TTarathip_gamMy rating is 10 out of 10. Food was very very delicious and fresh, room was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities were really great, several pools one next to the beach was very long along the shore. Two simultaneous activities every evening one at the bar, one at the amphitheater. We definitely recommend to stay.

MMeralThe hotel’s beach was very beautiful, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only a woman and a man working at the bar in the morning were unfriendly. The service was excellent. The food was fresh and tasty, and having fish every day was perfect for me. The daily cleaning and towel changes were great, because in other places I visited in Greece, they only did it once a week. Having it done daily made me happy. The only thing I didn’t like was that the rooms weren’t soundproof, so children in the upstairs and next-door rooms were playing with balls and dragging furniture, which was quite disturbing. Overall, I left satisfied. Thank you, Mistis Family Village.

The bed is comfortable, and if you book a room with a balcony, you’ll enjoy a stunning view of both the city and the sea. The staff are kind and very accommodating, making the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast is satisfying, offering a good English breakfast. Rooms are clean with a strong shower, even on the fourth floor, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The place also embraces sustainability, providing basic but pleasant-smelling toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. Overall, it’s a fantastic stay — I’ll definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

GGuest UserGreat place for families with children. The hotel, amenities, food and rooms were amazing. We would have given 5 stars for service as all staff were really lovely, but getting the al la carte restaurant booked for our 8 family members took some time and there was a couple push backs from staff. Although, they did eventually fit us in, which was well worth going. Food excellent in the Italian restaurant.

BBill ForshawThis hotel could be top notch with a few quick wins. Its location is fantastic and the cleanliness of the whole premises is second to none. However, it lets itself down unnecessarily. There have been reviews about the showers causing wet floors in the bathroom. Upgrading the shower heads and reducing the water pressure woukd eliminate the problem and save the hotel on water costs. Replacing shower gels daily should be non negotiable. Finally, breakfast is a let down. No front of house, no-one clearing tables and poor quality coffee machines and second rate food.

GGuest UserReception and foyer is lovely and welcoming but the rooms are outdated and definitely not 4/5 star.
The bathrooms are poorly designed where the water just seeps onto the floor flooding it making it. Food is okay not good choices for vegetarians.

We had rooms with a harbor view which was very good, the beds were fine, but the bathroom is outdated and was difficult with the shower in the bath. Breakfast was very good. Definitely will come back.

The restaurant was more like a ”cafeteria ” self service buffet than a restaurant. Wine distributor like beers distributors.
