A low-key and cozy mountain B&B. The room is not big but very comfortable. The two owners had their own unique insights into the decoration and management of the B&B, and they had a very good chat. The dishes on the dinner table are the taste of the mountains, simple and delicious. In the early morning, I woke up to the chirping of mountain birds. Outside the window, I saw the distant mountains and mist, the clear stream, the white goose and the old trees. I suddenly felt like I was in the Tang and Song Dynasties.

I have been following this place for several years and finally went there during the National Day holiday. It's a pity that I only booked one day, otherwise I would definitely stay a few more days. This is the 20th homestay I stayed in this year, and it is one of the few that I strongly recommend. The food is also great. It's a pity that there is no latte, but the experience housekeeper made two hand-brewed coffees with different beans, which I loved. Thank you housekeeper, I also like all the atmosphere created by the owner and the boss lady. It's very comfortable, I love everything here, I will recommend it to many people, and I will come back to stay a few more days next time if I have the chance

Before checking out this morning, I called the front desk to confirm that there were still available rooms. They told me to go downstairs to the front desk to extend my stay. When I got there, a man who seemed to be the manager came over and said they were fully booked. I told them I had just called to confirm that someone was available for me to come down, and that any other room type would be fine. The man said they were sold out. I then went back upstairs to pack my suitcase and went downstairs to wait for the bus. While I was waiting in the lobby, the front desk clerk answered the phone and asked if there were any rooms available. They said there was one on the 5th floor that they could help me change to... I went over and asked, ”Why did I say there were no rooms?” The receptionist hesitated and said it was booked in advance. I'm really impressed. If you want a price increase, just tell me.

This hotel is quite charming—it’s a large, old house that has been nicely converted into several hotel rooms. Our room was very comfortable. However, a heads-up regarding the bathroom: there was no door on the toilet area, and the shower was an all-glass enclosure. Since I was traveling with my husband, it wasn't an issue for us, but if you are traveling with friends, you might want to be aware of this lack of privacy. The location is excellent! It’s right next to the City Wall and super close to several great restaurants and cool bars. We also liked the service; the staff were quite attentive. One thing I found confusing, though, was that they didn't register my address as per the usual government standard for foreign guests, which most hotels in China follow. As for cleanliness, it was standard for China—there were a few stray hairs in parts of the room (usually women's hair), but I find this happens in practically any hotel here. Overall, it was a good stay!

The B&B is located right next to Ziyang Street, making it a very convenient location. The family room is spacious and bright, and the leather lounge chairs are so comfortable that the whole family doesn't want to get up. More importantly, the service is excellent. The air conditioning in the room was prepared before check-in, and they were very responsive to every request.

Very near to train station, and some 20mins distance to some tourist spots. The receptionist is very good to change our room due to AC is down on a previous night. Walking distance to some local eateries and super market. The breakfast is really good with various of choices. They even provide free umbrellas and self service laundry.

Amazing? Outstanding?? It just amazes me how anyone who has really travelled could give such a description , or perhaps they do not know the meaning of those words! For a hotel whose bathroom/toilet has no hooks no bars whatsoever to hang even the smallest of towels and with a shower wand in such a fixed position that if you’re not extra extra careful, then you get water all over the toilet as there’s no door to the shower. Isn’t this amazing?? And certainly not outstanding.  Appreciated the pickup service on arrival. Arranged for a departure transfer to station but after 10 minutes past the appointed time, decided to walk out to the Main Street and called for  a didi instead. Room was large but what a teeny weeny unstable “table” if one could call it and no movable chair. Location was near enough to the main part of city attractions. No breakfast, nor laundry facilities. Do not expect much of any service apart from room being cleaned as there no proper hotel reception services per se.

The hotel is split into two buildings, so make sure you use the right elevator to get to your room. The rooftop garden is quite nice, and the breakfast spread is pretty extensive. The staff in the breakfast area are very warm and helpful; the front desk staff could really learn from them – a simple greeting goes a long way. There's a bike rental station nearby, and it's not far from Renmin Road.

There is no problem with the room facilities, but the service awareness of the breakfast restaurant needs to be strengthened. The weekend breakfast is completely over at 9:30. We arrived on time at 9:30, and they had already started to clean up. There was no freshly cooked hot food at all. The most important thing is that there are still many guests in the restaurant. Cleaning usually starts after most of the guests have left. The waiters ignored the guests and sprayed water while cleaning, which almost made me slip and fall. They also said that slippers are not allowed in the restaurant. I have stayed in so many hotels, but I have never heard that slippers are not allowed in restaurants. I never comment easily, but this is the first time I've seen someone clean up a restaurant in such a hurry.

The stay was absolutely worth the money spent. The hotel is very clean, in a quiet peaceful place with a very beautiful view. The staff is very respectful, helpful and communicative. It’s a good hotel if you want to stay for business, relaxation, time alone or time with a loved one. We definitely will be going back for another stay and would absolutely recommend. Worth your time and money
