I was here for a business trip, and this highly-rated hotel lives up to its reputation. The location is decent, very close to the high-speed rail station, and there's a shopping mall right across the street, which was convenient for grabbing a Luckin Coffee. Upon entering, I was offered hot tea, and they even brought my luggage to the room – the service was incredibly warm. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, plus they offer complimentary laundry service. The breakfast noodle soup was delicious, and they had coffee, along with both Chinese and Western options. While the variety wasn't huge, it was certainly sufficient. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and the service is outstanding. The high ratings are definitely well-deserved.

The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station; I recommend walking there, it's just across the street. It's convenient for those catching a train, as you don't need to get up early. The only downside was that when we went for breakfast around 9 am, there wasn't much left.

For those visiting Yueyang to see the giant pandas, a guesthouse is the top choice. Staying inside the scenic area means you'll have access to a luxurious electric shuttle service provided by the guesthouse. Wake up to the sunrise by the lake and relax in the afternoon, enjoying snacks and tea. While the guesthouse doesn't have a breakfast restaurant, you can pre-order breakfast from the front desk – steamed buns, mantou, shumai, corn, eggs, porridge, and more are all available. The service is very attentive.

The location of the room is good. It is very convenient to take a taxi from the high-speed rail station. It takes ten minutes to take a taxi. There is also a station near the bus. It takes a few minutes to walk to 👍 It is not far from Yueyanglou Scenic Area. It should be ten minutes. The room has a small refrigerator, the room is relatively large, the bed and quilt are all OK, it is very comfortable to watch TV in bed, there is a small sofa, there is a robot for food delivery, but there is no takeaway nearby. The breakfast food category for the next day is OK, but the product is generally better than going out to eat 😮💨 In addition to this, everything else is very good, I will stay with you next time.

My stay was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, and the overall environment was quiet and comfortable. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and the location was convenient for getting around. Overall, it offers good value for money and is definitely worth staying at.

Overall, my stay wasn't great. There were a few hardware issues that need to be fixed: the seal strip on the bathroom door was falling off, making the seal very poor; the electric kettle's plug on the desk was loose and falling out, which is a safety hazard; and the duvet felt slightly damp, making it uncomfortable to sleep under. I hope the hotel promptly inspects and maintains its facilities.

The lady at the front desk was warm and thoughtful, and her service attitude was very good. The breakfast at your hotel was also great. There is also a smart audio control panel in the room. Parking is convenient, there are quite a lot of parking spaces, check-in is quick, the room is relatively large, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the environment is also very good! It's close to the scenic spot, easy to get in and out, and overall very comfortable. The service at the front desk is good. Because there was too much traffic on the roadside and it would affect our sleep, they took the initiative to change us to a quiet room😊

I booked two rooms for my child's college entrance exam. They were on the 22nd floor and very quiet, allowing both the adults and the child to get plenty of rest. It was quite good. The front desk service was also excellent, and there were many convenient dining options nearby. It's a quiet oasis in a bustling area. Parking is free.
