4-Star Hotels in Yueyang

I was here for a business trip, and this highly-rated hotel lives up to its reputation. The location is decent, very close to the high-speed rail station, and there's a shopping mall right across the street, which was convenient for grabbing a Luckin Coffee. Upon entering, I was offered hot tea, and they even brought my luggage to the room – the service was incredibly warm. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, plus they offer complimentary laundry service. The breakfast noodle soup was delicious, and they had coffee, along with both Chinese and Western options. While the variety wasn't huge, it was certainly sufficient. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and the service is outstanding. The high ratings are definitely well-deserved.

The facilities are complete, the TV has a surname welcome, very careful. The hotel is located in the suburbs, surrounded by deserted people during the Spring Festival, although it is a factory, but very quiet. Parking around the hotel is convenient and breakfast is decent. The sanitary conditions are really worrying, which may be the reason for the low occupancy rate and the room hygiene is very poor. We stayed in three double rooms, each room had a lot of hair strands visible to the naked eye, there was a zigzag hair on the hanger (know it), and there was a yellow wet napkin in the bathroom. After the backrest was wiped, it was yellow and black, as shown in Figure 2. There are a lot of stains in the room, and the way is unknown. However, the service attitude is excellent, and after reflecting to Trip.com customer service, all subsequent compensation work is completed within half an hour. We sent an apology fruit basket to each room, apologized at the door, and arranged a new room. And the front desk was as enthusiastic as ever when checking in and at breakfast. Although there is a small episode in health, it is good after the improvement, and in general it is OK.

The front desk lady provided good service, warm and thoughtful, and also gave breakfast. Parking was also convenient. Disadvantage 1: Hotel facilities are a bit old; Disadvantage 2: The room is small and the activity space is narrow; Disadvantage 3: It is 2.4 kilometers away from Yueyang Tower and it is a walk away A little far from expectations

There are plenty of parking spaces in the parking lot, free parking. The front desk service is very professional. They helped with the luggage when we got off the car, and made a cup of tea for everyone when we checked in. Members also helped to upgrade the room type for free. The room has a large window and smart voice. There are quite a lot of breakfast varieties. It is worth recommending. Another convenient location is very close to the shopping street.

出差為了趕高鐵臨時住了一晚，感受挺好的，這裏確實離汨羅高鐵東站很近，大概十來分鐘路程，當天下午不好打車，酒店也提供付費的接站服務，幫我排憂解難，印象確實不錯。進入房間，收拾得乾乾淨淨，洗澡非常舒服，熱水來得挺快、水量水壓也洗的極其舒適。工作人員服務非常熱情，有事情基本上找前台都能及時解決（前台東西真的還蠻多了，筷子、刮鬍刀，甚至洗面奶都有提供單獨包裝的），出行、服務各個方面都非常便捷到位，體驗感可以，值得五星。

The room is spacious with a simple yet sophisticated decor and inviting lighting. The soft bedding instantly soothes away fatigue. Toiletries are fully provided, showing thoughtful attention to detail. The breakfast selection is plentiful, including rice noodles, side dishes, and fruit, all with flavors perfectly suited to Hunan tastes. Breakfast is served Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM, extending to 10:00 AM on weekends. The environment is quiet, and the service is attentive, making it a worry-free choice for travelers.

Firstly, super duper conveniently located just outside Yueyang station, less than 1 minute walk. Secondly, I’m a fan of the interior design/details. Pure elegance. For my basic room, it’s like a suite with partition of spaces! And that doesn’t come with any compromise on the comfort: the mattress was elastic and of moderate hardness, and come with two different pillows (one fat, one flat), which I absolutely love!

Thirdly, it’s equipped with decent laundry room and gym room (up to 15kg dumbbells). Fourthly, despite being near to train station, the room was either kept almost smoke-free or treated very well. No cigarette smell most of the time—except each midnight there would be some cigarette leaked in from the bathroom.

Last night, I stayed at Vienna International Hotel (Yueyang Nanhu Lakeside Avenue Branch), which is located by Dongting Lake. It has a beautiful environment, pleasant scenery, comfortable rooms, intelligent equipment, and many humanized designs (this is why I always choose Vienna International), especially the nighttime sleep mode, which is ahead of most hotels. The waiter was very friendly and took the initiative to send us breakfast coupons for our family of three. At night, I tentatively asked if there was dinner (lunch) for three people, but I didn't expect the waiter to be so friendly! He actually provided a large private room for our family of three. The dining experience was perfect, the breakfast had a wide variety and was very delicious. The hotel also had a refreshing fragrance, which is worth recommending!

The front desk service was very good. Seeing that we went to the panda garden and there were children who took the initiative to send panda keychains, the children were very happy. The hotel is very new and also sends snacks and good night porridge.

I booked two rooms for my child's college entrance exam. They were on the 22nd floor and very quiet, allowing both the adults and the child to get plenty of rest. It was quite good. The front desk service was also excellent, and there were many convenient dining options nearby. It's a quiet oasis in a bustling area. Parking is free.
