Room condition was quite good, and easily get to snack bar or restaurant. However, the entertainment here is not enough. Especially, sauna & swimming pool. Water temperature of indoor swimming pool was too cold compared to outdoor. Additionally, sunlounger on the beach was too hot by the structure to make shadow. It seems to the r facilities blocked wind flow.

We really enjoyed everything, the hotel is fantastic. The staff was very polite and welcoming, and everyone was 100% dedicated. This was our first time at this hotel, and it definitely won't be our last, as we really enjoyed our stay and the location is very convenient. The food was delicious and varied. They tried to entertain the guests every day, even though we arrived off-season at the end of March.

We stayed at this hotel in early July. It's a very large and beautiful hotel, though I wouldn't call it new (if the year of renovation or construction matters to anyone). This hotel is primarily for families with children, offering many different leisure options for kids and their parents. There are slightly fewer entertainment options for friends and couples. The sea and beach are excellent. The food is wonderful, tasty, and plentiful. There's also a 24-hour cafe where you can always grab a bite if you miss a meal.

Питание среднее - красная рыба на завтрак только по запросу, после того как нам индивидуально ее предоставили, это увидели другие гости и стали возмущаться, на следующий день появилась в общем доступе. Свежевыжатый сок и только апельсиновый - на завтрак, в остальное время их нет, аналогичная ситуация с чаем - отсутствие свежезаваренного чая, только турецкий и пакетированный, что недопустимо для данной категории отелей, в отелях ниже уровня и то данные напитки имеются (чай и свежевыжатый сок из разных фруктов), например отель juju. Обслуживание в лобби-баре оставляет желать лучшего - хамское обращение барменов со своими гостями, на остальной территории обслуживание хорошее, особенно в барах у бассейна, пляже и и в основном ресторане, данные сотрудники делают все возможное, но явная нехватка персонала видна - сотрудники ”зашиваются” и порой не успевают оказать сервис на должном уровне. Вот что разочаровала, это уборка номеров, стаканы и кружки на протяжение всего отдыха не мыли, мыльные предложения постоянно приходилось просить, уборка, особенно ванной комнаты - поверхностная, унитаз как был грязный при заселении, так даже после обращения в службу по работе с гостями он остался таковым, как была крышка унитаза и ободок грязным, так и остались. Отель позиционируемый себя как премиум, такие ситуации не должен допускать, в будущем данный отель маловероятно что посетим вновь, как гостей, он нас потерял.

A great place for a family vacation. Among the big advantages: the beautiful sea and the pier, which makes it easy to swim without stepping on rocks like on the shore. A large pool; another with several slides (open four hours a day); several restaurants and bars throughout the hotel, offering delicious food and drinks almost 24/7. The location is stunning in terms of landscape; the mountain views, especially at sunset and sunrise, are stunning. Cleaning is impeccable, the room is fully equipped, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Rested with the child 5.5 years a week. Very pleasant hotel. Small but it's good. The child quickly remembered the location and could go for ice cream, drink or toilet, etc. The food was very much, everything was delicious, there were red fish and shrimp, dessert. We were even tired of such abundance of food, by the end of the week even the child began to refuse dessert and delicious foods, so he had eaten too much. The sea is wonderful, clean. The lying legs are many occupying until 8 in the morning. But it was not a problem for us to find a place. Very kind staff on the respiratory, settled earlier, any request was executed quickly. The pools weren't used, I can't say anything , TK love the sea and it was warm, but 2 pools are and there are some hills. The rooms are good. Everything is there. The entertainment program is also interesting every evening. Thank you for a wonderful rest.

