Amazing
GGuest UserBest time of our lives :)
The hotel is beautiful and the service is amazing, every staff member wants you to have a great experience. We had a room with a private pool, we also had the candlelight dinner in the hotel's restaurant, and the floating breakfast. We additinally oredered pool floats (a giant flamingo). If you want to really treat yourself I would reccomended ordering them, despite the extra cost.
It was a great experience for us, we almost didn't go out of our room. The breakfast buffet was included in our reservation and was also great, high quality ingridients and cooking.
The hotel's staff was very responsive and helped me plan the dinner reservations and extras i've ordered.
Hope to come back again :)
GGuest UserBooked a standard graden room, turned out to be a catastrophe: fridge in the mini bar humming so loud one could barely sleep, road directly in front of the room with loud vehicles passing and uncomfortable bed) - slept less than 4hours first night. Then were given the option to move to another standard room which did not have a loud road but for whatever reason had same issue with the fridge. After complaining again were upgraded to better room which was nice (bed nevertheless not comfortable). Lost 2 out of 4 nights to terrible rooms.
Overall cannot recommend hotel. If you want to stay make sure only to book higher categories - standard room is absolutely not acceptable - a shame for a supposedly 5* hotel.
Other negative aspects: breakfast only okish, food and the restaurant very very mediocre at truly elevated prices & outrageous wine pricing (60⏠retail wine sold for 370âŹ..) with no decent drinkable cheaper wines
On the positive sides: very nice beach, good service at the beach, nice/cool interior design.
GGuest UserStaff were very friendly and resort was amazing. Staff organised a birthday cake with candles and a letter for my sister without being made previously aware of the birthday. We asked for dinner recommendations for her birthday and came back to find birthday cake and card. Great selection of food and restaurants with ample sunbeds around the pools and beach for tanning.
We had a late flight so staff collected our luggage from rooms and stored safely, allowing us to continue using the resort facilities. Also able to shower and freshen up in the departures lounge before heading to the airport.
Overall great experience, would definitely go back.
GGuest UserExcellent location. The room was very clean, including the kitchen and bathroom, and the balcony offered beautiful city and sea views. Extra coffee and bottled water were provided, and all the essential amenities were available both in the room and bathroom, including slippers, towels, shampoo, and soap. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit and would highly recommend it to others.
MMeralThe hotelâs beach was very beautiful, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only a woman and a man working at the bar in the morning were unfriendly. The service was excellent. The food was fresh and tasty, and having fish every day was perfect for me. The daily cleaning and towel changes were great, because in other places I visited in Greece, they only did it once a week. Having it done daily made me happy. The only thing I didnât like was that the rooms werenât soundproof, so children in the upstairs and next-door rooms were playing with balls and dragging furniture, which was quite disturbing. Overall, I left satisfied. Thank you, Mistis Family Village.
GGuest UserThis accommodation is an excellent choice, located right in the city center with easy access to everything. The bed is comfortable, and if you book a room with a balcony, youâll enjoy a stunning view of both the city and the sea. The staff are kind and very accommodating, making the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast is satisfying, offering a good English breakfast. Rooms are clean with a strong shower, even on the fourth floor, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The place also embraces sustainability, providing basic but pleasant-smelling toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. Overall, itâs a fantastic stay â Iâll definitely return and highly recommend it to others.
GGuest UserWe booked two days when we tried to extend our trip, we wanted a double bed for the second day and paid Trip com. However, they combined two single beds in the room given to us and accepted the room as a double room. I told Trip com that they gave a gift score. That's why we didn't like the 2nd day room. The additional fee for the sports hall is also a disadvantage. TV channels are very limited.
Breakfast was very beautiful and tasty.
GGuest UserFabulous beach front location. Great grounds with beach, lawn, busy pool, quiet pool - something for everyone. Food varied and tasty.
A watch out: if you are offered rooms 600+, you will be in the Residence part of the hotel - inland/have to cross a road to get there. Not all bad though as it has its own pool and bar with a lot less crowds. You will end up walking a lot though - which we didnât mind, but others might.
Not sure why the hotel restricts a la carte restaurants to once per stay instead of once per week. It was very empty when we went. Italian food was not that much better than main restaurant so you are not massively missing out.
Store merchandise was very expensive, but not sure if this would be same across all hotels.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.
DDutemplarAwesome last minute trip. Great and friendly staff. With it being the very end of season, a few minor things were less than perfect but quite understandable for a late October holiday. The buffet was overall good, varied, and unlike some other places I saw recently - routinely changed out the hot food to keep things fresh.
Excellent price point, and would be happy to go back.
