Spa hotels in Batumi

Wide sea view, just as pictured. Floor 26, lift was always prompt. Parked at back of Orbit residence in a car park. Used Bolt taxis and scooters to get around Batumi. Scooters fun but taxis actually cheaper. Lots to see and do or you can relax by the sea front, lots of food places, shops, Grand Mall across the road from apartment. Brilliant price when comparing to UK prices. Apartment fully kitted out had everything you would need.

Great location, the hotel itself is very beautiful. Furniture, decor. There were robes and even scales. Breakfast was wonderful, in a beautiful restaurant. Russian-speaking staff.

Big room, pleasant home cosmetics, comfortable mattress (though short for 180), lots of pillows, warm floor a bath, responsive staff on the receptacle, excellent breakfast. The room has a teapot and capsule coffee machine, tea and capsules of Lavazza, including decaf. Settled before 2 hours. 2 pool. However, because of the tired rooms it is already 4, not 5 stars. Cosmetic repair is required: wallpapers update, installation in the toilet change, lamp (due to the wire), air conditioner clean and repair , so that it does not stream into the wardrobe. Somewhere to update the shelves in the wardrobe and make cleaning furniture. The wear of the towels is worth watching closer. And in the rooms vinyl wallpapers that can be perfectly washed from tea/coffee, but somehow clearing this fact ignores.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach, but there's basically no service. No one helped with luggage when I checked in. The room was very small, and there were no toothbrushes provided. It took over half an hour to send one over the phone. The front desk was interrupting me the entire time I checked in and was not very friendly. The hotel looks high-rise, but it actually has only five floors. The windows of the single-numbered rooms on the first floor face the wall, so you can't see the sun during the day. The breakfast is very average. Don't consider this hotel when you come to Batumi. It's not cost-effective.

We stayed at Sheraton Batumi Hotel expecting the standard of a global 5-star luxury chain. Unfortunately, while the location is beautiful, the overall experience fell far below expectations. The property’s location, right in front of the beach, is stunning. The views are lovely and the building itself looks impressive. Sadly, the service and operational quality did not match the pricing or brand promise. Here were the key concerns: 1. Language & Service Gaps For a luxury, premium-priced international hotel, it was surprising that several staff members struggled to understand basic English. This made even simple requests unnecessarily complicated. 2. Inedible Food on Day 1 On the day we checked in, we ordered a ciabatta pesto sandwich. The ciabatta was so hard it was impossible to chew. It literally sounded like knocking on wood. We had to remove and eat only the filling. This is basic food quality control that should not fail in a 5-star property. 3. Repeated WiFi Failures Within an hour of check-in, the WiFi stopped working. I had official calls to attend, yet even after 2–3 hours, the issue wasn’t resolved. The next day, the WiFi again went down for 2–3 hours. In a hospitality business today, reliable internet is non-negotiable. There also seemed to be no backup plan or proactive communication. 4. Shower Head Burst - No QC? The following morning, the shower head burst while in use, flooding the bathroom. My belongings got wet and it completely disrupted the morning. When a room is marked “ready,” basic quality checks should ensure fixtures are functional. 5. Breakfast Quality Below Standard The breakfast buffet was largely cold. Vegetarian options were extremely limited. Even the falafel was undercooked. The omelette was overly oily. At the very least, for a globally known chain, one Indian option or more diverse vegetarian choices would have been appreciated. 6. Room Service Delays Ordering water to the room took nearly an hour and required four calls. That level of delay for something so basic is difficult to justify. Overall, while the location is excellent, the service standards, food quality, maintenance checks, and responsiveness did not align with what one expects from a Sheraton property. For the price paid, this was not a luxury experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on operational consistency, staff training, and basic quality control.

Not 5* star match, maximum pulls 3*. Friendly staff who do all half. Horrible service at the pool, poor service in the rooms. No change of underwear and coats, slippers for 11 days. The cleaner makes a comment and hamits to the standing in the SPA. The pillows are giant, sleep is not aozioic. No choice of pillows. The hotel restaurant has been poisoned strongly, most likely with meat. On the night, music in the pool is not disabled. Orchid, sleep is not possible. During the stay, the hotel staff tried very hard, but it was seen that he was not trained to act in emergency situations, and the hotel management didn't even try to apologize to the guests. Every day this hotel offered unpleasant surprises. I don't recommend anyone to go to this hotel.

It's okay. The location is good, but the hotel's facilities are a bit old. However, the price is cheap, and for that price, it seems acceptable. It's very close to the beach, so you can go anytime.

Это шикарнейший инстаграмный отель!!! Виды потрясающие, дух захватывает. Такой там чистый воздух и так хорошо спится. Сам номерной фонд очень скромный, но эти фантастические виды перекрывают все минусы. Хотя о каких минусах речь, просто не понятно. Ну был не набран один бассейн, но при этом работал другой. Завтраки не такие может разнообразные, но всё очень вкусное и докладывается по мере необходимости. Свежевыжатый сок из апельсина также улучшает настроение. Единственное что б можно было улучшить это тоненькие блинчики(вот они совершенно не тоненькие). А так все на высшем уровне! Ужинали у них вечером тоже все было очень вкусно и по нормальному ценнику. Единственное, подруге хотелось бы что б бассейн был с подогревом, это б позволило людям купаться в любое время года.
