The breakfast, in particular, deserves an extra note of praise for being consistently good, providing a delightful start to our days of exploration. I was extremely satisfied with our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Cambodia. First and foremost, the service was exceptionally attentive. Despite being a bit of a distance from Pub Street, they offered free tuk-tuk service, which only required a reservation. Furthermore, whether we were checking in, checking out, or simply returning to the hotel for a short break, staff members would always greet us at the entrance with jasmine-scented cold towels and iced water. The dining experience was also unforgettable. The chef was particularly kind and engaging, always interacting with us after serving the food to ask if it was to our liking. On mornings when we had to rush for our itinerary, the hotel staff would proactively pack the food we needed, including two delicious iced coffees, which was incredibly thoughtful. Lastly, the in-room experience was fantastic. Even though air conditioning isn't common in many places in Siem Reap, the hotel consistently ensured our room was perfectly cool, making for a truly pleasant stay. I only wish I had brought more cash to give the staff more tips to thank them for their hard work and dedication.

We had a wonderful stay at Embassy Angkor Resort & Spa and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Siem Reap. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The resort is beautiful, with lush gardens, a peaceful atmosphere, and a stunning pool that was perfect for relaxing after long days exploring the temples. The restaurant served delicious food throughout our stay, and the breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety each morning. We also enjoyed a spa treatment, which was one of the highlights of our trip - professional, relaxing, and absolutely worth it. A very special thank you to Phea, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The team also surprised my husband with a beautiful cake on arrival to celebrate a special occasion, which was such a thoughtful touch. On our last day, my husband misplaced his wedding ring. The staff immediately sprang into action and helped us search until it was found. We were so grateful for their honesty, care, and determination - it meant the world to us. Thank you as well to Vuthy for the warm airport welcome and for taking us safely to the magnificent Angkor Wat. There were almost no insects by the pool. I was surprised. Very clean. Even after checking out, you can still use the pool or shower. It was really helpful for me to be able to use it. All the employees are friendly and have refreshing smiles. The owner I'm from France, so there were a lot of French users. The fried rice for breakfast was also delicious.

Absolutely loved our stay at Shintana La Maison. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and designed with great attention to detail. The atmosphere feels very relaxing and elegant, making it the perfect place to escape the busy city and enjoy a more authentic Cambodian experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and the overall design of the property is stunning. What made the stay even more special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The pool area is gorgeous, surrounded by nature, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the temples. From the very first moment, you feel welcomed and well cared for, as every request is met with a smile and a personal touch. It is this combination of a lovely setting and heartfelt service that makes a stay there so memorable.

We were welcomed with complimentary juice and snacks upon arriving at the hotel. They had a scent reminiscent of Cambodia and were delicious. The room was cozy and comfortable. The hotel offered a variety of tours, which could be booked at the front desk by the day before, making it very convenient. We joined two tours arranged by the hotel, and both were fantastic. The price was also reasonable. Overall, we were very satisfied with both the services and the cost.

The hotel has perfect location, about 15 minutes walk from the Pub Street. Very quiet but central location at the same time. All the hotel crew members were very polite and helpful. We especially appreciate the warm welcoming for Nana, Jane, San and Kark. They made our stay in Sala Siem Reap great! At the lobby there are different salty and sweet snack every afternoon, and of course some special local drinks as well for free! The rooms are clean and very big. The swimming pool area is also great, just like the bar just next to the pool. You can rent a bike, motorbike as well at the hotel reception.

Anjali was perfect. Quiet, restful, and beautiful. The pool is always shaded by dense foliage so it seemed like we were in the middle of the jungle. The restaurant was amazing, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange all our tours and activities. We were especially lucky to have Mr. Chhlen drive us around all week in the tuktuk and the van: not only was he kind and knowledgeable, making helpful suggestions for attractions and restaurants we wouldn’t have known about otherwise, but also he was very attentive to our kids and helped keep them safe and entertained when we were out temples and souvenir shops. We highly recommend Anjali and would stay again.

Very good hotel with excellent service, extensive breakfast and cozy swimming pool. Would be happy to return next time.
