Excellent service. Love their facilities, especially the playroom and the onsen. The hotel is new and clean but the room is a bit small, but we still love it. Thank you so much ♥️ If you’re lucky, you’ll get a beautiful view of the snow mountains.

Very convenient for skiing and snowboarding. Close to the shops. Parking is limited and the open-space parking is a bit far. Overall, it’s good, and I would definitely book again if I visit Hokkaido.

This is definitely a gem in Furano, the room is incredible but it will be better with bathtub! I was given a warm welcome by the staff, her smile was just so warm that it could melt the snow and ice outside the hotel. The hotel's onsen is fantastic according to my wife and I don't have time to visit Onsen as I spent my time with my daughter inside the kid room, very clean and spacious kid room it has. The internet speed is also blazing fast compared to other hotels in Hokkaido (Have to work while travelling). Looking at the price and the room I'm getting, it is really worth every single cent!

Room quite small even though they indicated 20msq. No space to put luggage, have to put on chair. Hotel indicated provided bicycle rental but when I check with them , they say only in summer time. Ask me to go Furano station to rent bicycles. But the bed is very comfortable.

We had booked total 7 rooms. Beginning from check in we had impressed how nice and friendly the counter lady, full of smile and patience. We come here by driving so not very sure about surroundings and public transportation. The hotel very clean and nice, so suddenly we all dun want go out, we just stay hotel, and feel 1 night not enough, Thank you.
