3-Star Hotels in Lille

This was our first time staying with you. The hotel was well located (bus stops nearby). Easy access to our room, where you met our expectations (extra bed for our 15-month-old daughter). We really enjoyed our stay; the air conditioning was excellent in this heat. However, the occasional power outage wasn't as pleasant.

The hotel has a great location, very close to Lille Europe train station. The staff allowed early check-in when the room was ready, which was very helpful. After check-out, we could store our luggage at the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a convenient hotel with good service and reasonable price.

The location is very convenient, a few minutes walk from Flandres Railway Station, a 15-minute walk from Euro Railway Station, stayed for 4 nights, and the price is very high. Breakfast is also great, freshly squeezed orange juice and a variety of breakfast options, great value. Not only is it close to the train station, but also close to the old city and various attractions, especially the Art Palace. Will stay again next time.

Facilities: The decoration in the room is quite modern and the style is super warm, mainly in saturated colors. There is also a super large sofa bed in the room. I don’t know if it can accommodate multiple people. Environmental health: very clean and spotless Transportation: The hotel is located opposite the train station, about a 2-minute walk away. There are bars and other public places downstairs, which is very convenient. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to various attractions or shopping areas. Service: The service is good. The hotel can basically do 100% self-service check-in. They will send an email with a QR code as the ”key” to enter the hotel and the room, which will automatically take effect when the check-in time comes. Super convenient. Fortunately, early check-in was successful.

Ideally located between the railway station and the old city center. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, very comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast with home-made treats (the cake is not to be missed!) Excellent price-performance ratio. Highly recommended.

Fairly good location but other Ibis hotels are right in the heart of the city for only a few pounds more. Ended up getting taxis home at night as there are some quite dark, lonely sections on the road home. Service was excellent for such an affordable hotel- staff brought extra pillow on request, iron and ironing board, they were always smiling, polite and proficient. In the room, there was one small, high up window making the room feel dark and hot. We were on level 1, higher bedrooms seemed to have better windows. Mattress was comfortable but not attached or anchored in- it tended to surf away from the hard headboard and your one pillow then fell down between the gap. The pillows themselves were crap- I felt like a I was sleeping on a water balloon- when you rested your head on one section, it would go flat and inflate the other. We requested extras because I had recently had surgery and needed extra support and one extra was provided. I ended up using towels for extra support which was less than ideal. Bathroom was clean, modern and had a nice, powerful shower. TV had access to Netflix and YouTube. The air conditioning was FANTASTIC and powerful when it was on but then it inexplicably would turn off maybe 2/3 times a night and the heat would wake us up which was a shame. We run hot and like a colder bedroom so this might not be a deal breaker for you but it’s very important for me and affected my quality of sleep.

Bel hôtel mais pas de Spa. Petit déjeuner extrêmement décevant pour le tarif de 14 euros. Peu de choses à manger en sucré. Pas de yaourts nature, pas de sirop d'érable, pas de quatre-quart, de madeleines, ou de brioche... De plus, il manquait de tout et en cas d'affluence il n'y avait absolument plus rien à manger. Certaines personnes ont attendu près de 20 minutes pour avoir ne serait-ce qu'un croissant.

Bon hôtel, extrêmement bien situé, personnel agréable et sympathique. Espace petit déjeuner cependant trop étroit et isolation phonique problématique.

We travelled as a group to attend seminars in the Lille Catholic University. However only one room available, we decided to give the room to our old German nun. When she checked out she left her Taïwanaise passport, granted by Taiwan Government for her contributions. Thanks to the hotel services, cooperation with the LC University, we finally get the passport back through express delivery. Amazing!

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the train station, there are many restaurants nearby, and the lille is not big. But the room is a bit small, and the luggage cannot be spread out and opened. Overall, it's good. After all, the price is cheap, so it's acceptable!
