The most impressive thing is the maintenance master. The hair dryer is a bit of contact with the poor maintenance master. The maintenance master immediately came to repair it, and it was very, very polite. It would be inconvenient to confirm again and again. I also said that I am looking forward to coming to Chongqing one day. Play, also very cute uncle, I felt very strong kindness and courtesy. The front desk lady service is also super good, and we are welcome with a smile. Every staff member registered at the entrance of the restaurant was very gentleman and polite. Most of the staff in the restaurant were also very good. (except for an aunt at the breakfast iron plate, the attitude was a bit bad), and the cleaning staff was very neat. 2. The environment, the hotel environment is really super beautiful, I feel the ultimate relaxation from the inside to the outside, the swimming pool is designed too beautiful, there is an up room on the top floor, overlooking the entire hotel and the sea in the distance. And the hotel is an all-inclusive meal, the most expected every day is when eating, the buffet is delicious, the variety is different every day.

I had broken my ankle and was walking on crutches. We were upgraded to a more ‘handicap’ friendly room and were given help with renting a wheelchair with the utmost friendliness. There was nice space in the hotel - always a free sunbed, always space in the pool and always enough food at the breakfast buffet. The atmosphere among the guests was wonderfully relaxed and calm. And both hotel and city very handicap friendly.

Lovely hotel at a very good location. Modern, nicely decorated for Christmas. Polite staff, good choice for breakfast and dinner. Christmas dinner was something out of this world( been to many hotels, but Xmas dinner now will be hard to match). Not sure if it is always like this but we were the youngest in the hotel(43&47)during the first part of holidays and only later some other younger people joined us. The average age was 60's 😁 This hotel is not orientated to children but for us it was perfect- no screaming and shouting and our girl had fun in the pool by Herself and her cousin🤣 I wanted to book Spring Hotel Bitacora at first but now I am thinking that I made an excellent choice . That said, I might try it out next time just because of the All nclusive service Bitacora provides. It was a nice quiet stay so if you expect something like Turkey, eith music around the pool, kids disco and shows, this hotel is not for you. We were half board and 4 days we ate at the pool bar and were never disappointed. Good food and reasonable prices. We didn't book UP option because we were with the kids( it's for 18+)but if I ever come without them- I will try it out! Pros: Very good location Modern hotel Heated pools( wheelchair friendly) Good food and service Cons: No shampoo in a room! It's a first for me 🙈 The tiles in the pool (mosaic) need replacement. My daughter filled probably half of the carrier bag from the bottom saw of the pool🤣 All in all- perfect stay and believe me, I am picky. It is one of the hotels I would recommend to my friends and family

The room is clean and spacious, warmly decorated, and the bed is soft and comfortable. I had a good rest at night. The bathroom is clean, with complete toiletries, and the water pressure and hot water are stable. The view outside the window is also beautiful, which makes people feel happy.

Restaurant: lack of hygiene in the restaurant areas (tables and cleaning method). Large diversity of food to choose from. Animation: there was a schedule with the daily activities which had been changed by the instructor and had not been updated in the schedule. I’ve missed some classes because of this. Poor animation during the day comparing to other hotels nearby. You could hear those had animation while this one not so much. Even not music by the pool. Facilities: hot. AC is available in the rooms but in all common areas you’ll be sweating. It’s not pleasant to have dinner and have to choose by not having hot dishes because you’re already sweating. I saw a lot of people complaining. Housekeeping: takes almost a full day to make the beds. One day we left the room at 11:00 and beds were only done by 16:00. Cleaning was not done properly. Location: good if you like beach and nightlife.
