A Perfect Winter Retreat – Highly Recommended! Our stay at this hotel in a breathtaking snowy destination was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, making us feel instantly welcome. The hotel itself was spotless, with a cozy yet elegant ambiance that perfectly complemented the winter landscape outside. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist with any request. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly set this hotel apart. The convenience of the airport shuttle service was another major plus. It was punctual, well-maintained, and made our arrival and departure seamless. Traveling can sometimes be stressful, especially in winter conditions, but this service made it effortless. For families, this hotel is an absolute gem. Our kids had an incredible time, from enjoying the cozy common areas to indulging in the delicious food. Very good location for snowboarding. Able to walk to and from the slopes. Staff always happy to help either booking taxi or helping with more pillows. Only negatives are coffee at breakfast time could be better, more room in the ski lockers for our snowboards and more boot warmers and keep in mind Japanese beds and pillows….. nonetheless enjoyed our stay in Furano and highly recommend. Used the gym, the Onsen and laundry services and highly recommend.

It is over my expectation on this hotel!! Super chill design and welcome drink bar!! and the free drink and snack is 24hrs available. The onsen is a bit simple but hot enough for me. I like the spacious room size and comfortable bathroom. The breakfast is also very good and everything just perfect!!!
