Spa hotels in Batumi

Wide sea view, just as pictured. Floor 26, lift was always prompt. Parked at back of Orbit residence in a car park. Used Bolt taxis and scooters to get around Batumi. Scooters fun but taxis actually cheaper. Lots to see and do or you can relax by the sea front, lots of food places, shops, Grand Mall across the road from apartment. Brilliant price when comparing to UK prices. Apartment fully kitted out had everything you would need.

The hotel is right on the seaside and has a parking lot. The environment is very good. It was drizzling when we drove to the hotel to check in. The hotel waiter helped us move our luggage from the car to the room. The overall service was good. The hotel swimming pool was also very good. From the room, we could see the Ferris wheel and the beautiful view of the seaside. It was very beautiful. The breakfast was rich. The overall equipment of the hotel was old.

The hotel is located in the old town. The location is excellent!! The rooms are relatively large and clean, the breakfast is normal, but monotonous, nothing has changed for 3 days, and cappuccino coffee is available for an additional fee... The SPA and pool are terrible (I took the hotel only because of the SPA) VERY DISAPPOINTED!! The pool is small and the water is cold, stuffy and unpleasant!!! When we checked in, there were no towels, and when we asked they said only an hour later🤔 There were three of us and they brought everything for two!!! (towels, water, shampoo, slippers, etc.) In general, the impression was not pleasant, for that kind of money you could have rented something more decent... I will never recommend it to my friends!!!

Facilities: Maintaining the usual Marriott brand quality, the semi-open balcony offers expansive ocean views, allowing us to enjoy the sunset from our seats. The indoor pool is spacious and boasts stunning ocean views. The gym and spa are also excellent. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Located in a busy downtown area, close to the coastline. Nearby are supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, shopping malls, and hotels. Service: The front desk staff is responsive and flexible.

We stayed at Sheraton Batumi Hotel expecting the standard of a global 5-star luxury chain. Unfortunately, while the location is beautiful, the overall experience fell far below expectations. The property’s location, right in front of the beach, is stunning. The views are lovely and the building itself looks impressive. Sadly, the service and operational quality did not match the pricing or brand promise. Here were the key concerns: 1. Language & Service Gaps For a luxury, premium-priced international hotel, it was surprising that several staff members struggled to understand basic English. This made even simple requests unnecessarily complicated. 2. Inedible Food on Day 1 On the day we checked in, we ordered a ciabatta pesto sandwich. The ciabatta was so hard it was impossible to chew. It literally sounded like knocking on wood. We had to remove and eat only the filling. This is basic food quality control that should not fail in a 5-star property. 3. Repeated WiFi Failures Within an hour of check-in, the WiFi stopped working. I had official calls to attend, yet even after 2–3 hours, the issue wasn’t resolved. The next day, the WiFi again went down for 2–3 hours. In a hospitality business today, reliable internet is non-negotiable. There also seemed to be no backup plan or proactive communication. 4. Shower Head Burst - No QC? The following morning, the shower head burst while in use, flooding the bathroom. My belongings got wet and it completely disrupted the morning. When a room is marked “ready,” basic quality checks should ensure fixtures are functional. 5. Breakfast Quality Below Standard The breakfast buffet was largely cold. Vegetarian options were extremely limited. Even the falafel was undercooked. The omelette was overly oily. At the very least, for a globally known chain, one Indian option or more diverse vegetarian choices would have been appreciated. 6. Room Service Delays Ordering water to the room took nearly an hour and required four calls. That level of delay for something so basic is difficult to justify. Overall, while the location is excellent, the service standards, food quality, maintenance checks, and responsiveness did not align with what one expects from a Sheraton property. For the price paid, this was not a luxury experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on operational consistency, staff training, and basic quality control.

We arrived at the Hotel General in Batui, which we had booked on Trip.com, by taxi, but the hotel was closed and locked. It was absurd. Fortunately, we contacted Trip.com and found a replacement hotel. The facilities and size were better than the hotel we had originally booked, but the bed was a double bed, so we thought it would be a bit uncomfortable for two healthy men, so we checked into a higher-level hotel with two beds. This was the first time this happened while traveling. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good. The staff was also friendly.

Not 5* star match, maximum pulls 3*. Friendly staff who do all half. Horrible service at the pool, poor service in the rooms. No change of underwear and coats, slippers for 11 days. The cleaner makes a comment and hamits to the standing in the SPA. The pillows are giant, sleep is not aozioic. No choice of pillows. The hotel restaurant has been poisoned strongly, most likely with meat. On the night, music in the pool is not disabled. Orchid, sleep is not possible. During the stay, the hotel staff tried very hard, but it was seen that he was not trained to act in emergency situations, and the hotel management didn't even try to apologize to the guests. Every day this hotel offered unpleasant surprises. I don't recommend anyone to go to this hotel.

Это шикарнейший инстаграмный отель!!! Виды потрясающие, дух захватывает. Такой там чистый воздух и так хорошо спится. Сам номерной фонд очень скромный, но эти фантастические виды перекрывают все минусы. Хотя о каких минусах речь, просто не понятно. Ну был не набран один бассейн, но при этом работал другой. Завтраки не такие может разнообразные, но всё очень вкусное и докладывается по мере необходимости. Свежевыжатый сок из апельсина также улучшает настроение. Единственное что б можно было улучшить это тоненькие блинчики(вот они совершенно не тоненькие). А так все на высшем уровне! Ужинали у них вечером тоже все было очень вкусно и по нормальному ценнику. Единственное, подруге хотелось бы что б бассейн был с подогревом, это б позволило людям купаться в любое время года.
