3-Star Hotels in Verona

For the accommodation, I paid a total of €199.13 through Trip.com. This consisted of €185.13 paid online in advance and an additional €14.00 paid locally. However, upon our arrival at the accommodation, we were unexpectedly asked to pay an additional €66.20. This additional charge was not clearly disclosed to me during the booking process on Trip.com. In particular, there was no clear indication that we would be required to pay an additional €66.20 upon arrival. I ultimately paid the €66.20, even though I did not agree with the additional charge. The reason was that we were already at the accommodation and needed somewhere to stay. I did not want to risk being denied access to the apartment and being left without accommodation. I also informed the host/property manager at the time that I would clarify the matter with Trip.com afterwards. I therefore request that you investigate this matter and provide a full refund of the additional €66.20, provided that this fee was not properly and transparently disclosed during the booking process. I would also like you to clarify: * Why was the €66.20 charge not clearly disclosed during the booking process? * What exactly was the €66.20 charge for? * Why was this amount only requested upon arrival? * Was this additional charge actually permitted under the terms agreed between Trip.com and the property? Please provide me with a written explanation and arrange a refund of €66.20. I would also like to make clear that I paid the additional amount solely because I was already at the property and did not want to risk being left without accommodation. My payment should therefore not be interpreted as acceptance that the charge was properly disclosed or valid under my original booking. Thank you for investigating this matter. Very, very satisfactory hotel, although it looks small, and the external three-star rating. But I think this hotel is much better than three stars. The characteristic is that the location is too good, right next to the amphitheater. Another is that the breakfast is very good. The small room is not a problem for me. It can be seen that the management of this hotel is also very good. The occupancy rate is very high.

The bed & breakfast, the room, and the service all are top-notch. BUT the location really is NOT the best especially if you’re traveling alone: 20+ minutes from old town by walking, didn’t feel safe to do the walk alone at night (even in the daylight I switched to the other side of the pedestrian walk to avoid crowds that made me feel uncomfortable). On Sunday, not many places opened for breakfast. If I’d visit Verona again, I’d stay in the old town.

Marilyn Red Hotel, where Mari has lived! Although the room is not as big as the picture, it is a very refined hotel. Just next to the Verona Round Theatre, in the heart of the scenic area, basically walking to all the attractions, time can be controlled within half an hour! The luxury street next door is enough for a whole day. The Michelin recommended restaurant downstairs, the price is also reasonable, the train station is also 15 minutes walk, no need to worry about the location of the hotel. It was just that the bar on the rooftop had a private banquet that day, but I couldn’t experience it, but it felt great at night!

This hotel went above and beyond our expectations. It is situated in the best part of Verona, lots of Restaurants and shops. But very best things about this Hotel are, its cleanliness , and very attentive staff. Breakfast is varied and plentiful . You could not wish for a better place to stay. We shall definitely return.

When in Verona and you are looking for privacy, this is the place to stay. It's very close to the center, supermarket around the corner, quiet, easy to walk. The owner takes very good care with information and makes you feel welcome. The apartment has everything you need and even more. In short, we will come back

I just really loved my stay in this marvelous hotel, the room is just like a piece of art because it is full of design items and I enjoyed them all. The breakfast was so tasty and sophisticated. The staff is friendly. I loved that I had chosen to stay here because it was a really unforgettable experience. I would love to return here one day.

At first, I was hesitant to book this hotel because of the limited reviews. I wasn't sure whether to choose this one or another 4-star hotel, but in the end, I went with this hotel due to its proximity to the train station (1 km) and better rates. To my surprise, everything was great—the room was a good size and very clean. There's also an elevator to reach the rooms, so you don't have to worry about carrying your luggage up stairs. staff are friendly too , they will recommend you where to visit in Verona. The downside, however, is that the room's soundproofing isn't very strong. I could hear people running or walking in the corridor outside. Additionally, the room key is a traditional key with a heavy keychain, rather than a key card. But it wasn't a major issue for me, as you can leave the key at the reception. The breakfast was decent for the price.

Clean, pleasant apartments. Everything is in line with the description. The only minus - in our apartments found two cockroaches, immediately (night) contacted the administrators, we were moved to apartments on the other floor during 10-15 minutes, there were no such problems.
