The location is very convenient, a couple of minutes' walk and you're in the center of Kas. I stayed for 5 nights, and the breakfast was delicious, with a view of the sea and the Greek island! I'm very grateful that they quickly resolved a problem I had upon check-in: it turned out my reservation on *********** hadn't been cancelled, and I'd already paid for it here. So, I had two rooms listed. 🙈 But they immediately offered me a solution: I could cancel the reservation free of charge with the hotel's approval! I was relieved; it was very nice that they were accommodating and resolved everything right away! The bus station is a 10-minute walk away, a brisk walk away, and it was convenient to take buses to Kaputas Beach, Fethiye, and Antalya. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

There is no TV in the rooms, but it is watched once, there is no extra information on the rest. Very good location, everything is near. To the center 5 minutes, to the amphitheatre 2 minutes(in the evening you can see sunsets, there come local musicians. You can go to the beach in hotels opposite, but I went to the peninsula, to the beach Halk. Go about 2km, but such kinds are just bombing. Beach with small galley, sea entrance is smooth. We had a room with a terrace and it's just wow! Two bedrooms and a living room. Every room has air conditioning. Terrace with a fantastic view. But there is a nuance. Roofs aren't. Only stayed for one night but value for money you could not beat this little hotel. The room was spacious large bed, little balcony with chairs to sit out. No one was at the reception desk, we had to go look for staff. There were so many mosquitoes in the room. It was incredibly noisy at night; the soundproofing was just terrible. There were no outlets, only one behind the bed. We only stayed to 'sleep' and left by 5 AM.
