The hotel is very neat and clean, and the space is quite spacious. The owners (husband and wife) are extremely friendly — whenever we had any difficulties, even though they didn’t speak English, they used a translation app and helped us a lot. They enjoy chatting, and we truly appreciate all the kindness they showed during our stay. An additional note: We checked in at midnight and were welcomed warmly. We came here just before winter, and having hot water for showering was extremely helpful. There is a washing machine and a dryer available, and both are free to use. We chose this hotel because it is close to our child’s campus. There are many street food stalls around the hotel with delicious and affordable options. There is also a supermarket and a traditional market nearby. If you come with a vehicle, the parking area is spacious as well. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place. We would definitely stay again in this hotel on the next visit!

This hotel is superb. Free transport service from airport. Room is clean and spacious. Nothing to complain about. Everyone is happy.

The hotel is cleaned in place, the floor, countertops, and washing corners are clean, the towels are soft and odorless, and the toiletries are complete and easy to use. The room has good lighting, large floor-to-ceiling windows, spacious layout and not depressing, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the rest quality is full. The service is intimate throughout, take the initiative to guide the route, quiet and not noisy, and live in peace of mind and comfort.

A huge room with electric curtains and comfortable bed. I arrived late and had just arrived in China without any meals being served on the plane. They offered to order food for me on a food APP and had it delivered to the front desk and then brought it up to my room. Very kind, helpful people working there. The first time it might be a little tricky to find the hotel as it is inside a building near another hotel, but all the locals know the place and just ask anyone and they’ll lead you there. The next morning enjoyed a free shuttle to the airport to catch the Maglev to the South in Station. Everything about the hotel experience was great.

【U】Special car 24-hour pick-up service. My partner and I arrived at Changsha Airport at 4 a.m., and the driver came to pick us up within 5 minutes. Airport pick-up is very convenient. Facilities: The holy stones are very complete and the equipment is very new. Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean and tidy. Service: The service provided by the lady at the front desk was very good and she helped me take my suitcase to the room.

The owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable, and the place is clean. They even offer airport drop-off service, which is a huge convenience! On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!

The room is comfortable and clean, the service is very good, there is a free airport pick-up service, the driver will call in advance in the morning to wake up, the room is very spacious, with plenty of light, the room has a balcony, the environment around the hotel is beautiful, there is a lake where you can take a walk

Facilities: The room had everything you need and was quite complete. Transfers to Huanghua Airport and nearby subway stations: Very good. They provide pick-up and drop-off services, and if you're taking the subway, they'll even drop you off at the subway entrance. Cleanliness: Very good, clean, and relatively new. Ambient: For an overnight stay at the airport, it's a good value and relatively quiet.

This is one of the most affordable accommodations located within walking distance to Changsha International Airport. Its ideal if you just want an affordable place for a good rest before taking off. Although the room is not modern and is actually home-stay style, but it's clean and equipped with all the standard amenities. Upon arrival, the manager even kindly offered to upgrade two of us from one queen-bed room to two single-bed room with sitting toilet free of charge, which we greatly appreciated ☺️ For 2 persons, staying here in a private room with a private bathroom is even better than staying in a shared accommodation in a hostel. We just walked 25 minutes to the airport 👍

The room was clean, aircon was working very well. I had booked a room and was told that i have to upgrade because I had big bags. The upgrade was smooth and got a bigger room. i ddnt like the smell from the toilet. but despite everything i had a good stay. They dropped me at the airport. I will book again next time
