Room condition was quite good, and easily get to snack bar or restaurant. However, the entertainment here is not enough. Especially, sauna & swimming pool. Water temperature of indoor swimming pool was too cold compared to outdoor. Additionally, sunlounger on the beach was too hot by the structure to make shadow. It seems to the r facilities blocked wind flow.

Замечательный отель, хорошо все!!! Начиная от расположения, красивейшие горы, зелень, а море😍 это просто красота!!! Сам отель большой, зеленый. Огромная чистая территория, много локаций, мест для прогулок. Большой пляж, много шезлонгов, найти свободные-не проблема в любое время. Еда-выше всяких похвал!!! Очень вкусно, очень много, очень разнообразно. Каждый день с новой тематикой. Целый день на разных локациях, своя еда. По поводу алкоголя могу сказать только за вино, так как выпиваю только его. Очень вкусное местное вино, не болит не голова, нет никаких пятен, очень приятный вкус. Развлечения для детей и взрослых с самого утра до вечера, каждый может найти себе развлечения по душе. Бассейны, очень много, большие. Очень чистые, есть небольшой аквапарк. Мы жили в номерах в саду, они с новым ремонтом, очень чистые и тихие. В отеле понравилось абсолютно ВСЕ!!!!!

Компактный, стильный и очень гостеприимный отель. Радушное приветствие и работа персонала на высоте от официантов до высшего персонала. Вот прямо стараются от души. Питание отличное…. без засилия салатов ненужных как в обычных 5 звезд. Небольшой и отличный выбор блюд. Нет очередей, чистый/новый зал. Территория небольшая, но современная и ухоженная. В барах коктейли и вино, пиво в бутылках, но особо не пользовались. Пляж небольшой с пирса, лежаков достаточно и всё свежее. Отель для любителей компактности, отсутствия анимации и минимум детей. Шумно от соседних отелей, но можно попросить дальние номера. Безупречный персонал сглаживает все нюансы. Цена/качество очень соответствует.

Especially foreign employees have a very low customer service quality, they have difficulty in understanding what we say and what we want. Staff in food services are insufficient and their energy is low. One should not expect much in animations, especially music. There is no price performance to get such a high score.

I liked everything very much, the food is excellent gelato for lunch and dinner, a warm pool, 5 minutes to the sea, I think in season they will lay a mat for the entrance, the beach itself is filled with gray sand but the entrance to the water is pebbles, I really liked all the guys from the bars, by the pool there is Ali who does everything known and also a mixologist I think Bach he is just great at the proportions of what you want will do, and there is also a local Matthew McConaughey he works at the dinner bar, everyone is nice, and the bar on the sea opens at 10 with delicious coffee better than at breakfast the bartender calls himself Jack Sparrow Johnny, and right there they bake flatbreads with cheese very tasty I advise everyone if you arrive when lunch is over at 14:30, so early and you can have a snack on a flatbread until 16:30. Special thanks to the service in the restaurant, each hall has its own manager, everyone is very attentive, the waiters pour water or wine, I liked the Russian-speaking Ilya, very nice, with a hearing disability, but he understands everything well, and is just great, the sunniest hall where they cook the grill, the food is different every day, the main course, cakes and desserts, only lunch and dinner. I didn’t understand what was going on with the animation in the evening, the main thing is that it didn’t interfere with sleep. Special thanks to the girls at the reception, they help with any problem, they will tell you everything, they know different languages, they will easily explain everything.

Hasan, the owner of the hotel, has a company that really does his job rightly, but has a company that really does his job rightly. He gave us the room we wanted as an assistant when he came to his hand. Everyone who works at the hotel is very interested, helpful and laughing. The rooms are clean, open buffet breakfast and the swimming pool is clean. The hotel's client profile is a great place to listen to the head because it is quiet. The lack is present (no dinner), but it is so good that it can be ignored because they do what they can to complete. They offered tea and coffee to us in the bar near the pool, and they didn't even have to do it, personally, we were very happy because we felt their sincerity. We will offer this to everyone, we want people who do their job rightly to be different from other money-focused businesses. I hope they come to better places as businesses their ways are open. The hotel is in a great location, on the second line from the beach, with the sea just across the road. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the staff is polite... and that's where the good things end. The food is simply awful. How can they serve the same thing every single day? It feels like they're using the cheapest possible ingredients, to the point where it's unappetizing. After a week, I was completely sick of it. There's no animation; music plays in the evenings until 11 PM, and then it's bedtime for everyone. They do offer to take you to nightclubs afterward, though. The beach and sea were a total shock... the sun loungers are so crammed together you can barely walk between them. I definitely won't be staying at this hotel again.

The hotel's location and facilities are quite sufficient. It's beachfront, with a large pool, a separate waterslide with three lanes, and a shaded kids' pool. The food is good, you definitely won't go hungry. It's mostly fish and chicken, but there's always a grilled option every day. The milk-based desserts are good, but I can't say the same for the syrup-based ones. The staff do their jobs diligently, but there's a serious shortage of personnel at the hotel; maybe it's temporary, but they definitely need more staff. Various animation activities are held every day, they're at an ideal level – not too overwhelming or turning people into clowns in the name of entertainment. The mini club usually has coloring activities. During the day, there are activities like darts, beach volleyball, and aqua gymnastics. They offer services like snacks, pastries, and late-night soup. You'll never go hungry or without food. The bars operate from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and Mustafa at the pool bar deserves a shout-out! In short, it's a perfect value-for-money family hotel. If they increase their staff numbers, the service quality will be even better.

The hotel is close to the centre as its location. The pool is available, the breakfast is open buffet. The staff are laughing. The cleaning is not enough, there is no event or possibility in the hotel. There was no sweaters in the room, the champagne is available, but it would be helpful for you to take the champagne you used with.
