairs and a lovely view. The bathroom is so nice. Huge shower with colour changing lights! Breakfast can be supplied but with the convenience of a fridge we chose to walk to the nearby Carrefour grocery store for fruit and yogurt. You can’t beat the location. The main square is a 3 minute walk around the corner. That’s also where the pedestrian only Main Street is. So many shops - leather, souvenirs, sandals and clothing, plus restaurants and gelato bars. There is some traffic noise but no different from living in a city. We both slept soundly. Both windows have electric blackout shades. I’m glad we stayed away from the crowds and hubbub of the main streets. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Casa Evelina again!!

This hotel is located a few meters from Sorrento’s main street and square. Everything is within walking distance. Another plus is the hotel staff. They are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok for a 4* hotel with the advantage that you may eat outside. Pool is only 1.40 meters deep. But you can have a relaxing time there. We never had problems getting chairs. Our room was outside the main building near the pool (602). It was the right size for us three, very clean. We enjoyed the proximity to the pool. All in all, maybe one of the best options in Sorrento.
Hotel Villa di Sorrento

We began this trip with a slight disagreement but ended the trip completely satisfied and extremely happy with the service. The hotel is clean, has a great location, and service was super friendly. In regards to the disagreement on the front end, without us asking for or expecting anything the hotel graciously took care of the issue.
Grand Hotel Cesare Augusto

Great stay in this hotel, a big shout out to Max and the rest of the staff for making the holiday such a pleasant one. The roof top bar is a great way to finish off your night and the pool at the roof top was a bonus we weren't expecting.

Palazzo Jannuzzi Relais

My family of seven stayed at the Palazzo Jannuzzi for three nights in Sorrento. The place is just darling! So detailed with delight. The history of staying in the family’s grandmothers house turned into a bed and breakfast/boutique hotel. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The breakfast was homemade cakes, pies, eggs, muffins and all the amenities that come with a complete breakfast. I must say it was the best cappuccino I ever had !! The rooms were spacious and detailed. Very clean and well maintained. You feel like family. The location is the best. Situated right in the town center square. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The balconies were such a great place to hang out and have a nice glass of wine. Very spacious and quaint. If you are thinking about staying in Sorrento look no further and book your stay!! Thank you so much for your hospitality as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at PJ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Sincerely Carolyn
Il Giardino Segreto

Perfect for our needs. Located within a short walk from Sorrento train station, and the port. If you are planning lots of day trips out of Sorrento this is the perfect base. Every day our room was cleaned to a high standard. Breakfast and coffee every morning was delicious. Our mini fridge of water and soft drinks - included free - was topped up every day. Bathroom had everything you will need. Believe the hype - all the other reviews saying the same thing are not mistaken.
