2-Star Hotels in Zambales

Our experience with this beach resort is really far from what we were expecting. First of all, the staff there did not even show a single sign of hospitality. The moment we got there, we were standing for almost a minute looking for the person in charge, only to find them sitting at the table watching us with no expression and then just asked us the name on the booking, which I found rude and really not the right way of welcoming a guest. Second of all, we originally booked a family room with two double decks, but what was given to us was two double decks and one single bed. They could've informed us of the sudden change and we would surely understand, but no—we just knew it the moment we got inside the room. There are other things that were not informed to us, like the usage of the refrigerator. We were not informed that the refrigerator is for sharing. The ref was already full and they still wanted us to share it. They could've informed us in the first place so we would leave room. We paid 250 per night for ref usage, which I found outrageous. There are things I want to add that I did not like, like the rope they set up to put your wet clothes near where the table is placed, and it is not really ideal since clothes are dripping everywhere, especially on the table. The faucet is something they did not even give time to replace, and I found it disgusting. Every time I have to touch the faucet, I feel a greasy feeling and an unpleasant smell. Nevertheless, the price is quite cheap and affordable, and the beach is only a few steps away. I just hope they train their staff to be more hospitable and teach them proper manners, because even until the time we left the resort, no one showed up to say goodbye or thank us for our stay. We simply left as if nothing had happened.

Very basic room with a comfortable bed. But definitely overpriced for what you get. Breakfast was simple and basis. There were enough choices to pick from. Covered parking was nice since it was raining.

The accommodation fee is reasonable and the location is excellent. This is my second time staying here. Since I'm only booking a room without meals, I don't have any particular preferences regarding the facilities.

The surrounding environment of the hotel is good, just in the Subic area. But the facilities in the room are really bad. Very old. It is a very good choice if the boss can take the money to redecorate.

The way I went to Benang by myself, so it was a bit complicated, but it's easy to get to the car. The exterior and facilities are old and old, but it is right next to the sea, so there is a advantage to go out to the beach at any time. When you come to family trips, children go to sand play and have a small pool. Food, water and drinks are not allowed to be brought from outside, so you should use the bar and restaurant in the resort. You have to walk about 100 meters to the 7-Eleven convenience store. Most meals are enjoyable between 300-400PESO and have a cocktail at night and have a good sea view. However, it is good to prepare because there are many bugs and mosquitoes

It is a cheap hotel facing the beach of Subic. When I booked an extremely cheap room, there was no air conditioner, but I lent a fan. It was a stay in March, but it was cool at night, so I was able to sleep without problems with the fan. The first floor was directly facing the beach and was a very cozy space, but on Sunday, people who seemed to be local were having a party with a rental, and it was difficult to spend a leisurely time. Amenities were only soap, no hot water heater, no cup.

The location is accessible, parking area is safe, cleanliness of the room is good but there was a foul smell in the comfort room. They should also include toiletries and available menu for guest. The staff are friendly except the guy maybe a maintenance or a janitor, we are in the sea around 7am but he threw a red liquid in the sea, maybe it's a chemical or a gasoline so we don't have choice, we have to go up. We had a great family stay at subicrainbowlandhotel the location is excellent very near to mall, market and many attractions in olongapo. Service is 5/5,staff are very friendly and accommodating especially sa aming lahat. Cleanliness is good and room was comfortable. Amenities are good for families. Highly recommended for may family vacation.,we will definitely come again
