This is one great place to stay at. The owner was super friendly and helpful. She went beyond what was needed to make her guests feel welcome, comfortable and settled. She was really helpful because even after I have checked out of the hotel, she tried her utmost to help me with a courier package which I was having trouble to get delivered to my destination. The room in the hotel was spacious and clean. The best part is that it is located right in the middle of a food street within the small town. There was basically no shortage of choices for local food. The hotel also offers free ferry service to pick me up at the train station and it also provides a free sauna service that is located in another venue. All in all, the service was superb and I definitely enjoyed staying in this hotel. I definitely would return to this hotel sometime soon.

Came to see Tianchi Lake with a friend, and the front desk staff, both the young man and young woman, were very diligent and responsible. They answered every question we had, and the room was very cozy. They also gave us great advice on local dining and transportation! It was wonderful; we truly felt the warmth and hospitality of our Northeastern friends! When we left, the young lady at the front desk even saw us out. If I come back again, I'll definitely stay here.

The room was clean and tidy, the two bosses were very good, there were cute dogs in the store, and the recommended nearby attractions were also good. We went to the Huamei Resort Resort and the autumn scenery was very beautiful. You can also help to call a chartered car to the south slope. It is a pity that the Tianchi was closed on the first day and did not go up. The next day I saw the beautiful Tianchi on the west slope, which was a worthwhile trip. The only suggestion is to add waterproof strips in the shower, and it will be more convenient to take a bath.

Our family stayed at the Lufeng Hotel for two nights during our trip to Changbai Mountain. Overall, the experience was fantastic! The staff were kind and friendly, helping us with many issues, especially getting rafting tickets which were much cheaper than at the attraction itself. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Shopping and visiting attractions were both very convenient. I do have one small suggestion: the laundry room currently has two washing machines and two dryers. During peak laundry times, there can be a wait. It would be even better if there were two more washing machines and two more dryers.

We celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival here, and the complimentary mooncakes were incredibly delicious. We even got to watch fireworks, and the surrounding scenery is beautiful. I brought my parents here for a 3-day stay, and the whole family was very satisfied! The guesthouse is a tranquil oasis amidst a lively area, with a small courtyard at the entrance and even the owner's own vegetable garden – it's so cozy and clean. My parents enjoyed having tea and sunbathing there every morning. The owner was incredibly patient, helping us plan a relaxed, unhurried itinerary, and the location is absolutely perfect, very close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The room was quiet, charmingly decorated with a unique touch, and very comfortable. All the furniture in the room had no sharp edges, and the hot water was stable 24/7, with a temperature suitable for seniors. The cleanliness was meticulous; there wasn't even dust in the back of the wardrobe. My parents said it was even more comfortable than being at home! From facilities, hygiene, environment to service, everything was impeccable. It's truly the perfect choice for a trip!

The hotel's location is very convenient, close to Changbaishan High-speed Railway Station. The room was clean and tidy, and the zero-pressure mattress was very comfortable to sleep on. The whole room's smart devices were easy to use. The overall environment was quiet, and the front desk service was thoughtful and enthusiastic. It was a great stay, and a perfect choice for anyone visiting Changbaishan.

Our stay was great! A special thanks to the front desk for the free room upgrade – it was a lovely surprise. The location is excellent, very close to the Changbai Mountain Chixi Distribution Center, less than a five-minute walk, which made getting to the scenic area incredibly convenient. The room was well-equipped, the kettle worked perfectly, and the bathroom was spacious. We stayed for two nights, and during our extended stay, housekeeping promptly cleared trash and restocked disposables like toothbrushes. The room had free WiFi with normal speeds, and it was generally quiet with no significant noise disturbance. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the west slope of Changbai Mountain.

The room was excellent, service was superb, and the hygiene was top-notch. The environment was also very good, and they even brought us a lot of fruit, which was a lovely touch. We really appreciate it! The staff's attitude was incredibly good, we'll definitely be back next time.

The room was spacious, gave a zero pressure room, sleeping very comfortable, the room was warm, no air conditioning, no noise, breakfast was good, the restaurant sister suggested that I drink some hot porridge, saying that it is comfortable to drink hot porridge in the winter morning! Will stay here next time.

This guesthouse has such a great vibe! The front desk area itself was already lovely, very Western European in style, and the rooms also had a fantastic atmosphere. The concierge messaged me on WeChat beforehand and gave me tons of tips and recommendations. It's only about a 15-minute walk from the guesthouse to the visitor center, which is super convenient. They also offer activities like handicrafts, sutra copying,溪溯, and ginseng digging – so many experiences to enjoy! 🤩 Another pleasant surprise was getting a room upgrade, which also included breakfast. I absolutely love the front desk lady! 😍
