The hotel was generally speaking clean. Rooms were fairly quiet, the downside is the motion sensors for the bathroom. At night time, it is very bright when lights turn on. I stayed for two nights, on two separate occasions. The second time, the room floor was dirty, I don't think it was mopped or vacuumed, the room was not ready. Wifi is also an issue for me, I could not connect to it on my phone, I have been told that most ppl didn't have problem connecting to it. Location is very close to the high speed rail station, that's why I chose it. Overall, it was a good stay.

I've always loved Wyndham hotels, and this was my first choice when passing through Yueyang. The rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable. I especially loved the spacious bathroom and washroom, particularly the large mirror! The hotel lobby was also very grand, and the hotel has its own underground and above-ground parking! The only thing I wasn't entirely satisfied with was the limited and unappetizing breakfast selection. It seemed like it was outsourced to a private company, and the variety of breakfast options and the attire of the restaurant staff immediately lowered the Wyndham hotel's overall standard!

First, after booking the hotel, no one contacted me, so I had to go to the parking lot with my luggage and ask the staff how to get to the hotel. They told me to take an electric scooter. The funniest thing was that the scooter driver just watched me with two elderly people and two children, and did nothing but tell me to unload my luggage myself. Staying at the Sunshine Bamboo Hotel with my child was a wonderful experience, far exceeding my expectations! The room provided slippers and toothbrushes for kids, which they loved. The large bathtub in the room was very convenient for bathing them, and there were even complimentary bath bags. We could ask the receptionist for more if needed. The staff were incredibly friendly to children and even gave us a small gift. There are many restaurants and parks nearby, making it convenient for dining and walks. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next family trip!
