This time I came to Dazhou for a business trip and randomly booked Xishang Hotel (Sichuan College of Arts and Sciences Lianhu Campus Store). 第一，我在前台辦理入住的時候，前台的工作人員問我有沒有訂早餐，如果沒有的話，可以送我一份。我説我已經訂了，她説需要掃碼核銷一下。雖然我之前在華住會名下的其他酒店沒有過這樣的操作，但是因為工作人員説需要，我就用微信掃了工作人員提供的二維碼，掃完以後我發現是華住會的公眾號。然後工作人員説幫**作，我就把手機給她了。當時大概過了半分鐘左右，我發現我手機的頁面停在我的手機桌面頁面，並且她在刪除app。 我就問她你是刪了什麼APP嗎？她説刪了華住會的APP。然後她也沒有對我進行任何的解釋。其實我能理解可能集團對工作人員有這種考核的要求，但是我覺得工作人員不應該在沒有明確告知我，可能會用我的手機下載某些軟件的情況下，擅自對我的手機進行操作的行為。而且，如果我沒有看到的話，她甚至不會跟我説已經下了APP，然後又刪掉。説實話，在這個操作過程中，我不太確定她有沒有拿我手機做其他的事情，比如説刪掉華住會的驗證碼之類的，可能涉及到查看我手機短訊。我認為這個事情是非常不合理的 第二，後面辦理了入住以後，我因為要休息，所以要對房間進行反鎖。 一般來説，酒店的反鎖有兩種，第一種是防盜鏈的反鎖，第二種是門鎖的反鎖。但是我發現我所在的這個房間是沒有辦法進行門鎖的反鎖的，於是我就聯繫了前台。前台告訴我説，當時保潔阿姨已經下班，而且保潔大叔就是7點才會上班。在這個時間是沒有人可以為我處理這個事情的，他們前台也沒有辦法幫我處理，所以我還要再等一個多小時，等到保安上班才行。 後面他們又替我安排了工作人員上門處理，但是那個工作人員説他們這個門就是沒有辦法反鎖的，而且她當時為我查看了我對面的房間和我隔壁的房間，説他們都是沒有辦法反鎖的。我説那有沒有辦法幫我換到同等價位的有鎖的房間，其表示不可以，因為他們應該都沒有這種反鎖系統。 後面我就再次聯繫了前台，是他們經理接的電話，他説這是全季4.0，整個全季4.0都是不可以反鎖的。我説我平時出差也有住其他全季，都是可以反鎖的，為什麼這個不可以。經理表示如果我有住過其他全季的話，我就應該知道他們4.0是不能夠反鎖的。我就問她説，我説我作為一個客户的話，我住酒店前我肯定是不可能瞭解説你是3.0還是4.0，但是你這樣反鎖不了肯定有安全隱患。 然後經理就回復我説，有一種方法可以反鎖，就是用鑰匙反鎖。我説，那也可以，你給一把鑰匙也可以。然後經理就表示説，如果用了鑰匙的話，他們門鎖會更新，所以他們不會給鑰匙給客人。 我就表示説，這樣肯定是有安全隱患的。經理説沒有關係，他們保安會兩個小時巡邏一次。然後我就問説，如果在白天的工作時間，都沒有辦法替我處理門鎖，那我怎麼可以確保安全？經理就説，反正都是安全的，讓我不要擔心。 又過了大概20分鐘，然後又有工作人員上門，跟我説她們後面檢查到是有其他房間是有反鎖的，幫我去換其他房間，我也同意了這個方案。 我不明白的是，如果一開始就有可以反鎖的房間，為什麼一直都説沒有，還説自己是什麼4.0，整個酒店都沒有可以反鎖的門鎖，直到我真的很生氣的質問他們那麼久，才説可以換房。 第三，換了房間後，房間牀頭櫃地板、馬桶附近到處都是水,淋浴處更是滿地的水，根本沒有收拾乾淨。我不理解為什麼一個連鎖的酒店可以做到這麼拉胯，連最基本的衞生都做不好。
