Shengshan is definitely not an easy place to get to, but staying at Woqu honestly made it so worth it! It’s very guesthouse style, so hosts have a full menu that they can cook for you if you don’t want to go into town for the restaurants. They were all so warm and welcoming, even though my Chinese isn’t very good. Even though they had a larger group of 21 staying at the same time as me, they still checked in on me to make sure that I was comfortable and that I could still have my privacy. They also offered me the number of a driver who was very readily available to take me wherever I wanted. The room was beautiful, with a wonderful view of the ocean. It would be really romantic for a couples’ getaway. I hope that more people come to Shengshan and Gouqi, even for just a day, just so they can experience some of the island-style warmth and hospitality that Woqu had to offer. We brought our kids to Gouqi Island for the weekend and stayed at this guesthouse – it was fantastic! The location is super convenient, right by the sea with several free beaches downstairs, perfect for kids. You can enjoy sea views and a sea breeze right from your room. The room was clean and tidy, very comfortable to stay in, and the soundproofing facing the sea was excellent. The owner was incredibly warm and thoughtful. Before we even arrived, they recommended sightseeing routes and helped us arrange a driver. When we got to the guesthouse, they even helped us with our luggage. We could ask them anything we needed, and the whole trip was completely hassle-free.

The room facilities are quite complete, you can watch TV, there is a small pool water that looks clean, you can choose to swim, the room is very clean, and the boss service is also thoughtful. Say a few feelings, one is that the automatic curtains of the sea view room are not obedient, the first floor is close to the pool and the entrance and exit door, pay attention to privacy; It is because of the Lixi Village, the surrounding area is mainly by walking, but it is quiet, the bus is rarely seen, the wolfberry itself is not big, the general is not to play the table (the homestay is 60 yuan to the ticket office of the unmanned village); the nearest wolfberry vegetable market is not far away, you can buy various things to supply. It can sleep in the hotel every day, and it is not close to Shengshan Town. There are too many boats and the sea view is almost there. This store is close to the lover's stone. No wonder the name is called this name... It is more than one kilometer away from Shengshan Town, and it is not very far to walk around. The children in the swimming pool are very happy in it... It is located in Shengshan Island Fishing Port, about 10 minutes walk from the passenger terminal. The windows of the sea view room have only single-layer sound insulation. We were given a sea-view room, and the stunning scenery was breathtaking. The breeze coming in was wonderfully cool and refreshing. The hotel is conveniently located close to all major scenic spots and attractions, most of which are just about a 10-minute electric scooter ride away. There's also a seafood BBQ street nearby, making dining incredibly convenient.
