Guest UserThe best decision I made on this trip to Sanqingshan was staying at the Mountain Retreat Guesthouse. The guesthouse is elegantly nestled among the green mountains, with fresh air and a peaceful atmosphere amidst the hustle and bustle. The rooms were spacious and bright, impeccably clean, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep.
The owners were incredibly welcoming. They not only helped with our luggage but also thoughtfully planned our hiking route and provided free shuttle service to the scenic area entrance, saving us a lot of trouble. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and full of local flavor. Overall, the place was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I'll definitely stay here again next time and highly recommend it!

I arrived late that day, and the boss called in advance to inquire about the arrival time and the traffic conditions. He also helped carry the boxes throughout the journey, which was very heartwarming. The room is very tidy. Although the weather outside is a bit cold, the warm air in the room is very powerful and even a bit hot. The room is highly intelligent and provides a lot of convenience. I only stayed here for one day due to my tight schedule this time. If I have the opportunity to come back in the future, I recommend this hotel to all my friends who go to Sanqingshan~

The room was clean and hygienic, with no odor, which was especially good. The landlady was very friendly and provided free shuttle service to the cable car station in the scenic area.

Highly recommended guesthouse with excellent value for money! The room's facilities and amenities are top-notch and show great attention to detail, clearly indicating the owner's dedication and high standards. The rooms are spacious, and there's an in-house restaurant serving a delightful 'nine-grid' breakfast. It's located near the Sanqingshan East Cable Car, right at the foot of Mount Sanqing, offering a rich supply of oxygen ions and stunning views of the mist-shrouded mountains. A hidden bonus is the luxurious KTV room, available for guests to use for an hour free of charge – the sound system is impressive, showing how much the owner must love to sing! The young lady at the front desk is sharp and efficient. If I had to find a fault, it would be that while the soundproofing between rooms is good, the hallway isn't, so guests can clearly hear conversations and door-closing noises from the corridor. This is a minor issue though, and doesn't detract from what is otherwise a fantastic guesthouse! Parking is available right outside.

Marina Sands Cable Car transfer service: Private transfer, excellent!
Ambiance: The guesthouse is near the Xikeng parking lot. The decor is nice, and the bathroom is large and very clean!
Service: Overall, everything was great. Breakfast was simple but filling, and dinner was at a restaurant run by the same family. The food tasted good, and I heard the chef was personally hired, haha~

The hotel at the top of Sanqingshan Mountain was so expensive, and the experience was not very good. On our return trip, we decisively checked out the hotel at the top of the mountain and stayed at the Guanshan Villa instead. It was much more comfortable. There happened to be no one on weekdays, so the boss upgraded us to a larger room. The view is better. I will book a better room next time. The boss even came to pick us up when we went down the mountain. We were treated well! I was exhausted from climbing the mountain, and there was nothing delicious on the mountain. I made a reservation for dinner with the boss’s home-raised chicken, which was caught, killed, and grilled immediately. One chicken and two were eaten, half braised and half boiled in soup. Only cordyceps flowers were added to the chicken soup. And salt, every bite of the soup was amazing, it was so delicious that my eyebrows fell off! The braised native chicken is added with celery and chili. It goes well with rice. The chicken is so tender and elastic, YYDS! I had some unfinished chicken soup left, so I made a reservation to make original chicken noodle soup for breakfast the next day. It was so delicious. When I come to Sanqingshan in the future, I will go back to the boss’s house without hesitation.

Guest UserI came to Sanqingshan Mountain before the moon and the light luxury holiday beauty hotel. At night, I was surprised by the appearance of the homestay at first sight! The atmosphere is directly full, the luminous sign is elegant and beautiful, the outdoor courtyard is quiet and comfortable, and it is very pleasant to sit here in the evening and blow the hair.
The overall homestay is simple and light luxury style, and the lobby is transparent and bright. The proprietress is particularly warm and caring, and will pick up and drop off the Sands cableway for free, so you can travel without worry. The room was clean and tidy, and the smart facilities in the whole house were very comfortable.
The location is excellent, you can walk to Sanqingshan World Geological Museum, and parking is convenient. Come to Sanqingshan to play, choose here to stay experience full score, highly recommended!

If you're a couple or family planning a camping trip in winter when temperatures drop below 10 degrees Celsius, I absolutely do not recommend it! ❌ Although it's a luxury tent with a small heater, making it relatively warm inside, it's not very useful. The air mattress is uncomfortable, and at night, the cold seeps up from your back, forcing you to huddle together for warmth (the blankets are dirty, and the storage boxes have dried liquid stains, making them unusable). The tent has poor sound insulation; you can hear people tossing and turning, complaining about how cold it is… I didn't sleep well at all. The toilet is also unclean, cluttered with miscellaneous items. The conditions are quite basic; I certainly didn't plan to shower during this season… On the other hand, the service is excellent, with staff readily available, and the restaurant inside the Goddess Hotel is delicious with generous portions. However, the facilities simply cannot meet the basic need for a peaceful night's sleep, so I don't recommend it (it might be okay in summer, but it's definitely not suitable for ordinary people without camping experience in winter). I came here based on positive reviews, only to find out that I had to pay a 120 yuan deposit upon check-in. They said if I left a good review, I could get a free breakfast and then they'd refund my deposit… I guess many people would be too lazy to leave a review even if they had complaints. But I felt it was necessary to say something; it was tough traveling with my mother and not getting a good night's sleep.

The most fortunate choice during my trip to Sanqingshan was staying at the Lanxin Luxury Wilderness Pool Resort Hotel.
It's nestled at the foot of the mountains, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The Jinsha Cableway is just a few minutes' walk away, and parking is very convenient for those driving, saving a lot of hassle going up and down the mountain. Surrounded by forests, the hotel offers only the sounds of mountain breezes and insects at night, a welcome respite from the city's hustle and bustle. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the distant mountains like a painting. The rooms are fully equipped with smart technology, clean and bright, with soft bedding. After a tiring hike, returning to the room allows you to unwind completely. In the evening, you can relax by the pool, enjoying the breeze rustling through the trees – a rare find in the area. The front desk provides detailed hiking route suggestions, the breakfast is simple yet delicious, and the hotel has a laundry room and gym – thoughtful details everywhere.
Sanqingshan is more than just a famous mountain to visit; it's like a flowing ink painting scroll. Walking on the high-altitude walkway, you can witness the Giant Python Emerging from the Mountain and the Eastern Goddess standing amidst the sea of clouds. The mist sometimes drifts over the peaks, sometimes disperses to reveal rugged, uniquely shaped rocks. On a sunny day, the peaks appear majestic; in rain and mist, you feel as if you're in a fairyland. Ancient pines and rocks, ever-changing clouds—every frame is poetic. Climbing the mountain is certainly physically demanding, but when you stand atop the summit, watching the sea of clouds surge, all fatigue will be healed by the mountains and rivers.
The mountain scenery is magnificent, the accommodations are comfortable—the entire travel experience is just right. To truly experience the romance of this sacred mountain, you must stay at Lanxin in Sanqing Mountain; it's a trip worth revisiting.
