AAnonymous UserVery good B&B. The room is unique. The children like the skylight on the roof. This skylight can be pulled up when sleeping at night. The B&B was warm and courteous, and they took us to and from the parking lot by car. When the child was sleeping at night, he accidentally got a nosebleed and stained it on the pillow. Not only did the boss say that he didn't care, he also gave the child a wooden car toy with local characteristics. Thank you very much, I hope you will stay here again next time!
MmikepengThe hotel is simply a photography museum! Each room is named after a photography equipment brand. I live in Kodak. I noticed that the packaging boxes for dental appliances are Kodak. It can be seen that the store is really operating with heart. It is very coincidental that the boss's birthday and I actually happened to be on the same day of the same year. The hotel is dozens of steps away from the morning tea food street, diagonally opposite the Langjingshan Memorial Hall and the Photography Equipment Museum, which is an eye-opener! Photography lovers don't miss this store.
GGuest UserA hotel with high cost performance, excellent smart room experience, and complete supporting facilities. There are small smart speakers, you can control the lights and curtains by voice, and you can set an alarm clock. The experience of staying is very good. Xiao Zhu at the front desk is polite and gentle, efficient, and intimate service throughout the whole process, which makes people feel warm.
GGuest UserThis hotel experience exceeded my expectations! The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, with soft and comfortable bedding. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, proactively upgrading my room and offering a small gift, showing great attention to detail. The location is excellent, within walking distance of attractions, and the breakfast offers a rich variety of both Western and Chinese options. The soundproofing was great, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Absolutely superb value for money, highly recommended!
GGuest UserI fell in love with the moment I saw the lantern on the door! The tea temperature handed by the boss is just right. Outside the window of the room is the flower in the corner. Even the birdsong in the morning is like an alarm clock specially left. I will stay here next time. ~

GGuest UserTruly a B&B with a story! I'd originally visited this place to see the ”largest settlement of Zhuge Liang's descendants” and the ”Bagua Ancient Residences of the Ming and Qing Dynasties,” but instead, I discovered the history of Bagua Village. He Keren, the owner of Danmingxuan, had a significant influence on Bagua Village's global fame. It's fair to say that without his grandfather, Zhuge Shaoxian, who brought the Gaolong Zhuge family genealogy, housed in the Zhuge Village Grand Hall, to the Sixth Zhuge Liang Symposium in Chengdu in 1992, the subsequent ”largest settlement of Zhuge Liang's descendants in China” wouldn't have come to be. He Keren, the owner of Danmingxuan, is also a dedicated person. He meticulously studied and researched the extensive documentation left by his grandfather, deeply moved by his dedication and determined to organize and display this material on his legacy. To this end, Mr. He has invested heavily, renting space near Bagua Village's Zhongchi and Shangtang Street Commercial Street. He uses this space to display archival materials about his grandfather's connection to Bagua Village, as well as his own photographs and pen drawings of the village. All guests of his B&B can visit for free, receive complimentary photos of the best views of the Zhongchi and Bagua, and if you're lucky, even receive a gift of Bagua Village cultural and creative products from Mr. He.
If you're visiting Bagua Village for more than just a photo op or a check-in, but also want to explore the village's mysterious history like I did, then visit Mr. He at Danmingxuan! You're sure to find the same rewarding experience as I did.
