2-Star Hotels in Malang City

At the first time, I was trying to stay here cause I just need one night before moving to another hostel since it is afforadble I stay here. I arrived late evening. I was welcomed by Mba Gabriel even she contacted me earlier inform me about the hostel location. I was pragmatismed at the begining cause I thought it's just a normal greetings. But when I arrived it looks like a mom who welcome you back to home. Her sister, Mba Diana is also similar, she welcome me in the afternoon when I came back. I thought she was mba gabriel because I cannot differentiate her and mba Gabriel 😂 Btw I extend here for another 3 nights, because the hostel is very clean, smells good and the bedroom is great. You can experience it later by yourself. I guarantee it. Then after two weeks, I traveled back to Malang and staying here again, I feel I was back home haha. Price is affordable. Service is 5 stars and it is like home ❤️ when I come back to Malang staying here is a must cause you also can discuss with them about many things get direction and advice for food. This accommodation, located on the outskirts of Malang, is ideal for short-term travelers. Convenience stores and restaurants are nearby. The staff are very friendly, and public facilities like the restaurant are free to use. They are regularly cleaned, ensuring a clean and pleasant stay. Security is also excellent, thanks to the QR code entry system. However, the distance from the train station and the complex interior make it a potential fire hazard. Furthermore, single rooms don't allow you to open even one suitcase in any space other than the bed.

The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 towels. Shared bathroom was also clean and there was hot water. There was water dispenser with hot drinking water in the common area. Staff was super welcoming and helpful. There were some tour options to visit Sewu falls and Bromo volcano. But the internet speed was a bit slow.

The place is very strategic, lots of food around, next to it is also Alfa Mart. Suitable for those of you who are backpackers and don't bring a vehicle. If you bring a private vehicle, the parking is not very suitable because it is narrow, few and hot, even though there is a guard at night. Pretty clean with the competitive prices offered by trip.com. For those of you who bring children, the rooms are quite spacious...so the children have space to play.

The location was very good, everything only a short drive away. Plenty of food options within walking distance, including Rawon Djenggot. The property is an old Dutch house, well maintained and a great place to relax with plenty of seating. Coffee and tea is provided in the mornings. Very comfortable.

Nice hotel, good location, and friendly staff. Next to the station and a food court, and within walking distance of Kajoetangan. The only downside is that it's quite noisy; music from neighboring restaurants is clearly audible.

Good hospitality. Near terminal bus malang arjosari. Recommended for backpacker. Minus hot water in bathroom.

The room is fine but it doesn’t look very clean, they should put more effort into cleaning the sheets and the pillow cases, besides that, everything was great. Great location, great services, and great food.

Really suitable for backpackers who only want to sleep when it's late at night and just put things away. Very strategic location in the city center and very close to the train station.
