GGuest UserI had locked myself out my room so I had to go get another key and when I went to asked the guy that was at the front desk for an extra key.. He was all rude and then he didn’t slide or hand the get card gently he just threw it in the slot and never asked was I ok how was my staying going. He was not in a good mood to be doing customer service.. He was really rude and my room was clean but it smelled like either someone had been smoking **** in it or was in the room in next to me.. I hate the smell of that stuff and for them to have on there no smoking that’s all my room smelt like… so y’all might need to not let the guy that’s was there on 12/15/2024 around 11:30 or 12 something. cause he just lost customer than was traveling and didn’t have a good stay so thumbs down

The room was great! It was modern, clean, well equipped, ace spacious. It was a little difficult to find the entrance as the GPS directed us to the wrong driveway, but everything else was above expectations.

TTracy MorganI scheduled a stay on the wrong date. The manager comped me $5. Not a big discount but every bit helps. The room was very clean though it had a strong bleach smell. Lots of contractors and their families staying in the hotel and talking outside our door til late and early next a.m.

I checked in very late - around 8-9pm - and the woman at the counter was extremely friendly and nice. She made conversation with us about our trip and our jobs and told us all the available amenities. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast in the morning was your average hotel breakfast, but had more options than I usually see so close to the end of breakfast time. They did not begin cleaning up breakfast right at the end time, which was nice because they let us keep grazing on what was left before finally taking it away about 20 minutes after breakfast had ended. The vending machines were really cool. There were cheap toiletries in the vending machine that you could buy in case you forgot something at home, and the cola vending machine had ice cold drinks for pretty cheap. I had a great time staying at this hotel and would definitely return if I'm ever in the area again. I've stayed at this brand of hotel (Choice Hotels) before and I've always had a great experience.

Best hotel.It was the Fairfield hotel before Sonesta Inc.bought them out -so this hotel has indoor heated pool,gym,free breakfast, new everything in and out of rooms.I really love it.I stay 4-5× per week here.

GGuest UserThe facilities are a bit old, and everyone is doing it every day! The surrounding environment is quiet and safe! The front desk can change the change, the induction cooker, the refrigerator, the microwave oven is very easy to use, I bought a frying pan, stir-fry, and fried steak to eat a lot!
