It was clean and friendly. It was close to the city center, so it was easy to get around. The water pressure was a little weak, but there was no discomfort. Well rested.

Really nice property. Amazing breakfast and breakfast room. Beautiful views from the pool area. Wonderful and helpful staff. Made several cab reservations and dining recommendations. Would definitely stay here again. Very happy with this hotel.

Disliked the strict “no drinks brought in” policy. I recommend an exception to allow outside bottles of water to be brought in.
The bartender while we were there was good but VERY VERY SLOW.

proeprty is advertised as 4 star, but it is definitely not a 4 star. I’ve stayed at hotels that were 3 stars and way better than this. Kind of dirty, not clean, ac doesn’t work properly.

Spacious, clean rooms with balconies. Very accommodating concierge desk when I unexpectedly needed a longer stay. Roof deck and ground floor garden were terrific places to relax and catch up on computer work. Wifi was 50mbs, amazing by hotel standards. Streets around the property are noisy, but windows are noise proof, and it's ideally located just two blocks from both the Piazza Tasso and the train station.

The property is extremely clean and well maintained. It is in a safe neighborhood with easy access to Positano and other towns on the Amalfi coast. The hotel is also located centrally and is walking distance to the train and bus stops. The staff were very professional and arranged a private transfer to the Naples Airport with an excellent driver. The breakfast spread was also top tier. I highly recommend this hotel.

They lost our luggage. They gave a room with a non functioning bathroom and they accepted us to stay overnight in a room without a working bathroom. We were accused of lying about a toilet not working in order to get a new room. During this conversation, the other workers were laughing and making fun of us. These workers we interacted with were Valentina and Francesco.
