Family-friendly Hotels in Sousse Medina

The hotel is connected to the beach and the sea. The environment is great. The food in the restaurant is delicious and delicious. The breakfast buffet is too crowded and the service is not very timely. The overall value for money is good. You need to book in advance. It's always full.

I LOVE coming here. This is my third visit, each time with a group of friends, and we always have an amazing time. The staff are all friendly, happy to help, smiling, respectful and a credit to their employer. The rooms are clean, modern and well-maintained by the housekeeping staff. The food buffet is brilliant - a perfect mix of consistent options as well as some interesting changes every day. Lots of western, local and international options available, and everything I tried was great. In between meal times in the restaurant, there's a beach bar near the pools that serves snacks and drinks too. You won't go hungry!! On this particular visit, it was a friend's birthday, and the hotel manager and staff accommodated it perfectly. They provided everything we needed to celebrate with a private barbecue on the beach, and even in December (a quiet period) there was plenty of staff on hand to help bring anything we needed throughout the day - and indeed the whole stay. And in case you're considering coming at this time of year, the weather has still been lovely at approx 20 degrees every day and clear blue skies on 6 out of the last 7 days. The beach, which was quiet during our visit, is still kept in great condition, and the pool areas have been recently been updated too. The value for money was absolutely incredible, and overall, Jaz Tour Khalef continues to deliver on all fronts. Currently sat in the airport about to fly home, and we're already planning the next one!!

The hotel is close to the train station and the old town, with convenient transportation. Staff service is good. The room is spacious, but the facilities are average, which is significantly different from the five-star standard. The room facilities are four-star at most. The water is not smooth, the towels are old, and the sound insulation is not very good. But the price is cheap.

It's really good hotel nice people and good food and have a good pool and nice beach with clean water and have good room and nice view from it good for couple or families have a great spa I want to say thank you for the bar man in the pool and the animation team they do a hard work thank you all

Lovely and pleasant stay at the Occidental hotel. All the staff team were amazing. I would like to give a special mention to the waiter Houssem his service was 10/10. He was very friendly and polite throughout our stay. Nothing was too much for him. He is a real asset to the hotel!!!
