We went during winter as it is the best season to visit Niseko but what makes our trip exceptionally memorable is this hotel that we can call our 'home' during our 5-night stay in December 2023. The room is exceptionally comfortable and clean but what stands out is the superb hospitality and service from the hotel's team. From the moment we checked in, the Front Office team was very welcoming (shout out to Kiel, Ryoka and the whole team) including the amiable and helpful hotel manager, Ms. Yolande (who took her time to welcome us and have a brief chat). Yolande even made sure to greet the guests every morning as we all walked to the restaurant for breakfast. It is the little things like this that make the difference. And thank you for all the tips and advice which was very very helpful.. During our stay, we were very comfortable and enjoyed the whole winter at Niseko's experience, especially returning to our cosy hotel and room after a long day exploring the small town. Thanks to the housekeeping team who always kept the room in the best condition (I think they make up the room a minimum of two times a day) - I didn't manage to get your names but your work is highly appreciated. On top of that, we always look forward to going for breakfast every morning as the menu prepared is of excellent quality - serving the best produce from Hokkaido like snow king crab. The team at the restaurant deserves much praise. Shoutout to the team (Goong, Korn, Ploy, Nut, Riko and Kristina). Thank you for your warm hospitality and the little conversations we had. I have lots of fond memories during my stay here and I look forward to coming back again real soon and seeing the familiar faces I've met on this trip.

We've been to Niseko a few times now and have always thought the Green Leaf looked like a nice place to stay. So this time we booked it, and it was everything we could've hoped for and more. The quieter location away from Hirafu, ski in/out was perfect for us. The hotel facilities are great. A nice mix of all the things you need, restaurant, bar, onsen, gift shop, ski storage, in a fairly small and relaxed establishment. The onsen in particular was a life saver. Nothing quite like soaking in an outdoor hot pool with snow falling all around you. The staff were fabulous, warm, welcoming and helpful. But to be fair I've never had a bad experience with hotel staff in Japan. The room was a good size, beautifully appointed, warm and cozy with a lovely snow covered vista through the massive window. The bed was sooo comfortable after a hard day on the slopes. I don't think I've ever slept so well on a ski vacation. They provide an excellent breakfast in the large restaurant overlooking the slopes, and a reasonably priced and varied lunch menu also if you feel like skiing back to the hotel during the day. We had dinner in the restaurant a few times, and we would've liked a bit more variety in the evening menu. But the restaurant staff were fabulous, particularly the manager who went out of his way to look after us. The location away from Hirafu might not be for everyone, and getting around between the hotel and Hirafu after the lifts close is a bit of a challenge. It's virtually impossible to book a taxi, and although Niseko United and Niseko Village provide free shuttle buses they probably need to be a bit more regular and run later. But we made it work and the bus ride home after night skiing was a nice way to wind down. All in all The Green Leaf is a fabulous location, a wonderful place to stay, and we will definately be booking again in 2024.

Tsuruma, who has been interested in it for a long time, finally made his debut. Moreover, Niseko. I was looking forward to Niseko because it was only a day trip skiing (laughs a long time ago when I was young). A quiet and quiet place with nothing. Unexplored? ?? The approach and appearance atmosphere are nice and expectations are raised 〜〜 Good inside ❗️ Hiro 々 and the Ainu pattern is displayed here and there. I like this atmosphere. Drink inclusive ‼️ I like this 〜〜 Laughs. Sparkling wine while looking at the waterfall leisurely while taking a footbath. Blessed. The amenities in the room, blue are beautiful. The large communal bath is reasonably large and clean. It was a pity that there was no view. I enjoyed many local foods. However, I was expecting kelp hot springs quite a bit, so I felt that I was expecting too much. Good hot springs for me. Overall, I was very satisfied, so I would like to go to other Tsuruga. thank you for your help.

