GGuest UserEl servicio fue excelente, las instalaciones muy buenas. Se hecho de menos zumo de naranja natural en los desayunos y jamon serrano en las cenas, para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas joia.
Pero en general muy bien, tienen varios detalles como bombones, licor......

GGuest UserThe issue of stars should be re-examined. Hotels packed with people at a rate of 400 euros/night can never be considered luxury. The sun and the proximity to the beach are not a merit of the hotel. Neither is the demand. The hotel is not luxury, 5 stars… rather 4 stars superior. Excessive price for what it offers (not counting the sun)

GGuest UserI chose a semi-sea view room, and the front desk chose the corner for me. I looked from the balcony and found that many rooms were not fully occupied, and the kettle was dirty and full of ants.
However, it is very suitable for a family trip, with a children's swimming pool, breakfast and dinner are very delicious, the restaurant has two restaurants inside and outside, and the afternoon tea area next to the swimming pool is also very good. Overall, it is very good.

The service was very good, my camera was left outside the restaurant, the person looking for the restaurant asked but did not give. Later, I consulted the hotel to handle the back of the handsome guy in charge of guest relation to call the police process. He first helped the restaurant person to call. After communicating with the restaurant, he said no, and then told me the detailed process of the police, because I was leaving the next day. He said that he could fill in the hotel's phone number and address when calling the police. Some problems can be dealt with by them, and all employees are copied to pay attention to this matter. Finally, the camera was successfully recovered.
There are many restaurants in the hotel and they have eaten well.
The view is very good.
It is the lobby floor and elevator door that can see some traces of years.

IIsobelLovely hotel big and spacious. Breakfast really tasty and all round very clean. Staff provided fizz, sweets and nuts on my birthday which was a lovely surprise. Not much atmosphere and no entertainment at night. Very good location with lot’s of bars and restaurants nearby. Would book again.
