"This hotel surprised me because the interior of the hotel from the lobby to the rooms to the restaurant and terrace on the top floor is clean, new and modern, and the price is not expensive. There are really not many hotels in Egypt that can do this! I think the breakfast is pretty good. The terrace on the top floor has a beautiful view, overlooking the pyramids and the sunset, which is very impressive. There are regular sockets in the room so you don’t need to bring an adapter and there are a lot of sockets. This is definitely a plus when traveling abroad! And I don’t recommend the pyramid view room, because there are many stables on the block outside the window of the room on the side of the pyramid... The smell is hard to describe. Just go to the top floor terrace to see the pyramid.
Another thing I don't like very much is that I stayed in the hotel for three days, and I renewed it on Ctrip on the third day. I told the front desk staff, but they would call to remind me at 10 a.m. every day for the next two days. I checked out... It's hard to comment... Apparently they don't seem to have a shortage of housing..."

Because many hotels use fake or very similar names, it’s important to verify the real view before booking. To be sure you’re choosing a true front-row hotel, look for a clear view of the Sphinx—from your room or from the rooftop.
The Sphinx is the detail that confirms you are directly facing the Giza Plateau. If you only see the pyramids, the hotel is nowhere near the front area—it can be several miles away, far from the actual viewing zone. Always check photos carefully and contact the property before finalizing your reservation.

"The hotel is one of the oldest hotels nearest to the pyramids. It's one minute walking distance to pyramids main entry. As an old infrastructure they tried to renovate at their best but however there may have lacking ie. Lights functioning, lock system etc. But I recommend all for their wholehearted support and generosity towards their guests. They are all the way helpful. You can also book transportation from them, I believe that will reduce your troubles outside with taxi negotiations."

"The staff are friendly and pleasant. They each remember a unique Japanese phrase and are entertaining. They are also very attentive.
The location is perfect for a pyramid view, so at night the show announcements are playing in the background and you can't sleep. I recommend getting a good night's sleep before you go.
The rooms have a cute hieroglyphic design. It's a design that will really appeal to people who like architecture.
The junior suite with jacuzzi is close to a restaurant and you can feel the Arab music all night long.
It's very difficult to use the room key, so it's a good idea to ask them how to hold it up when they guide you."

"Have to say that the location of this hotel is super good. Just at the entrance and exit of the pyramid sphinx, the roof can be seen while eating breakfast and watching the pyramids. The breakfast is very rich. What's more, at night, you can watch the pyramid light show for free at the top of the building. Haha, it's amazing. The waiter was very good, and the things that packed me and put me on the bed were also packed up. The front desk (the boss) is enthusiastic and takes the initiative to introduce how to go. Free pick-up service is also good (but Ctrip's page does not prompt for free pick-up, I saw the free pick-up from the hotel's own official page), the driver did not have to tip. The delivery service is also very thoughtful. Overall, the price is very high"

"Booked on Ctrip, checkin the same day, the waiter didn't receive my order and asked me to resubmit $ 20 to rebook. Find Ctrip to deal with, Ctrip is very enthusiastic and has repeatedly confirmed that the communication with the booking agent is paid and no further payment is required. After communicating for one morning, I decided to refund the order and go to another hotel for reservation. As a result, when the waiter saw that I was going to die, he refused to pay an additional 20 dollars and immediately made a mistake at 180 degrees. Let me live right away. I'm drunk too. The people here have a deep routine. The instant impression is down. The only advantage of this hotel is that the sunset of the pyramid can take the horizon, and the rest of the facilities can not be complimented. Recommend this hotel for the second night (Pyramid Valley Boutique Hotel). The facilities are very good, and the waiter boss is enthusiastic. The boss's son also invited me to drink Coke at night, free of charge. Focus on helping him promote it. The most important thing when traveling is to be honest and not pit each other. Pictures are from pyramides valley. Hygiene is much better than this one. Bringing a girl is not recommended to stay in this hotel, take it to the bottom of the Golden Tower ..."

"This hotel truly surpassed my expectations. Its location is excellent, just 50 meters downstairs from the entrance to the Giza Pyramids complex. Compared to the many shabby accommodations in the vicinity, it stood out as the only clean, well-kept, and rather upscale-looking hotel. It's exceptionally clean and tidy, the staff provides excellent service, and the rooms are comfortable, on par with standards expected of a good mid-range hotel chain. Our pyramid-view room offered direct views of the pyramids right from the window. The rooftop restaurant also boasts stunning, direct views of the Giza Pyramids. Breakfast was quite extensive; although predominantly Western fare, the roasted eggplant was particularly delicious. It's almost flawless. If I had to mention a minor point, the rooftop restaurant is quite expensive, with many dishes priced around 70-80 RMB. Luckily, more affordable dining options like KFC and Pizza Hut are conveniently located nearby."

"It is super close to the east gate of the pyramid, 2 minutes, and the window is the pyramid and the Sphinx. Although it is the hotel environment, it is a great scenery. It is not too good to watch the pyramid light show on the rooftop of the building, saving the tickets to go in."

"Friendly and professional guesthouse with an unbeatable location (see the rooftop terrace pics).
This guesthouse also arranges excellent tours with English speaking drivers and guides at a reasonable price. They are also helpful getting to and from the airport. Overall, Mr. Sheriff and his family made me feel well cared for and helped me to have a very complete Egyptian experience. I cannot recommend them enough!"