Please choose one of the many other great places to spend your holiday in Niseko. The service culture at a leadership level here leaves a lot to be desired and this ultimately trickles down to the polite but ultimately ineffectual staff. Our main issue related to the terms of discount on rental equipment with our package, which was not clarified adequately to us over numerous emails exchanged with the ski centre and the hotel team. There were plenty of opportunities when this could have been made clear and we would have obviously booked with more reasonably priced and comparable quality rental providers. Ultimately, this absorbed a lot of time in correspondence before and during our stay and cost us over $400 more than competitors with better service experiences in Niseko, like Rhythm. Management was invisible at every step. We waited in the Lobby for over an hour on our last full day, but did not even get offered a phone conversation with a decision maker, let alone the courtesy of a face-to-face discussion. Furthermore, the hotel restaurant is closed. The magic carpet that is offered instead to take you to the nearest hotel is also closed. Housekeeping services the room every other day, not daily. None of these details were communicated when our package was sold to us and our dates (late ski season) were confirmed just a few months ago. Although the apartments are lovely and some staff have helped with restaurant bookings, we won’t return for future visits as we have tried to escalate and resolve this really expensive issue but have simply been left to foot the bill.

GGuest UserThe room that renewed the main building, the chef recommended Iroha I stayed for one night at Zen! There are many open-air baths surrounded by walls for blindfolding, and it is healed by the sound of the forest and the sound of the sound of the sound of the sound of the sound of the sound of the sound of the sound of the sound of the sound of the sound of the sound of the sound It is healed by a good smell of trees and a pint of autumn air and a hot spring of sloppy spring quality. The inner bath is also equipped with sleeping hot water and sauna. And most of all, evening meal! Anything is excellent. It was very elegant and very satisfying to roast beef, gratin, rice and cherry blossoms, and the last pudding. It is worth coming just to eat rice! ! I feel a fine care from the front desk and the staff at the restaurant. I am very satisfied! Healed ♡ Niseko's regular inn is confirmed! I will definitely do it again.
GGuest UserNext to the ski lift, easy to go out and go in at your own pace. Bit crowded during day time after 10 am. It helps a lot with a locker provided for each guest to keep the equipment. The room was spacious and comfortable, perhaps the hotel to improve on the timing for room cleaning service, especially for guests staying more than a week and expecting the room to be clean when we are out. The hotel has its own mini-mart, which help you to get some junk food and accessory for skier/snowboarder - a bit pricey but it's expected in the Niseko area anyway. The other downside is the hotel location is far from other convenience stores and restaurants (affordable where u can easily access in Hirafu) so it makes you book a room with breakfast and dinner.
GGuest UserThis is in a quiet forest about 10 minutes drive from Niseko Station. I think the basic part of the hotel is old, but it has been renewed in a modern style. When you enter the hotel, is it a forest? Check-in was normal due to the scent of. I stayed in a deluxe Japanese-Western style room, but the room was large and spacious, and I slept well on tatami mats. The water of Mt. yotei was delicious. You can walk in a yukata in the hall, and go to the dinner venue Supper was a half buffet, and the contents were sashimi, ceramic plate dishes, meat or fish grilled dishes, and others were buffets. All were usually delicious and there were many types of buffets. At the entrance of the hotel, I enjoyed live performances by piano and violin for about 1 hour and 20 minutes at 19:30 ~. The hot springs smell a little sulfur and usually have an indoor bath, an open-air bath, a sauna, and a cold bath (men and women change at 22:00 at night). Also, the breakfast buffet has a lot of Japanese and Western side dishes and is full. did. Overall, it was a quiet, relaxing, delicious, and comfortable hotel with live performances.
Nice, simple hotel not far from Annupuri ski resort. We had a room with a private toilet and shower however there are some rooms with shared bathrooms - almost hostel like. They provided breakfast each morning and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is on a main street but easily accessible with a bus stop just yards away from the front door. The bus will take you to all the ski resorts and is easy to use, however the busses seem to only come each hour so planning around that was a bit difficult. Overall we were happy with our stay and recommend if you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel in Niseko.
JJackie FWe have just spent 3 nights at this fantastic friendly guesthouse. We arrived early (1030 am) after getting the bus from Sapporo - we were welcomed with a smile and an apology that our room wasn’t ready. We weren’t really expecting it to be until later in the day - however just 20 minutes later we were shown to our “Deer” room. A lovely comfy clean twin room. While waiting for our room to be prepared we filled in a form specifying what ski equipment we needed. In less than 30 mins there was a knock on the door - our ski’s and boots had arrived!! We bought a lift pass from the guesthouse too and were on the slopes (less than five minutes walk away) before 1200! We ate at the guesthouse on the first and last evening - food was fantastic, fresh local produce served with a smile. The guesthouse serves beer (draft and bottles) and has a decent wine list too. Each evening after dinner we were taken to a local onsen - the two we went to were amazing. The lounge/dining area is a lovely spot to chill out and chat to fellow guests. Massa and his team looked after us so well, nothing was a chore for them and it was fun spending time with his friends from Bangkok.