The location is perfect, beautiful mountains and the sea and wonderful Sun. The place like a paradise, like cuddled in. It is near to Antalya centre, where you can visit The Sealife zoo, walk through long streets of bazaar, big market and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants, feel the touch of Turkish life. there is also show of dolphins in Antalya and Kemer. You can book any tour with the Pegus travel agent at Crystal Flora hotel or arrange the trip yourself. You can use a public transport or taxi, depends on your choice. You can visit The Land of Legends, another beautiful place you shall visit with your children and teenagers. The hotel and all facilities are very clean, the staff is very polite, kind and helpful, cleaning is conducted and maintained constantly inside and outside. The facilities are very clean, the rooms and bedding are changed every day, so the fridge inside the room is refilled every day. Staff speaks in three or more languages and if needed a guidance or help, you will get it straightaway. The food and drinks are served non stop. Variety of food and desserts is great, beyond the expectations. Everything from the meal and drinks is fresh and delicious, started with domestic meals, burgers, pizza, lachmachun, kebabs, barbecue, and different fish, including Mexican dinner, you can enjoy in the outside restaurant near the sea, prebooked option. For those who are awaken till the sunrise, have the option to have meal on the beach bar, late night or early morning like 1-3AM. you can choose burger with chips, spaghetti, salad and any drinks of your wish, including nice tea with biscuits. there are different activities arranged by staff in the morning and day time for adults and children, every evening there is show and live performance, and you can dance while watching the band performance on the stage, the songs are in a different languages and different time, to entertain every audience. You prefer disco, there is another facility for dancing near the reception, a bit hidden and inside. We would like to have a disco outside on the same place where the band was, but we presume disco place is arranged inside to avoid disruption for the hotel residents at night. I think, disco would be better outside, the near building could be sound insulated and hosted by young generation, who loves dancing and the loud music, but I believe this option probably been checked, but have many obstacles to make disco outside. You will not have time to be bored in Crystal Flora Resort. There is a big market outside the hotel which works till midnight. If its too hot walking in the day, you can go shopping after 8PM and enjoy walking around and do shopping of clothes or food, pakhlava, Turkish delight, different type of tea and many other things. The place is very good indeed and I myself and all my family are going to visit Crystal Flora again. I recommend this place out of other places in that area, as it has facilities, including massive water slides for children that no other have, food and drinks are served 24 hours, that you will not find in other places, the amount of food and drinks is great and more important that everything is fresh and tasty, tea lovers can enjoy tea time in café inside and outside, with different type of desserts and plenty of ice creams for children. I truly enjoyed my holiday and so my children and relatives from other country. Crystal Flora is perfect place for holiday.

Отличный отель для бюджетного. Номера уставшие, но персонал старается. Но уборка в номерах просто кошмар. Полы не моют, а размазывают грязь. В шкафу не моют совсем. В меня сандалии там запылились . Балкон прям просила помыть уборщицу. Толку 0. Из шкафа достала обувь, чтоб она там помыла, она этого не сделала и даже обувь обратно не составила и вокруг типо протерла. В душевой ни разу кабину не мыла. Когда уборщица, которая за моим номером закреплена была отдыхала другая пришла и помыла. Понравилась очень анимационная команда для детей. 3 раза в день можно оставлять там детей и дети даже уходить не хотят оттуда , ими там занимаются . То короны делают, то браслеты, то рисуют, то танцуют. Также есть дискотека для детей. В общем с детьми кайф,если закрыть глаза на уборщицу. В барах не жопят напитки, а наливают полные стаканы и столько сколько просишь. Есть якобы в отеле ночная еда, но там булки, сыр, колбаса и джемы. В целом, в ресторане ежедневно гриль и очень хорошо готовят и следят за тем, что если блюда закончатся сразу обновляют.

We had a very nice stay in this hotel overall and can recommend it especially for families and guests who like a little more entertainment and activity. We enjoyed the varied food both at the buffet and at the À la carte restaurant. Quality and selection were very large and varied. Also the cleanliness in the room and the entire hotel facility was very good. The evening shows provided good entertainment and the offer for children was varied and lovely designed. The cocktails and the house wine are also positive. However, we liked a few points. Unfortunately, at the reception a staff member was unfriendly, while the rest of the staff were friendly to very friendly (restaurant, room service, etc.). The Game Center was considered relatively expensive. The room was also air conditioned. We think the hotel is especially suitable for families and guests who like to have something of action and entertainment. Whoever wants to spend a quiet holiday as possible should be careful when choosing the room. We had the impression that rooms on the street side could be partly quieter than other areas of the facility. Most guests came from Russia during our stay. That did not disturb us at all. On the contrary, we even played football together. In total we had a nice holiday and would recommend the hotel.

A large hotel, luxurious in the past, but now very tired and shabby looking! The choice of food is large, but not always everything is tasty, but in any case, you will not go hungry! Coffee and tea are just awful, of the lowest quality! Alcoholic cocktails are impossible to drink, the quality of alcohol and the look are very questionable! We tried to order a non-alcoholic Mojito, but today they do not have mint, tomorrow lemon, lime is a rarity! The hammam did not work (I suspected that they turn it on only after you pay for the massage), only a sauna. There was a kettle in the room, but in 10 days we were given only 1 time 2 bags of coffee, but there was always cream for it! Long wait for the elevator, humidity in the corridors of the hotel! The sea is excellent!!! The beach is cleaned! There are a lot of sun loungers, and people too! I had a feeling of overpaying for the hotel and for food / drinks! The price is clearly inflated!
