This is a very good hotel. The surrounding residential area is relatively empty, so it's quiet but very safe. The old town, the beach, and the Royal Palace are all within a 10-15 minute walk, and there are many good restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is cozy and comfortable, small and well-maintained. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended to all Japanese travelers! 💫💫 This was my first trip to Morocco, and I really wanted to stay in a traditional riad rather than a hotel. I was initially hesitant because many riads looked old inside, and I was concerned about the hygiene of the bathrooms. However, choosing this riad was absolutely the right decision. The interior boasts a beautiful Moroccan style, while the showers and toilets are modern and comfortable. The room is cleaned daily, and towels are replaced. The room is equipped with a TV, hairdryer, and fan. Amenities include hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and body lotion. Importantly, toilet paper, which can sometimes be a concern in Morocco, is also provided. One of the best aspects of this riad is the 24-hour reception. They warmly welcome guests even with late-night flights. Upon arrival, you pay a city tax, and it's a huge plus that you can pay by card. This means you don't have to rush to exchange currency at the airport if you arrive late; you can relax for the night and compare exchange rates at currency exchange offices in the city the next day. The breakfast here is fantastic. Unlike many overseas hotels that offer simple, cold breakfasts like ham and cheese, this riad provides traditional, warm dishes. I stayed at other riads in Morocco, but this one's atmosphere and taste were incomparable. When I was too tired to go to a restaurant after a day of sightseeing, I had dinner at the rooftop loft. The food and the view were both wonderful and truly amazing. A beef tagine (with bread) costs around 150 dh. While it's a bit pricier than cheap local restaurants, the quality of the food is excellent, you can pay by card, and you can dine with peace of mind, making it well worth trying. All the staff were incredibly kind, and choosing this riad for my first solo trip to Morocco was definitely the best decision. *However, for those staying in the single-room maisonette, please be aware that the bed is in a loft accessed by stairs, so it might not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. I highly recommend this place to everyone, and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Compared to the Conrad, this place is a huge step down. It's not even in the same league as a Four Seasons. Good for a staycation though.

Upon arrival, the hotel system malfunctioned, preventing immediate check-in. It took almost an hour for the hotel to automatically find my room and process my check-in with a deposit. The lobby staff and front desk personnel were very friendly.

Beautiful Ryad. Very well localised . Very friendly staff. Very attentive with my breakfast times even when I had to leave incredibly early , they made sure to go the extra mile and prepare a nice breakfast before my departure . If ever again in Rabat will surely book it again .

Best place for stay for several days. Clean apartment, spacious place, functioning washer and heater.

The location of the hotel is close to Rabat city station and tram, very convenient, and the front desk service is good and helpful. But there was no electricity in the room, so I asked the waiter to deal with it for a while, and the electricity was cut off again at night. We did not use any electrical appliances in the room from start to finish. Bad experience. The water pressure in the hotel bath is great! This is very commendable!

I stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects. The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival.. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury  What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort. Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
