But I found that the room I was in had no way to anti-lock the door lock, so I contacted the front desk. The front desk told me that the cleaning aunt had already got off work at that time, and the cleaning uncle would not go to work until 7 o'clock. No one can handle this for me at this time, and their front desk can't help me deal with it, so I have to wait more than an hour until the security guards go to work. Later, they arranged for me to come to the door, but the staff member said that there was no way to lock the door, and she checked the room opposite me and the room next door for me, saying that they had no way to lock it. I said if there is any way to help me change to a locked room at the same price, it said that it is not possible, because they should not have this anti-lock system. Later, I contacted the front desk again. It was their manager who answered the phone. He said that this is the whole season 4.0, and the whole season 4.0 cannot be locked. I said that I usually live in other seasons on business trips, and they can be locked. Why can't this be. The manager said that if I had lived in other seasons, I should know that they can't lock. I asked her, I said that if I said that as a customer, I would definitely not know whether you are 3.0 or 4.0 before I stayed at the hotel, but if you can't lock it like this, there must be a safety hazard. Then the manager replied to me that there is a way to lock, that is, lock with the key. I said, that is OK, you can give a key. Then the manager said that if the key is used, their lock will be updated, so they will not give the key to the guest. I said that there must be a safety hazard. The manager said it didn't matter, and their security guards would patrol once every two hours. Then I asked, if there is no way to handle the locks for me during the daytime hours, how can I ensure safety? The manager said it was safe anyway, so let me not worry. After about 20 minutes, another staff came to the door and told me that they checked that there were other rooms that were locked and helped me change to other rooms. I also agreed to this plan. What I don't understand is that if there is a room that can be locked at the beginning, why do you always say no, and say what you are? The whole hotel has no door lock that can be locked, until I am really angry and ask them for so long, I can change rooms. Third, after changing the room, the bedside table floor and toilet in the room were full of water, and the shower was full of water, and it was not cleaned up at all. I don't understand why a chain hotel can do so much, even the most basic hygiene is not good.
