The room is limited by the building area, and some passages are narrow. There are few varieties of breakfast fruits, so it is recommended to eat early. There is no water barrier or curtain in the shower room, which is inconvenient. The basement gym is limited in height and small in area.

The hotel is relatively quiet, a 20-minute taxi ride from Rabat train station, beautiful surroundings, beautiful gardens, and unique interior decoration. It is a French family garden remodeled hotel left over from the French colonial period. Very suitable for the whole family to play together, breakfast is good.

The shortest time to stay in the homestay, we arrived at 12 o'clock in the evening, when we walked in to find no pedestrians, we were a little scared, but it was our own heart function, there was a door in the room leading to the rest area outside, I always suspected that I could see the inside outside, but later I found out that I was worried. The breakfast was delicious, and I got up late and helped us keep breakfast. It's also beautiful inside!

Compared to the Conrad, this place is a huge step down. It's not even in the same league as a Four Seasons. Good for a staycation though.

The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication. The architecture and interior design create a sense of calm, elegance, and cultural richness that enhances the overall experience. Beautiful Ryad. Very well localised . Very friendly staff. Very attentive with my breakfast times even when I had to leave incredibly early , they made sure to go the extra mile and prepare a nice breakfast before my departure . If ever again in Rabat will surely book it again .

Best place for stay for several days. Clean apartment, spacious place, functioning washer and heater.

Overall it's average. I chose this hotel based on the pictures, but the hygiene and service are average. I won't stay there next time. The breakfast is also average. The overall feeling is not very good

I stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects. The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival.. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury  What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort. Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