WwwgeeThe room is spacious and clean. Great for ski/ snowboarding! There’s a shuttle bus running from the hotel to Hirafu, where there’s restaurants and bars. The hotel breakfast is also fantastic, with cuisines catering for visitors from different countries. The snow gear renting service is very convenient and the helpers are very helpful.
HH3824ZLmtWe had a lovely ski holiday staying at One Niseko Towers. Here is what we thought about the hotel. 1) Good access to both Moiwa and Annupuri resorts Moiwa is walking distance away (walk to – ski back) and there are regular free shuttle bus services to Annupuri. I would say it is a little bit far to Hirafu and as someone else said, the shuttle bus to Hirafu gets you in a bit late. We have trouble choosing which of the resorts are our favourite: Moiwa is so quiet it is almost like a private resort while Annupuri has wide sweeping pistes and the adorable Paradise Hut café! 2) Rooms were large and well equipped Four of us stayed in an apartment style room. By Japanese standards it is huge! The beds were comfortable (according to my husband, who is very fussy about mattresses and pillows) and there is a kitchenette for cooking simple dinners. It is a Japanese style kitchen so there is no oven but a good hob and gigantic fridge. Pretty fast Wifi in the rooms too. They will properly clean your room once during a week with daily cleaning being minimal (bed making, towel changes and rubbish removal) though this was not an issue for us as we spent most of the day outdoors. The rooms were quiet too and we were lucky enough to get a 10th floor room with beautiful views over the forests. 3) Onsen baths for soothing the aching muscles The onsen is one of the best features in our family's opinion! Some family members would visit twice a day…. There is a men's and a women's onsen which both have indoor and outdoor baths. It is really nice sitting outside in a hot bath while looking at the snow. I would add that the onsen as well as a lot of the public spaces are decorated in a simple contemporary style. We liked the calming non-fussy stylish look. 4) Good breakfast and Tura We had a package including breakfast. There are choices of Japanese, Western and Chinese breakfast dishes all cooked well. My children would pile their trays high with croissant, miso soup, scrambled egg and fried chicken…? I think I saw reviews commenting on the quality of coffee but we found the espresso on the coffee machine pretty good. It is not artisanal flat white of course but we weren’t in Niseko for the coffee. There are capsule type coffee machines in the rooms too which were very much like nespresso. As someone else said, the Tura restaurant is highly recommended. It is a bit expensive so we only went once during our stay but we very much enjoyed the course menu. The standard of cooking is extremely high. For example, our favourite dishes were crispy pan friend oysters with oyster risotto and grilled Hokkaido pork with a Japanese sauce. When we visited Tura it was empty apart from us. Don’t let this put you off. It will be important to book a table and preferably specify what you will eat in advance so they are ready. We did not try the room service. 5) Friendly service Last but not least the service at One Niseko was wonderful. There are a lot of young non-Japanese pe
JJIAYINGThe hotel is located opposite the moiwa ski resort, 2 minutes walk from the other ski resorts, and there is a free bus transfer. There is a fixed bus stop at the entrance to the hotel. You can book a car with the hotel at a nearby hot spring or restaurant. It’s very convenient to come back later. The young ladies at the front desk will be in English, the communication is completely ok, there are special rooms and storage boxes for ski equipment, very intimate. The hotel and restaurant are not a boss, the restaurant is superb, the breakfast buffet is very rich, and it is completely low-fat, high-fiber and high-protein diet. Everyday dinner is eaten in the restaurant. If you love Western-style, you can not re-sample every day, recommend burgers and each The steaks, the friends who have visited the venison, also feel very good. In general, it is a hotel suitable for skiers. The price is low in the nearby hotel. The cleaning is very clean. Although it is a capsule hotel, the space is still quite large. It is not convenient, there is a washing machine. . All kinds of facilities are complete. Very recommended
GGuest UserI was worried about whether it looked old when I looked at the photos. In fact, the rooms are newly renovated and very clean. The hotel is very old and very Japanese. Emperor Showa once stayed. The hot springs are open all night, both indoors and outdoors. They are very comfortable after soaking. Swimsuits are free to use. The restaurant has a great view and the breakfast is rich. The hotel bus is very convenient to various ski resorts. I love it😍I will come here again next time I come to Niseko.
