Tarathip_gamMy rating is 10 out of 10. Food was very very delicious and fresh, room was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities were really great, several pools one next to the beach was very long along the shore. Two simultaneous activities every evening one at the bar, one at the amphitheater. We definitely recommend to stay.

Anonymous UserОтличный отель в городе Кос. Вкусные завтраки меню + шведский стол (фрукты, красная рыба, шампанское, апельсиновый фреш). На пляже всегда есть свободные лежаки. Персонал отеля приветливый. Если хочется вечером погулять в городе, то до кафе ресторанов около 20 мин пешком. Пляж по пояс примерно 100 метров от берега, поэтому если хочется поплавать на глубине придется пройти в воде.

Staff were very friendly and resort was amazing. Staff organised a birthday cake with candles and a letter for my sister without being made previously aware of the birthday. We asked for dinner recommendations for her birthday and came back to find birthday cake and card. Great selection of food and restaurants with ample sunbeds around the pools and beach for tanning.
We had a late flight so staff collected our luggage from rooms and stored safely, allowing us to continue using the resort facilities. Also able to shower and freshen up in the departures lounge before heading to the airport.
Overall great experience, would definitely go back.

Guest Userhe best hotel in Kos; although there are many old buildings on the island, this hotel opened this year, so it is very new.
I would like to thank all the staff, and especially the hotel manager, very much; they truly made me feel safe, clean, and at peace.
I will visit again.

Loved everything about the Akti Palace (room, staff, food, cleanliness), except the sunbeds.
They were far too low and difficult to get on and off and very uncomfortable (no cushions and metal framed made it extremely hard, to lie on, for any length of time).
