West Park House

Excellent property. Central position close to all amenities and 5 minute walk to beach and golf course. These apartments are immaculate, well presented and very clean. Lovely furnishings and secure coded access to apartments and buildings. We stayed in the Retreat which is a one bedroom loft style open plan apartment. Very spacious and so well equipped with everything you need. One end of the apartment has a large comfortable bed with lovely fresh white linen. There is a walk in wardrobe with a chest of drawers and utility items. Included is an iron and ironing board. In the middle of the apartment is the kitchen and table and chairs. The Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The other end of the apartment is the living area with TV and settees. There is a shower roll. And toilet with an excellent shower and lovely luxury toiletries from Arran which smell lush. It's a unique design of apartment which works well in its location at the top of the buildings. The entrance and staircases to the apartments are carpeted and immaculate. There are lots of paintings and drawings throughout the building and apartments. You are provided with bathrobes and slippers. There isn't any parking at the property. You can park outside for a couple of hours as it is a pay area. There are a couple of free car parks nearby. I cannot recommend these apartments highly enough. They exceeded my expectations. We are regular visitors to St Andrews and the location and high standard of these apartments will ensure we return. 5 stars

The flexibility and friendliness of the staff were fantastic. Very nicely accommodated some last minute requests that made our stay much easier. Rooms were super comfortable, bed was too! Great location a d walkable to restaurants and attractions. Thank you!

We absolutely love this place. Our child attends the uni in St. Andrews and No.1 has become our preferred place to stay when visiting. The location is perfect, the property is absolutely lovely, and the apartments are beautiful and incredibly well appointed and comfortable. Love the bedding and amenities, the courtyard, and really just everything. The Petheram car park is free, long stay, and a short walk away, so if you're arriving by car, that's where you should park. But if you bus in, the No.1 is just a quick walk too, so you can't go wrong.

The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The living area was nicely decorated and comfortable. It had all the amenities that we needed during our stay. The location was excellent; convenient to both shopping and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and met our needs very timely.

We stayed in the smallest room available with no kitchen however it was no hardship. It was small but perfectly formed. Booked direct so chilled prosecco was a lovely touch. This was a late booking for a family celebration and it was a really good choice for us, really happy with our booking and reasonable prices. We managed to get parked in a street just along from the apartments that was outwith the parking zone so was free for the two days we were there. Spotlessly clean, really comfy beds, lovely toiletries, good hairdryer. Couldn’t really ask for more. Will definitely be back.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment that was wonderful. The decor was amazing, the furniture was top quality and the cleanliness was second to none. The location is very secure, central and only 2 minute walk to the centre. If I return to this area, I will definitely book this place
