Our hotel stay was fantastic! The front desk staff were warm and provided excellent service. The breakfast was great, and parking was convenient and free, with security guards directing us. The room facilities were complete, and the room itself was very clean. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the Dongting Lake tourist area. Highly recommended, and great value for money!

The only minor drawback was the weak Wi-Fi signal in some rooms, but this did not detract from the overall experience. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to the city and would recommend it to friends.
