From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded all my expectations from luxurious rooms, elegant décor, plush bedding, and calming tones made for a perfect retreat. The room was spotlessly clean and the view from the balcony was speechless. Well-equipped wellness amenities,  a serene spa with hot and cold jacuzzi, a huge steam room, sauna and a refreshing heated swimming pool over looking the mountains.  What truly set this stay apart was the hotel’s client ambassador Ms Alissa, a genuinely attentive professional who acted like a personal concierge throughout my stay who provides proactive updates on local tourist conditions and attend to my needs be it arranging for high tea and booking of spa services.  Each day, I received timely briefings on weather patterns and conditions at nearby tourist spots. This insightful information helped me plan my outings with confidence. Last but not least, the GM, Steven Tan was so warm, ensuring the guest are comfortable during breakfast time. He is from Singapore by the way and had been running the resort for 8 years. Great job Steven!! My overall experience (Excellent) The hotel’s ambiance was welcoming and polished striking the ideal balance between luxury and comfort. The facilities made it easy to unwind, stay active, and explore the tourist place with confidence. The client ambassador’s attentive, almost personal-concierge approach elevated the stay from excellent to unforgettable. I left with wonderful memories and a strong sense of having experienced truly thoughtful hospitality and will surely come back again later this year to explore places that I have did not visit.

The photo opportunities here were absolutely fantastic. I was also pleasantly surprised by how delicious the breakfast was. Being able to order your own ham, and especially having fresh honey dripping from the comb that you can help yourself to, made me feel like Winnie the Pooh – it was so much fun. The entire hotel felt like a castle, and it was wonderfully clean and lovely. Plus, it's directly connected to the train station, which is a great convenience for getting to the station quickly.

My wife and I had an absolutely amazing stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel & Sky Bar from 4–6 September. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed especially by the warmth and hospitality of the staff. A very special thank you to Wendy and Chau, who made our stay truly memorable. We arrived at around 8.30am after taking the overnight sleeper train to Sapa. As it was far too early for check-in and our room was not yet ready, they very thoughtfully offered my wife and me shower facilities so that we could freshen up before starting our day. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a wonderful welcome to Sapa. Throughout our stay, Wendy and Chau were always friendly, attentive and ready to help. They gave us excellent advice on visiting the various attractions around Sapa, including Fansipan, and helped us make the most of our time there. Our room was another highlight — beautiful, comfortable and with an amazing view overlooking the mountains. Waking up to the mountain scenery was simply unforgettable. They also helped me arrange a motorbike and gave me useful advice on how to get to the different attractions around Sapa, including the Alpine Coaster. Exploring Sapa by motorbike turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip! What really makes Sapa Horizon special is its people. The genuine warmth, thoughtfulness and personal attention from Wendy and Chau made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you, Wendy, Chau and the entire Sapa Horizon team for the wonderful hospitality. You made our visit to Sapa extra special, and we would definitely stay here again.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the hotel's pool facilities were great. The breakfast selection was also very rich. Most of the hotel staff were very enthusiastic. Overall, it offers great value for money.

The breakfast buffet offers an extensive array of delectable choices, but what truly elevates the experience is the breathtaking panoramic scenery that accompanies your meal. There is something exceptionally serene about enjoying breakfast while being surrounded by Sapa’s majestic mountainous landscape. This hotel is highly recommended for travellers seeking tranquillity and respite from the bustling town centre, while still enjoying the convenience of being approximately 5–10 minutes from Sun Plaza. It offers an idyllic balance between peaceful seclusion and accessibility. The ambience and scenery are simply captivating. And the infinity pool? Absolutely spectacular! The picturesque backdrop creates an almost surreal atmosphere and makes the property exceptionally photogenic. ⛰️✨ We booked the Deluxe Mountain View room, and it certainly did not disappoint. If magnificent views, serenity, beautiful surroundings, and an impressive infinity pool are among your priorities, this hotel is definitely worth considering. A tranquil sanctuary amidst the mountains of Sapa—picturesque, serene, and truly memorable.

Everything in the room was well-equipped and convenient. The staff were friendly, helpful, and even upgraded our room. There were many guests staying, and the breakfast offered a good variety. There's a fitness room, a swimming pool, and a bar.

Excellent hotel, recommended to me by Gemini. The room was spacious and clean, with a large shower, plenty of seating, and tables. The bathroom had absolutely everything you could need, right down to a comb. It's clear they really thought about guest comfort. You can leave your luggage at reception until your transfer, and the valley view from the common area with panoramic windows is simply stunning. It's an easy walk to the city center and Moana. This is one of the best value-for-money hotels I've encountered in Asia, period. And the incredibly responsive staff makes it a pleasure to stay here.

Very nice hotel close to the cultural center of the city! One of our favorite hotels during our whole trip to Vietnam! The rooms are big and beautifully furnished, our room had a very fascinating arched window from which you can see the mountains, the lake and the rooftops - a great view for artists and just lovers of breathtaking views! Our room was a little cold, maybe because it is not serviced constantly (we asked specifically for an arched window, so maybe the room was booked for the first time in a long time, and it was not heated well). Well, and some small problems with the plumbing, which are common in many places in Vietnam where we were. However, the cons did not outweigh the pros! A great place that we will return to if we find ourselves in Sapa again! ♥

## Location We rented a scooter from downtown, so the location didn't feel inconveniently far. However, if you don't have a scooter, you'd constantly need to call Grab (ride-hailing), which could be quite a hassle. ## Amenities The swimming pool looked beautiful, but it was too cold to use. I didn't get to use other facilities, and my phone's international roaming didn't pick up a signal. The Wi-Fi connection was also spotty, constantly connecting and disconnecting. This might be an issue for heavy internet users, but as I didn't plan on spending much time online, it wasn't a major inconvenience for me personally. ## Service All the staff members were friendly. However, while they were polite, their friendliness wasn't particularly outstanding; it was more or less the standard level of service you'd expect at any hotel. ## Cleanliness It was exceptionally clean; absolutely spotless, with nothing to complain about. I would definitely consider staying here again if I return to Sapa. While everything else was fairly standard, the view you wake up to in the morning is absolutely breathtaking. It's so incredibly beautiful it's hard to put into words. The view is truly unforgettable, and it alone makes me want to come back again.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the centre of Sa Pa, and the location is definitely one of its strongest points. It’s very convenient, with easy access to Grab and taxis, making it simple to get around town. However, the building itself is quite old and doesn’t really match the photos shown online, which was a bit disappointing. On the positive side, the room was clean and well-maintained, and there was a reliable hot shower — much appreciated in the cool Sapa weather. The breakfast buffet had limited choices, but it was still acceptable for a short stay. That said, the coffee could have been hotter. One standout feature was the WiFi — it was strong, stable, and didn’t require a password, which made staying connected very easy. Overall, a decent stay mainly because of the excellent location and strong WiFi, but the hotel could benefit from some updates and improvements to better match its online presentation.