Outstanding
GGuest UserOf 10 hotels I stayed at on my extended holiday encompassing Thailand, Europe and Eastern Europe, this was my favourite. It is right before the Pyramid of Cheops (Khufu) and a few kms from the new Grand Egyptian Museum. It is new and run by a wonderful family who are third generation tourist hosts. I stayed an extra week because they were so warm and became friends with them all and their staff. They care about their visitors and take time to make everyone comfortable.
The rooftop area has lovely ambience and spectacular views that showcase the Pyramids energy and the golf course just below. The walk to the sphinx gate is just 12 mins.
They helped navigate the bustle of local life and organised drivers, guided excursions to other attractions and a day trip to Alexandria, with expert local knowledge.
I fully recommend this hotel for its facility in this budget range and it shines in customer service.
I will be back from NZ to share more hibiscus tea one day.

Great view from the terrace on the pyramids. Personnel very listening. They were all there for us . They offered us an airport ship for not gallery . I recommend without hesitation. I was searching for a Giza hotel for over 2 weeks, yet couldn’t find any. Decided to get a hotel after I arrive in Giza by seeing with my own eyes and chose this one.
THIS HOTEL IS BRAND NEW, 2 months old as of January, 2025. When you enter the room, you’d smell wood from new furnitures, very pleasant. Shower is nice, instantly hot.
Location is very good, 50-100 meters from the entrance of Giza Pyramids but no smell of horse and camel dung. As it’s so close to the pyramids, the view from the rooftop is breathtaking as well…
Staff are amazing as well. Lovely Muhamed (both), Eslam, Tahir… They’re all fantastic, will make your stay great. Also, you’ll see the cutest bellboys there (only 15,17 years old).
In short, JUST BOOK IT. Hotel rooms look exactly like on the pics. Don’t hesitate. Trust me!
Minor issues to fix: Curtains were half in our room, breakfast and food takes more than 30 minutes.

GGuest UserWe stayed as a group of 6 people in 3 rooms. The rooms were neat and clean, and the location was very close to the Giza Pyramids. The rooftop offered a fantastic view of the pyramids. Both staff members, Yusuf and Noor, were very friendly and helpful. The place is budget-friendly. My only recommendation for Solima would be to improve the breakfast by changing the menu daily, as we stayed for 4 days and found it repetitive. Otherwise, the overall experience was excellent Keep to do good Job”

GGuest UserWonderfully kind staff who upgraded our room for free and were completely helpful. My girlfriend was sexually assulted 2 minutes from the hotel on the main road in broad daylight. I know this isn't the fault of the hotel (obviously) but the area isn't safe for women! Would love to leave a positive review because the staff were kind and the room was beautiful, but I can't reccomend staying in this area given our experience. We had to leave after 2 nights after a 5 night stay because we didn't feel safe going outside anymore.

AAkkarpanLocation, location, location! Mohammed and Mustafa and staff are lovely and the best thing about this is location. Also, AC is great and hot water in shower, all really good things. Splurge and get the balcony, because if you get the $15 room, it’s an inside room - read everything carefully. But the balcony gives you breakfast with the pyramids. A couple of doors over there is heaven‘s lounge which you can get beer and alcohol at which is lovely to spend the evenings at with wine under the pyramids. You will get nothing of that here. I do have a bit of a bone to pick with trip.com because they didn’t do their research as there is no restaurant, there is no bar and there is no pool or gym in this place, which is why I downgraded the amenities. However if you were going to Giza for the pyramids, this is the place. Yes it is right behind the camel and the horse staging area so from 8 o’clock in the morning till quitting time which is 4 o’clock in the afternoon, you will have the authentic experience. If you do not like trash, if you do not like dust, if you do not like smells, you should probably just not be coming to Egypt in general! Because it is everywhere. However, if you want the authentic experience at the base of the pyramids, this is the place. Oh, and the Internet is crap… So just make sure you have a really good cellular plan because it’s no better anywhere else in Egypt either.  From our experience, and we have traveled everywhere, the left over British colonies just don’t have a really great Wi-Fi infrastructure.

GGuest UserGreat budget hotel with unparalleled views of the Giza Complex. Stay at this hotel for the view, not for the amenities. Firstly, the shower area in the bathroom had an issue where every time you would take a shower, the water would leak from the shower area and flood the whole bathroom. Secondly, the inclusive breakfast is not a buffet and the staff would take ages to prepare everything which is not ideal when most guests have early morning tours. It took between 15-25 minutes to receive the breakfast which made us rush to get ready for the tour.
Cleanliness is also a minor issue. The rooms were fine but the lobby and the common areas were quite dirty. They were also doing some construction and there was sand everywhere.

WWinsheeWe stayed here for 5 days. The hotel was placed in close proximity to explore pyramids. The view from the hotel was great both the sunrise and sunsets. The hotel helped with planning trips and I want to particularly call out the help of Hossain, who was brilliant in sorting some issues we had faced during our stay.
We had the food in hotel restaurant and it was ok. Just make sure you call out your dietary requirements clearly since it could be overlooked and you may face surprises. The morning breakfast was ok, nothing special. It's a hit and miss but I guess it's good for the price.
Overall, we had a good stay and I recommend the hotel for families for stays. Again, calling out Hossain for going above and beyond to help and sort the issues.

Llucila Del Rosario RomeroStaying at Phoenix pyramids View it filled me with great joy to be in this hotel, and share with all its staff. And it's super cheap. The fresh, nutritious and very varied breakfast. Since before my arrival in Egypt, they were very careful that everything was fine. The service from the airport to the hotel was completely free. Then upon arrival, Mr. Hany gave me a small tour around the area and introduced me to his friends from other hotels and businesses around, who kindly and as a courtesy gift gave me fruits and water. In the morning an excellent breakfast with the spectacular view and unique of the great Pyramids. The tours they offer are different places and you can feel in this hotel like your home and with your family. Thank you d do o much to Mr Hany (from Human Resources management) Hossam (the driver) and all the people who is part of the staffs. Shukran jazilan. Hamdoullah! I hope to see all of you soon INCHALLAH 🪴🙏
