This hotel was unexpected. When the car just arrived at the door, my heart skipped a beat. It felt completely different from the concept in China. When I went in, I found that it was a different world. The sanitation was very clean, the room was also very large, and the supplies were very good. It should be a large manor. It is very beautiful. The restaurant is very good, better than the French restaurant in St. Ann. The products are very delicate and the taste is good. The staff are very friendly. It was a great experience.

It is a charming hotel with a warm and welcoming staff! This was my second stay at Rufflets and it felt like my home away from home. It has a fantastic restaurant, lovely rooms, beautiful grounds, and a wonderful staff that is always happy to help. All of this at a very reasonable price.

The place was cold and lacked atmosphere, some of the food was not good and the rest was no more than acceptable, the bedroom was good clean and the bed was very comfortable, breakfast was first class

Fantastic hotel Hotel was lovely. Warm welcome and gate room was excellent. Bed was massive and comfy. Breakfast was also excellent and the grounds of the hotel were lovely for a post breakfast stroll.

Rufflets is an absolute gem of a hotel! It has the charming feel of a countryside inn, with all the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel. The warm and welcoming staff went above and beyond all expectations. The room was spacious, nicely appointed, with a modern bathroom. The hotel features a lovely restaurant featuring fine cuisine, cozy sitting spaces near fireplaces, a bar that is a great place to unwind, and lovely gardens.In short, Rufflets is a superb hotel I highly recommend!
