4-Star Hotels in Kemer

Были 2 недели в начале мая. Из плюсов: роскошные бунгало и территория в целом; дружелюбный персонал, который оперативно выполнял все наши просьбы; очень щедрые и вкусные завтраки; сауна и хамам включены, и мы активно ими пользовались по вечерам - очень здорово!; процедуры в спа понравились; свой пляж - тоже ценно!  Из того, что можно улучшить: знание официантами английского на базовом уровне; клининг бы почаще, однако когда я просила сделать дополнительно уборку, все выполняли быстро и хорошо; заранее предупреждать, что ожидание блюд в ресторане 40-50 мин; в бунгало не хватало крючков для хранения при входе и в ванной; маловато лежаков на пляже, но нам повезло, что было мало людей. Еще  на кухне не хватало микроволновки, маленьких сковородки и кастрюли.  Общее впечатление: отлично! Это, пожалуй, лучшее предложение в Чиралах по жилью, расположению и соотношению «цена-качество». Благодарим команду «Naturelife” и надеемся, что недочеты будут устранены.

We stayed for two nights. There were four of us: me and my wife, our eldest daughter and grandson (3 years old). We liked everything very much, check-in via WhatsApp, cleanliness and order, a full set of dishes for both cooking, including the necessary pans and pots, and for eating. A small minus - only one roll of toilet paper, but it was enough for us 😅 . Another minus - there are only two bar stools at the dining table-island. The other two guests are forced to eat standing up. 🙂

There's no need to say much, in fact, he is overly deserving the right of the money I have given.

The grounds are nice, clean, the rooms aren't run-down, and the beach shouldn't be ruined by excavators and sand dumps (we were having a hard time getting to the beach all week, and it was finally washed away one evening by a wave). The food could use some work; it's beautiful, but it's impossible to eat (send the chef there to learn). I'm giving it a 3, and I think there's a chance for improvement.

This hotel is really 'tired' and the rooms are run down. The photos on the website do not match reality. 1. The elevator is tiny and we always waited a long time. It was hard to squeeze in with a stroller, so I had to carry the stroller up and down to the second floor myself! 2. The restaurant is small, and the food is mediocre BUT FRESH, which is a plus. THERE IS NO KIDS' MENU! Even though 'children's meals' were advertised in the description. 3. The high chairs for kids were not cleaned after use. On the second day, the chair was just dirty (photo attached), so I had to clean it myself! 4. The coffee machine was dirty. The coffee and tea cups were dirty. 5. Everything in the rooms had a film on it – the shower, the shower cabin – it was disgusting to touch anything. Even the mirror was hung crookedly, which was the final straw! Upon check-in, there were someone else's black hairs in the closet and disposable slippers under the bed. The safe was broken and wouldn't lock. 6. The children's pool was ice cold. I had to bathe my one-year-old child in the adult pool! 7. When I ordered wine, they just gave it to me in an old plastic cup! The chairs in the hotel are plastic. Honestly, I cannot recommend this hotel. It barely scrapes by as a 3-star. My impressions are very mixed and sad. All that was good was the friendly and polite staff, the responsive entertainers, and the entertainment manager. The hotel is very small, boring, and run-down.

WE WILL BE STAYING AT THE HOTEL FROM NOVEMBER 7TH TO 10TH, 2025. Pros: - Clean, spacious room. - Recently renovated, no mold in the bathroom. - Sauna and hammam available. - Location on the second line. The beach is across the street. - Food is monotonous, livable. - Private beach and toilet facilities on the beach. - Small swimming pool on the premises. Cons: - The room wasn't cleaned even once in 3 days. - Internet is paid, and this is a 4-star hotel. Free internet is available in 2-star hotels, but here it's paid and quite expensive. - Beach bar is paid. - Didn't see any entertainment. Apparently, there never was any. - Food is monotonous: eggs in the morning, cutlets and side dishes at lunch and in the evening, sometimes with fish or fried meat. - Only instant coffee from vending machines. There's no grain. - The sauna is a complete dump. The boards on the walls, ceiling, and shelves are black, and it's a maximum of 50 degrees inside. Complaints about the sauna being too cool go unheeded. The shelves are broken, there are holes in them—it's impossible to sit, and the lighting is faulty. I didn't use the hammam—it's a useless room. OVERALL, THE HOTEL IS NOT BAD. For a reasonable price (it cost me 5,000 rubles a night during my stay), it's a decent option, without any frills. It's definitely worth the money. I'd like to see the sauna and room cleaning service improved.

The food is delicious, with lots of fruit and sweets, a wide selection, and fish almost every day for dinner and lunch. Breakfasts are delicious and there's plenty of choice. Appetizers are beautifully presented. There are plenty of dumbbells in the gym, and there are good exercise machines for arms and legs. The room is cleaned daily. Turkish coffee and ice cream are available.

I recommend all the Romans and dearly tell you that the month is the ideal for a child holiday! Sun 22-29 degrees. Clean pool, perfect food even for 2-year-old children! Drinking: gin, bar, wine, vodka pepsi, sprite fanta.. water and coffee .. Eating the lamb lives over all vegetables and cream supes all cheeses ,all salads of rice of several kinds ... You will say I'm a pretentious food but it's more than enough.. Eat until you're gonna. Events evening music and karaoke.. ( sauna and massage ) extra cost but cheap 25 euro pt massage 90 min. You won't sell gogos but we'll be back. !!!

Stop here for a rest while on the road. Three meals are included, but they are not very delicious. Chinese people are not used to it. One meal is enough. The room is very old and the facilities are average. There is a commercial street with Carrefour about 500 meters away from the hotel. There are not many resort hotels nearby. You get what you pay for. The guys at the front desk are very enthusiastic!

Not the first time in this hotel. The hotel is actually a cool, convenient location, a large area with its amphitheatre, in which almost every day there are interesting shows, with a mini aquapark. In the restaurant, the range is almost the same every day, but the range is so large that every day can be eaten differently.
