"Marriott's hardware is always guaranteed, except that the air conditioner can only cool, and it cannot be frozen at night.
I have to say that a young woman who checked in at the front desk had a very bad attitude towards the Chinese. At 7: 8 that night, there was only a young female staff member at the front desk, and there was an older guest checking in, so I've been waiting by the side, with a suitcase beside me. In order not to worry the front guests, I deliberately separated by one or two meters. Waited for more than 10 minutes. At this time, a white couple chose food at the bar and wanted to check out. When they saw me lined up, they stood on the other side and waited. Well, God's operation came, and the staff at the front desk immediately beckoned to another staff member in the lobby to come over, and that person quickly settled the bill with the white couple.
After standing for more than ten minutes, we have been blind to the fact that such a hotel that discriminates against Chinese people will never be able to stand still."

"I booked two rooms for our friends both rooms were clean and the location was nice but our room the tv did not work well we called three times over two days yet got no responce.the most disapointing part was the resort facilities were not open the pool bar we never saw open and the bar at the waters edge was only open twice we called and was told the bartender couldn’t make it. We found TJs down the road and spent some evenings at that resort. The breakfast was not enjoyed by anyone in our party. I cannot recommend this resort."

XXIAOYIThis hotel is my favorite hotel in Florida. The hotel is not big, but the location is super good, just beside the sunset square. I was lucky enough to live in the best location of this hotel. The balcony is just outside the swimming pool and the Pacific Ocean. Invincible, I feel like I lived in the best location of the whole island. The room number is 316. If I can go to live, I can call to book this room. I will see the sun-filled bed and balcony in the afternoon. This feeling is so good, I regret that the itinerary arranged on this island is short.

SSunny Cintron 21This was an awesome experience. Hotel was nice and quaint. Only thing I didn't like was we didn't have anyplace to hang our clothes up or put things away. Near Duval street and downtown. Pool area was well kept. Staff was very friendly. If I stay for longer than one night I will definitely look into a bigger room. Close to beaches, shops, dining. I would stay again for the price it was worth while.

TTiChattonNice and spacious room included Nespresso pods. Central location, not too far from Duval st. Breakfast included was alright, included hard boiled eggs, cereal, waffle machine, bagels and toast with jam, PB, and cream cheese. Starbucks coffee machine and water machine available throughout the day.
Air conditioning fan is a bit loud as the air handler is in the room. No one in the lobby to handle noise complaints at night, especially drunks using the pool after returning from a night out being obnoxious.
Charging a resort fee of $34.99, then charging $30 for parking is just an absolute money grab. Should've went with the other options that included the parking, but didn't include breakfast as that breakfast was not worth $34.99...

LLeshanleshuiThe hotel facilities are good, there is a swimming pool, and there is a small beach, but I only gave breakfast to 2 people out of the 3 people, which is drunk, the breakfast is also average, there are few varieties, there is a parking space, and it is not close to the main street. Overall, the cost performance is not high, there is no way that the hotels on the island are expensive.

GGuest UserAn excellent place to be at & relax!!! Everything’s been to our liking. Have no really big complaints other than the shower a tad too small for me and there’s a light or two out in the back parking lot. Other than, I’d DEFINITELY recommend this hotel to friends & family.

GGuest UserWe stayed for 2 night which was not enough! The hotel room was spacious, clean and modern with a view over Hammock beach. Delicious buffet breakfast at Calusa... We ate lunch at Dry Rocks... delicious fresh salads, Tacos etc. The staff were very accommodating..
We loved both beaches... coconut beach had lots of sun beds, lots of shade and the sea was lovely and warm. We did paddle board, kayaking and loved it!!
Perfect for couples, families etc...
Great hotel. Can’t wait to go back.

GGuest UserBeen to Key West many times. (we live in Fort Lauderdale, so it's a nice getaway that is a short drive) Our preference is to stay at guest houses on the east end of the island, rather than staying in the busier east end. We rent bikes on arrival and keep the car parked. Parking is a problem with this property. They have what appeared to be 6 spots at $25/night, and 20 spots at a lot nearby at $20/night. None of which were available. Options were to park at meters at $5/HOUR, or to find rare non metered street parking. Since we frequent the area often,we knew where to street park w/o meters, just 2 blocks away.
The room was clean and simple, no maid service, you had to go to the desk and ask for towels, soap etc. Comfortable bed and a fridge in the room. Only drawback was the constant drone of window unit A/C that barely kept the room cool.
When I booked the room the confirmation email said that upon arrival we would be charged $74.97. What we were actually charged was $118.09. Even showing the confirmation email to the desk attendant made no matter.
The included continental breakfast was sufficient, juices, coffee, waffle maker, bagels, fruit, cereals. The dining area was clean, well maintained and central A/C. Also included is a happy hour from 5-7 in the lobby with wine and individually wrapped snacks.
Over all 4 stars, had parking been free and they honored the price we were expecting to pay on arrival, they'd get 5 stars. But hey, it's Key West, they march to a different drum.

小小森垚滴麻麻There are fewer breakfast categories, the room is Unicom room, really need an extra bed, it will be a bit crowded; our big bed is not crowded. There are swimming pools and Jacuzzi, and there are very few people. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the square to see, drive about 20 minutes or so, and get off at regular intervals. There is free parking, you ask the front desk, the front desk said that there is a fee, but I did not check the account later.

MMINGThe hotel has regular shuttle buses to the south of the city and the beach by the sea. It is very convenient. The hotel’s free parking lot is quite large and nice. The hotel is very clean, well laid out and comfortable.
