GGuest UserThis is a great hotel where I stayed when I visited Linxiang city from October 11, 2024 to October 2024. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The location is convenient in the center of the city. There is a nice restaurant inside the hotel with delicious food. The breakfast provided in the hotel was great. There are many other restaurants close to the hotel too. There were many activities around including yearly fishing competition when I was there.
Most importantly, the hotel provides free laundry which is something rarely provided by any other hotels in China and USA.

GGuest UserEnvironment: The environment is fantastic. The scenery around Nanhu Lake is beautiful. We booked the Yunman Room, which had floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake on the second floor, and the space was very large.
Facilities: The bathroom facilities need improvement. The space is relatively small, the inside of the toilet was a bit dirty, and the shower countertop was too flimsy.
Service: The service was truly excellent! Both the owner and the driver were very friendly. We relied on them for transportation (driving is not allowed inside the scenic area, but there are shuttle buses provided by the shops to take you everywhere).
Food: Staying at the hotel and relaxing all day was very comfortable. If you're too lazy to go out, you can call the Furong Restaurant across the street, and they'll cook and deliver the food. The taste is home-style and the prices are reasonable. (The dishes are freshly made, not pre-prepared, and the taste is very home-style, which I thought was very good. I also ordered shredded pork noodles for breakfast, and the stir-fried shredded pork with green peppers was delicious.) This time, we also went to the Air Raid Shelter Local Cuisine Restaurant: It was very crowded, so you need to be patient. It was also freshly cooked, and the taste was good. The shrimp cakes were delicious 😋

The front desk staff are warm and attentive; check-in and check-out are handled very efficiently, and they respond promptly to any requests. The overall environment is quiet and peaceful, ensuring a great night's sleep. For its area, the value for money is outstanding. It's perfectly suited whether you're traveling for sightseeing, shopping, or a short getaway. My stay was very comfortable and pleasant, and I'll definitely prioritize choosing this hotel again on my next visit.

GGuest UserClean but parking was too far and breakfast wasn’t that great. Too few variety and the food ran out too early. Service was great though. Front desk staff were friendly. We got free popcorn which was actually delicious and great for our long drive after.

Choosing the right hotel for this trip was absolutely crucial! The hotel's location is superb, right next to the subway station/commercial area (can be replaced with actual location), making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. The lobby decor is minimalist and stylish, and the front desk staff were enthusiastic and efficient. Check-in and check-out were smooth throughout, and they patiently provided local travel tips, which left a great impression~
The room exceeded my expectations even more! It was spacious and bright, with a well-planned layout that didn't feel cramped. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress offered just the right support. Coupled with excellent soundproofing, I slept soundly all night until morning. The cleanliness was impeccable; even under the bed and in the bathroom corners, everything was spotless. The bathroom amenities were high quality, and the hot water supply was ample and stable—attention to detail was evident everywhere.
The hotel facilities were also comprehensive; the high-speed WiFi was consistently smooth, perfect for working or streaming shows without a hitch. Breakfast offered a wide variety, with both Chinese and Western options, all fresh and delicious. Throughout my entire experience, whether it was the service, cleanliness, or facilities, I couldn't find a single fault. It offers excellent value for money! I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time~

WWlkhhaleihuixingFirst, after booking the hotel, no one contacted me, so I had to go to the parking lot with my luggage and ask the staff how to get to the hotel. They told me to take an electric scooter. The funniest thing was that the scooter driver just watched me with two elderly people and two children, and did nothing but tell me to unload my luggage myself. Then there was the pillow issue the next night (screenshot below). They promised me a small gift the next day, but didn't deliver, and I didn't want it anyway. The most ridiculous thing is that this morning when I checked out, I explained the situation to the front desk staff, but they completely ignored me and didn't even offer a perfunctory explanation. I thought that was the end of it, but what angered me the most was the electric scooter driver. He helped us get to the parking lot, but not only did he not help with loading and unloading our luggage, he also made us close the scooter door for him. What a ****! I'll never come back.

AAnonymous UserParking is convenient, there are quite a lot of parking spaces, check-in is quick, the room is relatively large, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the environment is also very good! It's close to the scenic spot, easy to get in and out, and overall very comfortable. The service at the front desk is good. Because there was too much traffic on the roadside and it would affect our sleep, they took the initiative to change us to a quiet room😊
