4-Star Hotels in Malang City

The environment here is great, perfect for families with kids looking for a relaxing vacation. We stayed for two days and were extremely satisfied. The room was comfortable, a lake-view room where we could feed the goldfish right from our window. We also enjoyed cycling around the resort with the kids. In the evenings, there were vendors passing by our room selling delicious snacks, which the kids absolutely loved. We all thought it was a fantastic trip!

This is a very nice hotel in the heart to Malang City. A truly hidden gem. Local eateries are in walking distance and you can take a long stroll along Ijen Street should you like. Very easy to reach anywhere and emergency help is within reach as well. Good parking slot should you have a car. The only thing is that they don’t have elevator, and not giving you any amenities except towel. So be prepared.

Got the room at the new building, the room is clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable and huge. The service also excellent, the breakfast are various, and the staff are very attentive and quick to refill the breakfast menu items, so they are never empty.

Wow... Grand Cakra Malang was amazing for our family Christmas vacation in Malang. There's a GMS Church in the hotel ballroom, so we could attend service there – absolutely incredible! I didn't realize all of God's blessings before. We had a memorable Christmas at Grand Cakra. There are many coffee shops and eateries in front of the hotel. It's in the Arraya area, an upscale residential neighborhood in Malang... It was great staying for 4 days and 3 nights. The 2-bedroom suite with breakfast was fantastic, and it was also close to the pool, so my grandkids could swim. Overall, it was wonderful. Everything is good, cheap rate even the building looks older but still bright, no spooky at all, one thing for sure hopefully they improve the breakfast menu variations…
