I was shocked by the smells and the dirtiness of the place. The air conditioning was not working. We returned the keys and went home. I stayed at the hotel for 30 minutes. I made a complaint and asked for a refund. If the smell of the sewers appeared in the photos I would have shared them with you.

Hello I am going to give you my personal opinion in relation to what I have seen and experienced in this hotel it is not 4 stars sincerely I was taken in when I arrived I find no swimming pool neither indoors nor outdoors it is disappointing and the hearty breakfast it looks like the canteen of my old faculty in short it's just apartments for rent so no luxury

This hotel is max 3* & the service from staff is 2*, morning same breakfast staff shout at you and pretend they dnt understand when every day we wanted the same, no tea just coffee given in morning half a cup if you ask for more they look at you, one of the managers at reception was helpful the other wasn't at all wears a blue blazer, hotel itself was clean, cleaning staff were nice. If you have issues in rooms they do come to sort it, I'd say at max an entry level 4* hotel with 2* staff, Hotel is on beech front which is another positive

I like this hotel very clean nice rooms always when i come i spend 3 nights and more i like it breakfast good too the beach very close to the hotel pool nice and clean when i come to souse i would come to Monaco and the pub and disco all very near the hotel

Run away, before booking I read negative comments and I said to myself no they are abusing, I was wrong. Very noisy hotel, two bars with music until 2am just downstairs from the hotel, disgusting pool, and packed with people given that it is not reserved only for residents, even people from outside can enter for 20 DA, alcohol everywhere, you are only allowed 3 deckchairs on the beach....... Except for the people at reception during the day who are really nice, everything else is rubbish

Catastrophic experience!!! We expected anything but to live 15 days of nightmare and to count the remaining days to return home! The hotel has absolutely nothing to do with what is advertised everywhere on the various booking sites. Everything is degraded and in very poor condition. We cannot distinguish the managers from the employees. The security guards and lifeguard act as manager, director, waiter... This hotel is simply a nameless mess with no supervision or availability for its customers!!! Avoid...

A very nice, elegant, traditional hotel in a lovely central location. Personally, I really liked the hotel. The ambiance and service were excellent. Very friendly and intelligent. The rooms were very clean. The reception, housekeeping and security, as well as the kitchen staff are very good! I always like coming here.

After several summers spent in Monaco, we noticed the deterioration of the establishment and the atmosphere. In terms of equipment, the hotel has neither a Thalasso (closed for more than 1 year) nor a gym (also closed) contrary to what they display on their site. Access to deckchairs on the beach is chargeable, €10 per deckchair! Extremely loud music at the pool, if you want to relax by the pool, forget it!! Swimming pool accessible to people outside the hotel and therefore overcrowded. Very noisy environment also at night with an open-air bar with DJ at night right opposite, even with double glazing it is unbearable.
