有的房型比較擁擠，房間包括陽台不允許吸煙，衞生不錯

Some room types are more crowded. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms including the balcony. The hygiene is good.

Secara keseluruhan nyaman dan bersih namun untuk amenities sedikit kurang dengan range harga hotel tersebut

Overall it is comfortable and clean but the amenities are a little lacking for the hotel's price range

This is a quiet hotel with the best balance (price and service) in the Cipete area.

If you want to experience a local neighborhood in South Jakarta this is the perfect place. Great location (near the French School & Lycee, and not far from Kemang Raya & Cipete Raya), friendly staff, a gym+pool, and nice clean rooms. Continental breakfast delivered to room a nice touch, but could be improved by including tea or coffee in the price.... I recommend White Tree Residence highly.

I have just had four very comfortable relaxing days at White Tree Residence.    The room was compact but totally adequate in size and spotlessly clean. The staff was very efficient and helpful especially the Manager Pak Firza Destrian. The menu in the restaurant also had some delicious items.    I will certainly use White Tree Resident as a Jakarta base whenever I visit and thoroughly recommend it to others.

The hotel is not as good as expected. First of all, the location is close to the roadside. It is noisy at night. Secondly, the curtains are too thin. The sun shines in the morning. However, the other one also creaked and could not be used. The fourth was that it was originally set to include breakfast. The front desk said that it did not. It was communicated with Ctrip in the morning before it was re-included. The only good thing is that the front desk is more polite and has a good attitude, but I will never live here again.

I stayed at White Tree Residence for the first time. It is calm, not noisy because its location is quite strategic but a bit far from the city center. The breakfast provided was delicious. Below is a coffee shop and a salon. Staff and security are very friendly. Extremely good value for money. Would definitely recommend to all.
